I received this watch 10 days ago and I think I can review this item at this time. This is the 3rd fitness watch that I have tried and also the most inexpensive and my bottom line is that the watch represents an excellent value for the price.Pros: Step count, miles walked, heart beat features seem pretty accurate. Battery life is excellent as I charged this when I received it and 10 days later it is still at 40% battery level. Screen is easy to read. The health app is decent to good and does what you need it to do and was easy to configure. I checked my calorie burn vs on line guides and it was pretty close to suggested burn levels for my height/weight. So all the main features that you want do work pretty accurately. Wrist band is comfortable to wear.Cons: The blood pressure feature like others have noted is inaccurate with systolic number. In my case it was usually consistently about 20 points low when compared to my blood pressure cuff. Diastolic number was pretty close. Sleep results were generally accurate when compared to the information that I got from using my CPAP, but of the 9 nights of sleep, 7 matched the CPAP and 2 were just completely inaccurate, not exactly sure why. Finally, connection issues. My phone is a Samsung 8+ and when you walk out of BT range with the watch, your phone does lose connection to the watch, however almost always, when I walk back into range it automatically reconnects. About once a day, it doesn’t and I’ve found all that I need to do is disable the BT for about 4-5 seconds and the watch will reconnect. Sometimes I have to re-select it from available devices. I had this problem with the other two smart watches that I have used and frankly this is much better than those. Overall, for me, this is more a minor inconvenience than any major problem. This issue might be more phone specific rather than a general problem.Summary: For a $35 smart fitness watch, I find it a very good value.

This is a great starter tracker, for those not wanting to spend the money for the “BIG NAMES” in the genre.First off let me see it’s looks nice, and it’s VERY comfortable to wear. I’m not a big watch person, this has nice soft feel to it, and I forgot I had it on most of the time, unless I happen to look down and saw it.Set up it was very easy, download the app and follow the directions, it’s pretty straight forward. The heart rate monitor was very nice, and I found my self checking this often, it seemed to be pretty accurate from what I could tell (There was no way to check for sure)The walking tracker, seemed right on! I did not notice that it was missing steps or anything like that. The blood pressure meter, is the only slight ding I’ll give this, it seems that it’s a bit high, I compared it to my blood pressure monitor I have, and the tracker always read a few higher, It will give you a good estimate I think, if you really want to know what is going on, I would suggest using a stand-alone reader for this.Overall I will say this is a great tracker for this that do not want to invest a lot of money and get a nice tracker.

The unit worked better than I expected. It has a lot of features, many i will never use, but they all seem to work well. I like the sleep tracker, it works well as long as you are in bed before midnight, otherwise it seems to not record. The pulse meter works well as does the step counter. The blood pressure monitor I’m not sure about. At first it showed a much lower mm/hg than I expected, but once I input an actual reading from my wrist style blood pressure meter into the H-Band app on my phone, it apparently calibrated to that reading and appears to be fairly accurate now.The H-Band app was easy to install and works very well. It takes a little getting used to to find all the features, and disconnects when the phone is out of range of the watch, but reconnects easily and then downloads from the watch to the phone app.I really only use the watch for the time/date, step counter, sleep monitor and Blood pressure function. I’m not sure how well it tracks runners, as there is a function for that. You can enable a stop watch function from the app, but I turned it off on my watch. The app allows several styles of display on the watch so you should find one that appeals to you.The watch has a funny little charger that clips onto the watch to charge and connects to any usb port for power. I guess it is better than having to remove the watch from the band to charge it like some do. The watch will run on a charge for almost a week as long as you don’t have it set to take automatic Blood Pressure readings… that will drain the watch in 2 or 3 days if you turn it on. I just do it manually when I want to know. The watch is water proof to a certain depth/time , I wear it in the shower daily with no issues. My wife has the same watch and she is happy with hers too.I think it is a great watch for the money!

I’ve been using this fitness tracker watch for about a week now, and I love every feature of it! When I ordered it, I didn’t even realize that this watch was so versatile. This tracks my sleep, my steps, my blood pressure, and it even connects to my phone, takes pictures and tracks my hiking path using GPS! I must be super behind the times technically or something, because I am in awe that this tiny little watch is actually a highly-technical mini-computer capable of so many different tasks. The actual watch face is very colorful and looks great and is only about the size of a fifty-cent piece. The watch band (I ordered charcoal gray) is pliable and fits my wrist comfortably whether I make it tight or slack.I’ve worn this out hiking several times now and, being that it’s winter in the Pacific Northwest, this watch has already been thoroughly weather-tested. It is just as it was when I first received it, and this is after having been rained on heavily several times, dropped in the mud once and also carried through the house in my dog’s mouth once when he got a hold of it! I highly recommend this to anyone!

I had to return it because it’s heart rate recording can’t read below 40 BPM. Other wise, after 3 weeks of patient adjusting and tinkering, the tracker became very accurate and was a joy to use. The instruction book has text and icons so small, a magnifying glass is needed to interpret the meaning of instructions. You need to be PC savy and very determined to get the tracker set up right, but when you do, you won’t be disappointed. I regretted having to return the tracker, buy my slow heart rate demands I find a tracker that will record heart rate below 40 beats per minute. If anyone reading this knows of a fitness tracker that reads heart rate below 40 beats per minute, please reply this post. Ed.UPDATE: I reordered the HalfSun because it will read below 40 beats per minute heart rate, but it doesn’t have a wakeup alarm setting for heart rate like my Amazon “02Ring” purchase, that reads heart rate below 40, graphs the readings continuously, and can wake me when my heart rate goes below 40, as it does nightly. For my low sleeping heart rate, I use both devices to get my sleeping blood oxygen, heart rate, and blood pressure readouts. The app for the HalfSun bracelet doesn’t link up with my smart phone email app, like the 02Ring app does. I can email the 0Ring images, but not the HalfSun images. I’m living without a pacemaker. it’s my choice to do so. I’m 81 and feel great. UPDATE 7-17-20 I’ve HAD THIS FITNESS BRACELET FOR A YEAR NOW. I’m convinced as a result of trial and error that this fitness bracelet is without a doubt, a dollar’s value for a dollar spent. The information it provides the user is very, very accurate. It follows my sleeping heart rate down to 35 beats per minute. I know that’s accurate because it matches my 02 ring that charts my sleeping heart rate and blood oxygen. Blood pressure is recorded daily every 10 minutes. The blood pressure and heart rate modes reveal to me every morning the sleep high and the low of both, that’s been recorded and saved for graphic display and printing, if you so choose. I would buy another HalfSun if it failed. Same for the Wellvue 02 ring both bought on Amazon. If your main concern is respiratory, the Wellvue 02 ring is terrific. The battery life for both devices is exceptional, especially the HalfSun, which I recharge every 5 or 6 days.

So this review is overdue because this product is so good, I never want to sit down to write it. I have had it for 3 weeks now. It has motivated me so much more than I expected. I was upset with my current weight. My eating habits were out of control. Other than cleaning and running after my kids, I was sitting most of the day. Even though I have been on the smaller side most of my life, I have never been very active or healthy. I didn’t expect this little watch to change everything, but it has. I never want to just sit down and do nothing anymore. Every day is a challenge to see how many steps I can get. I move as often as I can. I dance while I clean. I march in place while I watch TV. I choose to walk places when possible. I walked 3 miles to the store the other day by choice. I had set my goal at 10k steps and thought it would be a challenge. I have actually hit over 20k steps a few days.Since I was moving so much, I started losing a little weight. This inspired me to fix my eating habits as well. Three weeks after I got this watch, I have lost 10.5lbs which is over 10% of my body weight! I am working out every single day. I feel amazing and powerful. So let’s get to the watch itself. It looks nice. I love the large screen. I have sensitive skin, and it has caused me no issues. The step tracker is pretty accurate. Like most activity trackers, it counts your arm swings and not your steps. So if you are pushing a shopping cart, you might not get your steps counted. The heart rate monitor seems accurate as well. I don’t really use the blood pressure monitor, so I am not sure how accurate it is. I will say that it has been reading around the number I got at the doctor a few days ago.I use the sport mode frequently. I love to see how many calories I am burning during activity. It does not allow you to tell it what exercise you are doing which would help the calorie count be more accurate. The sleep mode is the only thing about this watch that is a bust. It is beyond inaccurate. It always says I got much more sleep than I did. I wake up several times a night between the dog, kids, needing to get a drink of water, etc. It will say I was sleeping, but at the same time it shows me walking around during that same time. But I don’t use it for the sleep monitor. The battery life could be better. Maybe I run it down faster on the sports mode. I get about half a week out of it. I try to charge it at night since I don’t need to see my sleep. The charge is a little tricky. Twice I have left it to charge only to realize I didn’t have it connected well. That is the only reason I am sitting down working on this review right now. I didn’t actually charge it last night.Overall, this a great product for the price. It looks nice. It is accurate enough. It is waterproof. It even lets you track your periods. It has made a huge improvement in my health.

I have never used a fitness watch before so I am not sure as to how long the battery should last. The battery lasted about 3 days. The charge time was remarkably fast though. It’s a little bulkier than i was anticipating. I am pleased with the fit though. As a chunkier girl I have a hard time finding watches that fity wrist. This fits perfectly. Also a note, it reminds you to change your sanity pads when you are on your period lol For the price it does exactly what it’s meant to do. Overall very happy with this purchase.

I have only used this for a few days but it is working great and was easy to set up. After installing the “H Band” app it all worked basically automatically. I adjusted a few settings which were easy and obvious. The little guide book that came with the device was not of much use but not needed, either. The app was instantly available on android so no issue there.Sleep Tracker: I have only used this one night as I do not really like having a watch on while sleeping. It seem to track my sleep well per my idea of what my sleep was (sleep and wake times, etc.). Maybe I will explore this more later. For all the data areas the date appears on the top of the app and you can easily move back and forward thru the dates. For sleep there is a chart showing various types of sleep thru your night and data is given including sleep duration, awake times, fall asleep time, wake up time, deep sleep hours/mins and light sleep hours/mins.Heart Rate: heart rate is recorded every 30 minutes plus any manual readings that are saved. For each date you there is a long list for which you can scroll down and see each reading. They seem accurate and can easily be seen to be higher and lower at times I was more and less active. During excerise I was using the manual heart rate screen which shows the rate continuously. It reads on the phone which I had in front of me on the treadmill so it was very easy to read. The responsiveness was very good. I am aware of what rate to expect from using multiple heart rate monitors with chest bands in the past and this seems to read the same. When going suddenly from a brisk walk to a run I could see the heart rate go up virtually instantly on the monitor as my heart rate actually increased. It seemed continuous and accurate. It was being worn per instructions like a typical watch inside (up the arm) from the wrist bone just as shown in the diagram. I also tried it on the inside of the wrist as some comments on some devices suggest but it seem better worn like a typical watch. When I twisted the band around to the back the display instantly told me to “wear device properly”. Scolded me…. very responsive to the movement of the device.Blood Pressure: This was surprising to be included in such a low cost device and seems accurate. Again, I have not verified it but it is in line with what I would expect. I am looking forward to comparing it to a real blood pressure machine next time I have one available. The reading shows in the log every 10 minutes. Maybe the frequency of checks can be set but I have not tried to find out. I have no idea how it works but, rest assured, your arm is not squeezed! It is completely transparent. The log appears in the same way as the heart rate.Main screen – manual settings: From the main screen you click “MORE” and can then click buttons for heart rate, blood pressure and sport. I just ran a manual BP with 139/93 which is a bit high for me but I just came up from running and am typing while it was running. I just stopped typing and tried to relax a bit and it read 122/81. Selecting the manual heart rate gives the continuous read out after about 30 seconds seeming to calibrate itself. Reading 75 now. Just going downstairs and back up and doing something around the house it moved up to 100-110 and peaked at 124 (that seemed a bit high). Now sitting it seemed to hold at 110 for a bit (maybe it was correct?) and now is back into 90s and moving down.Sport setting: I used this one time on the tread mill. The watch was showing constant heart rate, cal burned, steps, duration, etc.Step count: I do not know about this yet. It seems to record more steps than I would expect when just moving around the house. It currently shows 8357 steps today and I did walk 2.8 miles on the treadmill which should be about 6000 steps so maybe it is close. Hard to imagine I walked over a mile just going around the house but maybe. In any case it is definitely working to some extent and maybe accurately. That is all I have figured out so far. Looking forward to trying the interaction with the phones GPS.

This watch for the price is great. I got it to be able to monitor my heart rate and blood pressure at work. I have tested the blood pressure feature against a real BP device and after I dialed in the calibration it was with in 2 to 3 points of accuracy. The sleep monitoring doesnt work so well, it generally says I have like 4 hours of sleep a night, and gets my actual bedtime wrong 9 times out of 10. Sadly my iphone laying on my bed does a better job of tracking my sleep. The app works well, I just wish there was more. I would like to be able to get or make additional themes or customize the options of what is displayed. Sadly I cant have the time, date, day of the week and pluse on the same main display screen. But again over all very nice for the price. On a side note, the water resistance is meh. In the shower the water activates the one touch button on the screen and shuts off the watch, then turns it on, then shuts it off. Realistically I usually dont shower with it, as that is normally when I am charging it. And the water never penetrates the watch, just a minor annoyance really. But I thought it still worth mentioning.

I’ve purchased several fitness tracker watches with very poor results. They just seem to quit working after about a week. This one, however, continues to work and work well. It’s bigger than what I wanted but that’s a minor issue. The batter life seems to be about 2 to 3 days with recharging being simple and quick.I know I could have spent $100+ on one that would be of good quality but I didn’t want that.If I had to purchase this one again, I would definitely do so.
