I’ve long wanted to buy this one, and bought just about everything else, haha, both above and below the usual price here (including JBL, Bugani, Soundcore, VTIN, and others), but, a price drop finally got me to buy this one, and, all I can say is not to waste your money on every other brand. The favorable reviews of this speaker are legit!I can only imagine how amazing a paired set would be, but, of course the trade off there is more weight and bulk. This is a heavy speaker that takes up a bit of room, and, while that makes it worth the sound it produces, it’s always a decision between portability and sound quality and, if I bought two of them, it would not be a pair I’d try to toss in a backpack, lol. Just the single speaker strains portability a bit here. Although, as a pair of fixed speakers, a dual set of these would be a worthy little sound system.At a single speaker, this really hits a sweet spot for still being fairly portable, but definitely being hefty enough to deliver on outstanding sound. While many speakers favor the single rear bass radiator, the dual set up here, one at each end of the speaker, really pumps out the music for a broader sound stage than single radiator brands, like the VTIN R7 (which I own).I had thought the R7 was about as good as one can get, for the price, but this one has cleaner sound, and bigger sound, so it beats the R7. No light show, but that’s not as important to me, as sound quality.The Bugani M83, about the same size, offers perhaps a slight bit more finesse in mids and highs, but not as much overall clean volume. It easily bests the Soundcore Motion Plus and gives more power than various JBL’s I own. Bass is very satisfying on this model, strong, but not muddled.Reviews almost seemed too good to be true, which is part of what held me back, plus, audio reviews online, well, it’s difficult to really hear the quality, when it’s recorded and played back, because of the degradation in processing.But, in person, wow, this is the best BT speaker I’ve bought, in terms of a bigger product that can fill a room. Lots of battery life, a durable build, this is truly the King.Buy it, and enjoy it! 🙂

Originally this review complained about how the “24 hour battery life was wrong” and “the speaker beeps too much once it gets low battery”, however it seems that now the page specifies that the 24H battery life is at 20-25% volume. Fair enough, it may have specified this before I purchased the speaker, but if it did, I didn’t see it. However the real clutch is the W-King Support, I had a complaint about how the speaker would beep indicating low battery once it got to about 20% , but then it would keep beeping way way way too much (like 5 times per song), and they contacted me and helped me upgrade it via new software they created specifically for this issue, so now it only beeps at 20% 10% and 0% battery life. They even sent me a new speaker as an apology for the issue with my old one (after testing, the old one couldn’t be upgraded to fix the beeping because of a defect apparently). Amazing support team. If you receive a Speaker and the low battery beeping bothers you, be sure to contact the W-King team and they should be able to help you solve the issue.10/10 Customer support: The beeping is gone now10/10 Audio: Speaker is Very loud and crisp, even at high volumes.10/10 Durability: This thing is resilient, you can drop it, splash water on it, it seems fully waterproof, should last a while.10/10 Versatility. You can pair two of them for surround sound, and it sounds amazing.Not gonna rate the battery life since the listing on the page is accurate now. At about 20% volume it indeed does last about 24 hours. At near 100% it will last about 6-8 hours (give or take) from what I experienced. This isn’t a bad thing though, it is an amazing speaker, it is just good to know before you buy it thinking you can blare full blast music all day without needing to charge it. Control the volume and it will last.Overall 10/10 Great quality speaker and great company.

Excellent and well built speaker. Much more solid feeling than pictures would suggest, and the sound is of an extremely high quality. Full rich and deep bass with very clear mids and highs. No distortion even at peak volume. Even with my EQ set at full bass there was no distortion. My speaker arrived ahead of schedule and was already charged 100%. Very pleased with this purchase and I plan to get another one for stereo pairing. I know someone else who has two and he said two of them sound incredible, but even one D8 by itself is more than enough to fill a room, and plenty loud enough to use outdoors as well. Highly recommended. I have bought a number of Bluetooth speakers and this is by far one of the best you can get especially for this price. This beats everything in its class and sounds better than speakers costing quite a bit more. Very durable construction, looks and feels like you could run over it with a truck and it wouldn’t get hurt. A friend bought a JBL Xtreme which costs quite a bit more, and the W-King D8 blows it away in terms of sound quality and build. The built-in EQ settings are handy in situations where you don’t want too much bass. I love the bass however so I just leave it on the heavy bass setting. I don’t like to tell people how to live their lives, but in this case I would say you should definitely buy this speaker, if not two of them, and you will be very happy. So far battery life seems pretty good, was 100% on arrival and only down to 60% after several days of playing it. As for water resistance I don’t advise exposing any electronic device to water but I think this is at least splash resistant. It’s pretty heavy so if you dropped it in a lake you probably wouldn’t get it back, it won’t float. But even with its heftiness it still feels very portable with the handy webbed strap. Buy this speaker now and start enjoying life.

I have an 808 right now that we use and it is not water proof like this one. The sound is very nice and has a good base response. Bluetooth pairing was easy. If you get two of these they can be paired as a left and right speakers with bluetooth. 24 month warranty. USB charging out put for other devices. Aux input. It says 24 hour play time but we have not used it long enough to test that. As of yet we have not ran out of power.

PROS:This speaker sounds wonderful and remarkably loud! At higher volumes there was a level of low-end distortion, but that can be expected.The battery life is incredible as well. We played it outside for about 4 hours at about 75% volume while charging 2 iPhone 8’s back-to-back. The battery indicator was showing 3 out of 3 led’s lit, meaning it still had over 66% battery left.CONS:I was slightly disappointed with the controls, mainly because they’re raised black-on-black and difficult to see, and certainly not very intuitive; Not doing what one might expect them to do. Fortunately, when you find the “sweet spot” you like, the volume can be controlled with your device.Also, the volume buttons have no affect with the line-in function. Unless you can limit the volume going into it, you’re stuck wide-open.FINAL THOUGHTS:I would definitely buy this again. Sure, there are higher priced units out there, but value-wise, these cannot be beat.

Ok long story short, at the price point, this lil guy ROCKS!! I snagged it on sale for like $56 & imo you won’t find a better BT speaker at that price point. I did several sound comparisons with my Bugani & although the Bugani had deeper bass (bigger woofers, it was expected), the W king sounded louder & fuller. I’m excited to see the lows get a bit deeper once the speakers break in, all in all I’m VERY impressed… Might I add, the style/design of how its build is 🔥 & the shoulder strap is Def a plus! I love the fact I can lug a speaker around & be hands free, my Aiwa E9 is a bit heavy & on the bulky side, this is a breeze. Dope Lil speaker💯

Tl;dr – great speakerAre you having the same issue I was? Unsure if this is worth the money because you don’t recognize the brand? Have another big name brand in mind that you’re still debating? Well, cut it out, you dummy. Just grab this one already. As someone that can frequently spell his own name incorrectly, I figured it was a good idea to stain my brand new deck by myself. We all know me, I wasn’t going to do it without tunes. My last speaker was stolen at my friends wedding, so I hope they enjoy their new gift(I know it was you, Morgan). Anyway, I rolled the dice and grabbed this. I actually accidentally set it up as I took it out of the box, so you’re going to shut your trap and lie with me. “Set up is easy.” I cued up some Dokken to get the party rockin’, but even my dog hated it. We’ll break the chains another time. I decided to switch up the vibes and really test her out. I settled on everyone’s favorite, Fergie’s London Bridge. As I looked up, suddenly Derek from Sigma Chi is handing me a cup and telling me he’s done carrying me in beer die. My house is aglow with string lights I never purchased, lawn littered with plastic flamingos, chants of “FRESHMAN, FRESHMAN…” coming from the kitchen. With every thumping of the subwoofers built in, another keystone light falls from the 8 foot table set up in the living room. Jordan from Alpha Phi brushes past me and tells me to text her later, but we’ve never met…? I decide to live in the moment and I shotgun a 24 oz Mike’s Hard Lemonade, aka a Yike’s Hard Pass(amirite fellas!?). As I lower my head and take the can from my face, it’s all gone. POOF! As if it never existed. I rush to my new speaker. It’s playing Smashmouth’s Heave-Ho(acoustic) at an incredibly dull volume, reminding me that good times won’t always last, but this battery life sure will. *sigh* I throw the strap over my shoulder and head inside while the slow, sad music from The Incredible Hulk’s hitch hiking scene plays. Is this the real life, is this just fantasy? A question old as time itself, except not because I definitely just made that up.

My previous review wasn’t fair to this Bluetooth speaker or the seller. I was comparing it to much higher priced ones which I don’t own so in fairness I will just say what I know about this speaker. It does sound very good for it’s price and if you can score the coupon, it’s an even sweeter deal, however it’s worth every penny of it’s regular price. I did purchase a second one in order to pair 2 of them together for even better sound. It’s a well built solid unit and the sound quality and volume are very good. It pairs up with all my devices very easily and also with itself for the dual speaker mode. It also comes with a 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio cord if you don’t feel like using bluetooth. I connect it with the cord when I’m using bluetooth for other purposes so that comes in handy a lot. It also comes with a USB-C charging cable and a good instruction booklet, although it is a very easy speaker to use. The charger bank feature is also handy if you don’t have a charger handy for your device, it charges it for you and doesn’t seem to affect the battery life of the speaker itself much, if at all. Customer service is also good as they made sure I am happy with my purchase, which I am and that’s why I am re-reviewing this speaker and giving it the 5 star rating that it deserves on it’s own without comparison to speakers that cost 3 to 4 times as much. This speaker is well worth it’s selling price and I do give it a full recommendation if you want a great sounding and easy to use bluetooth speaker at a very decent price. Grab 2 if you can and they’re even better, especially with the push button EQ feature for optimal sound between indoor and outdoor uses. And it’s waterproof so you can actually use them outside and worry more about other things staying dry if a sudden shower decides to roll in.

The sound of the speakers is excellent and is easily the best in this price range. They have good high and mid range and very good bass. They are also capable of getting loud.One of the first two speakers i ordered would not pair with the other one. However, their customer service response was immediate and very helpful; they sent out two replacement speakers and the new ones successfully paired, so I have updated my review to 5 stars. Very good customer service.

This speaker is banging, pun intended. I’ve only had it for a few weeks, but I couldn’t be more pleased. I will keep my review short because I am not an audiophile and I am guessing if you are looking at sub $80 speaker you are not either. The sound is amazing, the battery life is long, the build quality is great, and it can charge your devices at the same time. I will be using this bad boy out at the pool and for BBQs all summer long, can’t wait. I may even buy a second to pair with it for when we really want to get wild. You will be hard pressed to find a better bang for your buck Bluetooth speaker on Amazon.
