I have only had this brush for a few weeks, so I’m hoping it lasts and stays as good as I like it now. The first electric toothbrush I used before this was a Philips Sonicare Protective Clean, so it was way more $$. Let’s just say I had to replace it within less than a year (thankfully it was under warranty), and just a few months ago, my next brush started getting wonky. But they only provide a 2 year warranty so no replacement.I have sensitive gums plus a gum graft, so a soft but effective toothbrush is key for me. The Hum is not at all as abrasive as a Philips. And the price point of the brush plus the heads is much more affordable. Paying $25 for 2 brush heads every 3 months sucked. I also like the different bristles in this brush.The best part is the app – I have never been as motivated and focused on brushing as I am with the Hum. Sure, the connection is a bit rough and sometimes it doesn’t pick up everything I’m doing, but the reminders, the points and how it shows you how and where you’re brushing really helps with ensuring you get every part of your mouth. I’m enjoying earning a few points each time. I’m also not multitasking when brushing anymore, so it’s definitely getting me a better clean than ever before.Highly recommend as your starter electric toothbrush, for those who are curious how their brushing quality is, and for those who are fed up with the high prices of Oral B and Philips!

The packaging and instructions are great, and the fact that this is a connected toothbrush with Apple Health is even better. You can collect points for each time you brush to redeem for new brushes, refills etc and the points add up quick, so you will likely not have to pay for refills. The app is very user friendly and aesthetically pleasing, as is the brush. Highly recommend!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Love this toothbrush! It’s so sleek, looks amazing in my bathroom, and my mouth feels squeaky clean after use. The guided brushing in the app is great and helps to train you how to brush better all the time. It’s ability to tie into the Apple health app is exciting and getting points to use towards replacement heads is such a fantastic idea. PLUS the price makes it all the more worth it.

Fantastic! I recommend downloading the app. It teaches you the right way and boy has it made a difference. My dentist said it appears I am not doing something right and recommended an electric one. You can also earn points on the app which you can then use to get replacement heads. I drink a lot of coffee, and some of the stain is actually coming off after just one use.Edit: dropped my review to 3 star. The toothbrush is not charging. Not sure if it’s the brush, battery or charger, but I’ve had it for a day. It is suppose to pulse a white light, but I plug in the charger and place the brush on and nothing happens. I’ve tried every outlet as well. Followed all instructions. Can’t find advice anywhere so for now will replace batteries.Edit2: Seller worked with me and got it replaced! The new one charges so it was the charger that was not working. Everything is all good now. Definitely recommend this seller and item!

I was always one of those people who thought I was doing a good job by brushing my teeth quickly but when I went to the dentist I was always told I need to keep doing better. I’ve been avoiding electric toothbrushes because I simply didn’t want to pay the big price tag. This one was on sale during prime so I thought why not just try it? Oh my gosh, mind blown! Best toothbrush EVER!! I’ve never been able to get my mouth this clean before. The app is super helpful showing me where to brush & what percentage clean that area is. When I reach 100% it goes to the next zone. I like too that I can pause brushing to spit or take a breath by simply taking the brush out of my mouth. I’m so excited about brushing my teeth for the first time in my life. And I can hardly wait to go to the dentist & see what they tell me! If you’re on the fence, BUY THIS TOOTHBRUSH! You won’t regret it.

I rarely write reviews on anything, but I feel compelled to leave a review for this. Bought this on Prime Day for my nine year old, who does not do a good job brushing his teeth and is not open to suggestion or coaching of any kind from his parents. He loves playing games, keeping score, video games, etc, and he is seriously into this toothbrush and app. The app guides the process while you brush, telling you how well you’re doing in different zones of your mouth – outsides of your teeth, flat areas of your teeth, insides of your teeth. If you do a guided brush, you get 2 points… unguided gets 1 point. The first week, he was spending over 3 minutes brushing his teeth trying to get “100% coverage.” (He had never brushed behind his front teeth before, and this was a real challenge for him. I’m not kidding.) This week, I heard him yell out, “Yes! I finally got 100%!” Even if his obsession with this ended to day, worth every penny, people. Worth. Every. Penny.Update: 12/9/20 and still going strong. My son is still LOVING competing with this app for coverage/brushing performance twice a day. He broke 3 minutes with 100% coverage and he was so excited we practically threw a party. (Yes, he is brushing his teeth for 3 minutes at a time!) He currently has 567 smile points and is in the middle of a 5 day streak to get 80% or more coverage to earn an extra 5 points. I can’t believe how engaged he still is with this thing. His teeth have never been cleaner.

I love this toothbrush it helps me stay on track with brushing my teeth I have bad brushing habits and my gums tend to bleed the first time I used this product my gums did bleed but ever since then it has stopped ! Which is amazing I always feel like I get a good clean every time I use it !

I’ll admit I haven’t been to the dentist in months because of covid so I decided to try this and I love it! Feels like I just came from the dentist every time and way sleeker and quieter than my husbands Oral B. Also the app is a game changer and you can earn rewards for free refills. Getting my husband one for Christmas!
