    This is an amazing phone for the value. I have used rugged (IP68 rated) phones before and they were bulky, heavy, built like a tank. You pretty much have to deal with having a brick for a phone, forced to get used to the weight while using day to day.Then came the Bison. It absolutely changed my perspective. This phone is not too bulky, not too heavy. It feels like a regular phone with a strong durable case, has a nice bright display and can be used anywhere. It comes with a Helio P60 chip and 6GB of RAM, along with 128GB of storage AND an expandable SD card slot for added storage. The average user will not need anything more than what’s available here. The phone is responsive, feels optimized and works with many major carriers in Canada (SIM unlocked). I had multiple email accounts, social media and chat apps synchronizing with the device and never felt a lag due to the 6GB of RAM (many stayed in memory, I didn’t experience any odd out of memory app closures) Work emails synched with no problems. I am able to run with my day to day use on this device, no issues.To my surprise, since it came equipped with a 5000mAh battery, I still had a decent amount of juice after a busy day. I averaged 5.5 hours screen time with 30% battery life left at the end of the day (10:30 PM) – the phone can go further if I pushed it. In one of my tests I wanted to drain the battery to 0, while at 20% and screen brightness up, I had it playing a movie and it ended up playing the the whole film (2 hours) and still had some left over before shutting off.The 48 megapixel camera on this phone is more than functional, although it’s not a Pixel phone with night sight, it has a night mode that’s ok. It also comes with a wide angle lens, and a macro lens, both worked great. The last camera on this device is meant for depth, when taking the bokeh/blurred background portrait shots. Colour representation is decent, and the phone comes with the potential of taking photos underwater since it has extra multi function buttons on the side. Video is 1080p at 30 frames per sec and it’s fluid, not jerky at all. There isn’t an optical stabilization module on the phone, but your pictures are fine on this handset.The phone has a dedicated headphone jack (hardly see these anymore), USB – C, NFC for mobile payments, functional face unlock and fingerprint scanner, and I didn’t have any loudspeaker issues with the phone (other users noted that the speaker sounded muted or wasn’t loud enough, but I never had that problem) – There’s a protruding lanyard spot at the bottom of the phone which props the bottom end up for the loudspeaker to fire properly as it’s in the back vs the bottom like most phones.The phone comes with a built in screen protector pre-applied (not tempered glass, just plastic film) so be careful when you peel the factory sticker on the display. It came with an 18W wall charger, performs rapid charge to top up the large capacity battery. You’d pretty much only need to use this at night when you’re done with the the phone before bed.There are raised corners, protective metal side edges, texturized side buttons and no protective flaps to cover the USB and headphone jack. When water enters the phone through these ports, just wait for it to be completely dry before using them, the phone knows when there’s water in the port and will not activate a charge.It’s running Android 10, and I was able to get the latest version available from the company’s website. I did have a few questions about the product and the support I received was great. The folks are very responsive, so I hope I don’t have to engage them for any issues, but if I did, I feel confident that they will look after me.Not bad at all for $300.

    It will charge up to 100 percent less than 2 hours. But it discharges faster than I feel it should. That why I feel battery is weak

    This phone is absolutely awesome! Flawless gaming! Better antenna than most phones so you get an awesome connection everywhere! The more I use the more awesome it is! Great underwater camera! Plenty of processing power with plenty of RAM! It does everything you need it to do!.

    Had it for a few days now. Loading apps and playing with it. Coming from an iPhone. Very happy with the feel, visuals and over all speed. Very happy with it and highly recommend this store. Won’t spend a ridiculous amount on another iPhone again. This is amazingly priced.

    This is my second Umidigi phone. This phone is great. I tend to be rough on my phones and the fact that it already is equipped with a case and gorilla glass was a good thing. Also the memory and ram were a great addition. I have noticed that the battery goes down to 50% by mid day if I’m using it all morning, which I usually am. Though it recharges fast, within 2 hours it will be back to 100%
