I bought the Aiwa Exos-9 speaker in September of 2016. (its the end of May ’17 at the time of this writing). I wanted to give this thing a few months of service before i came back on here to review. I was skeptical of all the 5 star reviews, the lower ratings are what looked to be faulty units, naturally a 5 star product on amazon is questionable… So i waited, after ordering the thing i was excited. consider what you are buying here, a wireless speaker that runs 8-10 hours and you can take pretty much anywhere besides the water. I have and own smaller devices, wired as in no battery/portable devices and some that are AC only… which works well in the house but i wound up selling those off and keeping my sound systems of bookshelf units (one oddly enough is a 90’s Aiwa system still kicking today). So after 8 months here i gotta say i absolutely love this. Its not all rainbows, surely you’ve read the reviews on here about the faults of the speaker – bluetooth hijacking (fixed, well kinda), Lack of song skipping/next song on the device (both of which is fixed with the remote sold separately but worth it). The sound on this thing is great, absolutely surprising for a Bluetooth battery operated speaker. I have yet to find a speaker that sounds remotely close to this without needing to be plugged in. The sound is loud and rocking, the bass pumps and with the on-board EQ allows you to tweak settings to your liking. of course your phone/tv/device also has an EQ, making it possible to get the sound perfect to any music, movie or hockey game. I was a huge fan of Aiwa before, and they just disappeared… like a phoenix to rise from some metaphoric ash to create something special….I’d like to see some housing improvements as well as a splash proof if at all possible in the future. But im nitpicking to find flaws with the Exos-9. As a home only device, its elegant and fits in with my other electronics. As a portable device, it surely steals the show of any party, my neighbors have more reason to hate me, this being the first summer shes getting let loose. I am considering buying another, for no reason because my uses one is more than enough. I just want to see how loud it can get. I use this every single day, and its the best investment someone like me who spends time outside and loves music could ever make. Welcome back aiwa… I hope you create more music pumping devices for many years to come!

At first listen, most will wonder how a company could offer a battery operated speaker with this sound quality and volume for $300. When you see and hear the smaller bluetooth speaker competitors that are in the $300 range, just go ahead and scratch your head trying to figure out why they are charging $300 for their speaker if Aiwa can produce this thing and sell it for $300.I cheated and found the answer to that question during my research and read that Aiwa is putting all their money into better speaker components rather than spending it on marketing as most others do. No stores…..no commercials…..no glossy ads…..no big mark up.I am however, scratching my head trying to figure out why the full list of specifications for the Exos 9 is not listed here on Amazon. It most certainly is a huge selling point. If you want the full list, go to Aiwa’s home page on the internet. I’ll list a few that I feel are very important that aren’t listed as of the date of my review:APTX bluetooth codec. If you want good sound, start with a good input source. Neither my phone nor my tablet have APTX, so I purchased an APTX transmitter/ receiver here on Amazon for $35. just so I would insure my Exos 9 was getting the best possible signal to begin with other than direct wire from the 3.5 mm jack input. (Brightech BTX Ultra….works great in transmit mode) You turn off your phone’s bluetooth so the Aiwa won’t pair with it, connect the small Brightech unit to the 3.5 mm earphone jack of your phone and boom! Instant APTX pairing with Exos 9.The size of the 5 powered drivers……two 1″ silk tweeters, two 3″ neodymium midrange drivers in their own acoustically isolated chamber to lessen harmonic distortion, and a 6.5″ dual voice coil woofer. Two speaker pairing, either left and right channel stereo or both mirroring each other.Class D bi-amplification 200 watts continuous possible output, not peak as some advertise. This thing just flat out sings. Thumps bass, clear highs……whatever your ear’s preference to dial in on the 5 band equalizer. Don’t even try to compare it to any other battery operated stereo speaker. I say stereo because there are some battery mono PA systems out there that are loud, but sound quality suffers and they aren’t stereo.Go to youtube and listen to clavinetjunkie’s sound comparisons. After hearing his videos, I preordered direct from Aiwa some 2 months ago and have had the speaker 5 days now and am liking it more each day. Have taken it to the community pool 3 times for low volume listening and the bass/treble even at low volume just sounds so much better than my old set-up. Makes the time under the sun and palm trees that much more enjoyable and relaxing for this Florida boy. It will also be my new best fishing buddy. If your need doesn’t require you to carry your speaker in your shirt/trouser/suit pocket or pocketbook/backpack/briefcase to be portable, this is the one. A 1980’s boomer style with 2015 components and engineering with a rechargeable lithium ion battery.A great review earlier today by Jeff right below mine pretty much covered my opinion of this fantastic bargain. Just buy it and start a party. It gets LOUD!UPDATE 11/14/15: If you are looking for a suitable CARRYING CASE for your Exos-9, I found my 36 can soft sided cooler by AO coolers works great. (Link: AO Coolers Silver 36 Pack Soft Sided Fishing Cooler ) The vinyl side version is waterproof and comes in black, blue, or silver colors. Speaker fits snug, just push down on the top of your speaker and zip her up and buckle her down. $70. and it is a great cooler when not being used to transport your speaker. Makes carrying it a lot easier in addition to offering protection.I have found one drawback…..when people hear this speaker, they want one. I can’t count how many times complete strangers have come up to me at the pool and started asking the same questions- “Where did you get it?” & “How much does it cost?” So I’m just saying….be prepared to repeat the story about how great this thing is over and over if you buy one. // End update//6 MONTH RELIABILITY UPDATE:5/20/16:Well, well. Here we are after 6 months of use, 3-4 times per week, 2 and 1/2 hours or so each time. Still ROCK SOLID sound and performance. I take this to the pool by car in the trunk without my soft sided cooler carrying case 3 or 4 times a week. Let’s say 5 months of trips because January is cold even in Florida. That’s 20 weeks worth of loading for at least 60 trips with 120 in and out of the trunk handling cycles with no problems yet. Still sounds just as good as new if not better now that the speakers are well broke in.I charge the battery every other trip even though it doesn’t need it. Have never come close to running the battery down. The speaker sits in the hot Florida sun the whole time it’s playing with no issues. I don’t use the control panel at all, although it works fine, as I control song selection and volume with my tablet or phone. No need to use the touch panel for me. I set the equalizer initially and then forget it.And yes…….people are still asking me questions about the speaker when they hear it. It is that good. Worried about reliability? Not me…..1 YEAR UPDATE 12/06/16…….OK, so here we are after more than 1 year of fairly heavy use as described above AND (drum roll please)….nothing new to report. Sorry.Still works as new, still sounds incredible, and still impresses anyone who hears it. So there…..you really have no reason not to buy unless you are looking for a squeaky sounding little pocket toy. They have their purpose- lightweight portability, but they are no where near in the same league as this beast when it comes to the quality of sound and the volume of sound. Period. You know you want one. Just press the “add to cart” button. 1-2-3…..GO!!!12/14/17…..I’m baaaaaack……What a great pool season this year! Plenty of sunshine, plenty of tunes. The machine has weathered the storm for yet another year with no issues whatsoever. I’m talking 90 degree heat on the pool deck, in and out of the car trunk a gazillion times, and she just keeps on PLAYING. Isn’t that what you expect when you lay out 3 bills? Yep….still going strong. I don’t know what else to say that I haven’t already. I charge the speaker about every 3rd trip, play it for 2 1/2 hours each time and it sounds as good as new today…..over 2 years later. I transported this speaker in and out of my car trunk at least 120-130 times over the last 2 years plus with my pool schedule. It’s Christmas….treat yourself or a loved one. Listen to awesome sound wherever.Cheers!!!! Happy Holidays everyone!!!!!12/13/18……Just checking in…..another year of hard use and still no problems. Not too many products you can say that about after 3 years. This is one of them. Battery is STILL strong (which amazes me). These guys built a speaker to last. If I haven’t broke it yet, it’s solid as a rock.12/09/19…..It’s the holidays, so time for an update! Still sounds as good as new. Haven’t been using it as much at the pool as past years due to buying a boat and fishing more often. Cuts into your pool time, you know? Ha! Life is good. I am amazed that I am still running the original battery with this beast with so many charge cycles under it’s belt. It’s nice to know I can buy a new battery if it ever does go kaput on me.One thing I am noticing reading some of the other reviews- if you are not happy with the volume or sound quality, USE THE EQUALIZER! It makes a BIG difference in both. Listening without the equalizer in just sounds “cheap” and not as loud to me. I use the classic “v” pattern on it….gradually more bass as the frequencies get lower and more treble as they get higher with a flat midrange. It’s all up to your individual ears. It’s the giving season…..buy this to give. You will be the best Santa on the planet! Merry Christmas everyone.

I’m a believer. You can get good sound and real atmospheric moving base from a portable bluetooth speaker. For reference I’ve tried:Bose Soundlink revolve plusBraven XXLJBL Extreme 3Ecoxgear EcoboulderThey’re all decent speakers, but the others are missing that clarity and bass which gets you moving against your will and gives you goose bumps when you listen close.Pros:Best sound of anything in this price rangeBluetooth goes 50ft through walls which stronger than the others with the exception of the Ecoboulder which somehow has 100ft rangeClipped in replaceable battery (none of the others have this)Built-in fully customizable 5 band EQ (none of the others have this)Two USB power portsClean design with energy saving features (battery saver and lights out while still playing but not touched)Optional RemoteShareable controlDecent portability with handle and optional bagPlus…you can link two together!Cons:Not water or sand resistant at all without bagBag cord port doesn’t line up with the power cordPlastic housing seems like it could easily be destroyed if dropped off a small table so put this on the groundVolume knob doesn’t stop at max volume and the level is not displayed in digital form at all so you’ll spin it until you realize it’s not getting louder (not like you’d need it that loud, I just like to know)I’d completely recommend this over the others and am ordering a second one for some crazy stereo action for each side of the pool.

What can I say that hasn’t been said? The only other speaker on the market in this size category that’s as good as this, is the Diamondboxx M. That thing is over $500 and sold out. Keep up with demand Diamondboxx. Or maybe there is no demand because of this beast! Javi’s Boom Tech YouTube channel has a great comparison between the two. If you want a clean, accurate speaker that gets very loud with little to zero distortion and is still portable, definitely buy this. (Buy the $20 case like I did, as well.) No clue how much this weighs, but strapped to your shoulder it feels like a bowling ball. The sound quality is much more clear with a ton more bass than my JBL Extreme. It has better highs, mids, and lows. I was in awe of that thing before I heard this. The difference is night and day! The JBL still has it’s place since it’s much smaller though. I’m lucky to own both I guess. I haven’t experienced any noticeable distortion at max volume on this speaker or my JBL Extreme. If you only want to spend $300, it is IMPOSSIBLE to find anything that is close to this masterpiece! You won’t be disappointed. I have already have had 2 people in awe that have listened to this compact speaker/boombox!Yes it works with my television via my Bluetooth transmitter as well.Lastly, if you are still trying to decide, pull the trigger and buy the damn thing. The sound is so good, it brings a tear to my eye!

I will start this review off with a quick Pro/Con for those in a hurry and then get more into the details.Pros:+ Great Sound+ Good Battery Life+ Great Price+ Good Bluetooth RangeCons:- Terrible Aesthetic Design- Mostly Plastic Parts – feels cheaply made (isn’t though)- Huge size (compared to other BT speakers)First off all shout out to AIWA and welcome back from your nearly 20-year hiatus! I remember the boom-boxes of the 80s and 90s and they were dope! I personally had an AIWA mini-system and it was the bomb! The first thing to notice about the new AIWA Exos-9 is that it isn’t necessarily a Bluetooth speaker per se but a whole “speaker-system”, why they short-changed themselves by calling it “a Bluetooth speaker” on the box it comes with and in literally every ad, I am not entirely sure. The Exos-9 is made up of 2 mid-range speakers, 2 high-range tweeters and a 6.5-inch sub-woofer in one package – hence it’s “impressive” size when compared to other Bluetooth speakers on the market.Yes – this is a big “Bluetooth speaker” but you need some size to make the physics of good sound work properly. Unfortunately, if you want good sound, a large cabinet size is the only way to get there reliably. Yes, there are systems out there that promise BIG sound from a small package but they lack reliability and even $3000 speaker systems from the likes of Devialet in France, have major reliability issues. If great sound is what you are after, the AIWA Exos-9 delivers. Notice – I said “great” sound and extreme audiophiles (you know how you are) are not going to be satisfied with just “great” sound but for the majority of “normal people” out there who just want to listen to some music while occasionally hitting some bass heavy music, this speaker system is more than enough.I was also pleasantly surprised with the Bluetooth range and I can easily play music from my iPhone from literally 2 rooms away and it will play without any issues. Another surprise was battery life. I can go on days without recharging the battery while playing music or listening to audiobooks for hours every day. Obviously, playing bass heavy music for long periods of time will drain the battery quicker and that is to be expected. In terms of price, I’d pay up to $399 for such a system but that is just me, the fact that it was available for $299 at one point is a steal. Now to the negative things, the Ex-9 is huge and its aesthetic design seems to be from the 80s. What happened AIWA, you had to keep some of those engineers from the 80s and 90s on the team? This thing looks like shit. I am sorry to say. There is nothing about the Ex-9 that says “sleek, elegant, stylish”. The materials used scream “cheap plastic” even though the craftsmanship is acceptable and the built-in handle is a functional touch for what the product is intended to be. I guess a positive feature about its aesthetic design is that it looks somewhat like an old-fashioned AIWA boom-box with updated internal tech but the design isn’t “retro” per se. The speaker covers DO NOT COME OFF. I guess someone in AIWA decided for the users what kind of look they want to display. Everybody I know who doesn’t have children prefers for the speakers to be visible. In terms of its huge size, yes you will need a dedicated stand, cabinet space of some sort of space because this thing is going to need it but AIWA doesn’t offer a stand as an accessory purchase (hope you are reading this AIWA team). In the photo that I took of the unit, it is chilling on my window sill – yes – that’s the permanent place for it and as you can see the body of the unit extends beyond the window sill by about 2-3 inches. If you are looking for a stealth install (minimalists will know what I am talking about) you are out of luck. This thing is a tank and there is no way to hide it.In conclusion, the AIWA Ex-9 is all sound and function packaged in what can be described as a boom-box from the 80s. It will provide you with hours-long loud music if you don’t mind its big size and not being able to match it with literally anything you currently own. I will still give this unit 5 stars mainly because I am a big AIWA fan and because I believe products are never finished, they can always be improved upon. I will leave you with the vision the AIWA team came up with while designing the EX-9 which is “to be the first device to deliver home stereo-class performance in a portable device” and certainly when looking at the unit from that angle, I believe they hit the nail on its head.

Cliché time.I’ve never written a review on here before but I’ve read and benefited from so many reviews through the years that I felt I should step up. I may have a portable speaker fetish based on the picture I’ve posted but in my defense it spans 8 years and there are so many different portables out there all with different strengths/weaknesses and niches from size, sound, 360 sound, battery life, type of battery, waterproof, durability, etc. I use an Oontz Angle for the shower that’s splashproof. It fits on the ledge in the shower next to my ear. It’s $30.00 and is perfect for that with surprisingly decent sound. Update: I now have a UE Roll 2 for the shower and I love it. In fact I’m getting another one to link for true 360 stereo in my shower. I use my waterproof FUGOO XL for when I take magnesium soak baths right on the edge of the bathtub or just me and gf out on the patio. The sound is excellent and it’s easily portable, durable and of course waterproof. I love it. For my outdoor parties or basement gym I’ve used my Harmon Kardon Go+play with 360 sound and it’s excellent with great bass. It takes D batteries as well as plug in. It’s no longer being manufactured and It goes on eBay for around $350.00. A few years later I acquired a Dr. Dre Monster Beatbox. It has great sound too with colorful bass but no battery so it needs to be plugged in. I now have a Bluetooth adapter for it that works well. I also have an Ion block rocker. It’s durable but with very average sound, especially for its size. After a year it stopped holding a charge so I had to replace the battery which was simple and only $13.00.. I also love my very first Bluetooth waterproof Braven that I use at the breakfast table. Again, decent sound for its size and after 2 years it still holds a charge. Now, on to the main event…My first stereo was an Aiwa compact stereo way back in the late 70’s as a teen and I loved it. Move up 25 years and I bought an Aiwa cassette/cd player with remote for my kid that we still have although we don’t use because it’s outdated. I’m now two for two on the Aiwa brand. On Amazon I kept seeing the “you may also like” adds and then all the glowing reviews for the Exos 9. I think I read most of the 800 plus reviews on Amazon and knew I had to get one even though I didn’t “need” it. I also swore I’d never buy a speaker with a rechargeable battery as when they stop taking a charge you’re kind of limited on the portability factor. Both my Logitechs and Ion Rock Blocker did that. That being said I saw you can buy replacement cartridge batteries for these (or to have fresh batteries to interchange after 8-10 hours of play) if that happens so after some investigation I went for it.I can now say it’s easily my favorite speaker sound wise. The best feature for most of us is sound on a big portable like this. It’s why we buy these big boys. The Pros; The bass is rich, powerful and clear, never muddy. The middle and highs are present, crisp and never shrill. The music separation is fantastic. I don’t use any lossy music formats so I can’t comment on the sound of mp3’s but I hope most of you aren’t using that outdated format any more. I use lossless ALAC (Apple) & FLAC files and this speaker simply-sounds-great. I listen to classic rock, classic country, old and new pop from Motown to Taylor Swift, new country, film music like Ennio Morricone & progressive rock like Yes, Genesis, Jethro Tull, ELO, Pink Floyd & the Moody Blues. The new 2017 Sgt. Pepper stereo remix sounds absolutely wonderful on here as does the latest by Keith Urban. I have old & new test songs that I use to try out new speakers like Fever by Peggy Lee and it bounced off like it was recorded yesterday. The bass was isolated with those crisp finger snaps above that and her vocal riding over it all. Same with kd Lang’s beautiful nuanced phrasing on songs like Western Stars & Pullin’ back the reins. It picked up beautifully Suzanne Vega’s inhale/exhale nine seconds in on her song Headshots like I was sitting in the front row. I played the entire album Fragile by YES and was blown away by Chris Squire’s rubbery bass and Steve Howe’s delicate classical guitar picking and strumming. George Jones’ voice is warm and nuanced as ever on his 70’s output as is Waylon Jennings bass heavy sound on his stellar album Honky Tonk Heroes. Zeppelin’s sparse to dense production sounds intimate & then urgent when they rock out. Same with the multi-layered production of The Moody Blues on To our Children’s Children’s Children. It handles the explosion on Higher and Higher that segued into the gentle and quiet Eyes of a child effortlessly. The Beach Boy’s Mono version of Pet Sounds needs to be heard from this speaker. The atmospheric instrumentals are lonely and eerie as are the sound effects at the end of Caroline,No. I use ABBA GOLD to test speakers as well as they are impeccably produced with thumpy bass on the bottom and countered with stellar layered female vocals on top and again, this speaker handled all their frequencies with natural ease. An opera singer named Hayley Westenra has a disc out called Paradiso of Ennio Morricone songs with lots of vocal only passages interspersed with orchestration and to hear that outside on my deck felt like I was at an outdoor venue. It passed every music test I threw at it with flying colors even with high expectations from all the positive reviews. I don’t listen to Hip-Hop/Rap or disco so I don’t want speakers that “color” my music. That means giving a song extra bass as it can muddy up the mids and highs of older recordings. Beats and to some extent Bose headphones and speakers do that. I was concerned this speaker might sound that way a little too much but here’s the thing, if you are using a portable speaker outside or for loud gatherings indoors you’ll need a bit of extra boom to carry the sound even on those older, non rap recordings. This speaker manages to balance that perfectly. The reason this all works is each of the 6 internal speakers have their own drivers which balance the sound and keeps the mids and highs present and no bleed from the thumping bass. When I do play a very thumping song like Maroon 5’s One More Night it jumps right out of the speaker like it’s busting out of jail. 200 watts people. That’s huge. All my initial testing was done with only one speaker and Bluetooth only. The auxiliary port is better audio quality than Bluetooth. After about an hour of testing my EXOS 9 I knew I was ordering a second one and five days later I splurged and bought another one to link them (I was also afraid that a product this good would go up in price very soon) and I even used them for the music portion on a trivia night and it worked Wonderfully in a very noisy environment. There’s also no distortion at high volume. The cons or negatives; It’s not as rugged or stylish like my Harmon Kardon Go+Play with it’s stainless steel handle but no other speaker is. It may be a little heavy or awkward for some to carry with one arm/hand grip but you can now buy a carrying case for it on the Aiwa website as of July 3rd 2017. The cases are perfect and designed specifically for this speaker. A speaker needs to have some weight and a good size footprint to carry a powerful bass sound anyway so I can’t fault it for being 13 pounds especially since it sounds this good. It isn’t waterproof like my smaller but cherished FUGOO XL or my UE Roll 2 but that isn’t the niche this speaker was designed for so I can’t fault it for that either. Waterproof sacrifices the sound somewhat and again, I bought this for it’s sound. With Aiwa I’m now 4 for 4. I just splurged on their wireless ARC -1 headphones 🎧 and absolutely love them too. This company is making wonderful affordable high end sound products.Buy with confidence.Life is short, treat your ears with great music and sound….and stop listening to your favorite songs in lossy mp3 format. 😉Moondoggy61Update: the back casing that houses the aux port and usb port has come loose and is bouncing around inside the speaker. I’ve hardly used that portion of the speaker so I’m disappointed that it came loose. The sound is still fantastic for bluetooth but if was using the aux port I’d be out of luck I’m afraid.

I did weeks of research on high end Bluetooth speakers(JBL, Harman, Fugoo, Bose, etc) and being a very indesisive person, it was a difficult task. After laying out all my findings the decision was pending on Sound vs Convenience. In other words, do you want the speaker that you can throw in a bag, has 35 hours of battery, and is waterproof….. Or the speaker that will beat the block down. At the end of the day I chose SOUND and I could not be happier. This speaker has great bass and if you were playing baseball in the outfield and this speaker was at home plate, you could hear it clearly. Can the competition do that? Not even close. The battery last for 8 hours, which isn’t bad but Aiwa just released a backup battery for purchase that gives you an extra 18 hours. Total of 26 hours+. I’ll be using this while at my campsite when I go to music fest, so excited.Go against the grain with these “is that as loud as it goes” Pringles can shaped speakers that are peasants compared to the king of the block… Aiwa Exos 9.I attached a pic of my house after I turned it on. 🙂

Bought one speaker, took it to a party, was “the man”. Everyone was sad to see me walk out the door. Decided to try a second speaker. My only advise to the OEM, Aiwa, would be to include a warning sticker. You should be registered or go through training before unleashing these puppies . . .Goes well with …On Stage RS7705 Adjustable Amplifier Standhttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000RXPQSQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

On a sale of 1 to 5….. it’s a 10.5 stars, 5 atta boys, 5 thumbs up, 5 smiles, 5 thank yous.A few complaints though…..1.) I can’t afford two…right now anyway.2.) A whole lot o’ money was wasted on other bluetooth speakers which are now going in the trash.3.) I didn’t hook it up when my brother was visiting so that I could gloat over how pitiful his speakers are in comparison with this.4.) I forgot to turn off the bluetooth link and got blown out of bed when my phone alarm went off at 6am.5.) Sufficient security and/or insurance arrangements must be made as a precautionary measure which may cost me more than I paid for the speaker.Simply the best bluetooth speaker to be had in and out of it’s price range.Thank you for making this speaker. Thank you!!!!!

Well I received my Aiwa Bluetooth speaker yesterday. It sure came securely packaged. Had to open 3 separate boxes to get to it.,I couldn’t wait to see what all the hype was about. In less then a minute from switching the unit on, the Aiwa seamlessly paired with my IPhone SE. Within that same minute my music was playing. One of my first observations was, I need to turn the bass down. Easily accomplished with the equalizer. Now the fun began. I started flipping through many songs in my library. My thoughts, Aiwa nailed it. Played a lot of songs with full instrumentation. I had the speaker outside. I really wanted to crank the volume, but thought better of it. Neighbors, must be mindful. Had it up to about 3/4 volume. One neighbor told me that I should go apologize to some of the other neighbors due to the volume. The one neighbor stayed to listen. The speaker was placed about 10 feet away from us at about 1/4 volume. It was hard to have a normal conversation at that level. Now the meat and potatoes, the sound is clean and crisp. No notable distortion.I’m not a big Bluetooth fan as I have been disappointed to many times by the hallow, lackluster sound of some previous purchases from the supposedly number 1 names, that were returned immediately. Aiwa has certainly not disappointed, this unit is for sure a keeper. There is for sure different strokes for different folks. Some may want more bass, more midrange, more treble. The built in equalizer should more then look after that for you. Some may want more volume. Put it this way. If this unit is several 100 feet away at 3/4 or more volume from a non music liking neighbor, quite possibly the police will be called.Overall at the price point of $300. for a portable Bluetooth speaker, I really don’t think anything comes close to the Aiwa, I can pretty much guarantee that. Some of the other systems I own are, Mark Levinson, Bang & Olufsen DVD Audio, Bose DVD Audio. Each of those 3 are incredible, and up there with the best of the best for their intended applications.I would definitely put the Aiwa in the same category. The Best of the best for its intended application.A little note, I have now been playing the Aiwa for over 5 hours and the battery indicator is still showing over 50% battery life remaining.JS SAYN 😎
