Received Phone 2 days ago. fully charged battery and activated phone. The battery will not hold charge. went dead in a few hours without use of phone. Need Battery sent that will hold charge. Not acceptable. Sent message to seller. 2 year warranty on phone. Will update with results and how problem is handled.ZTE Cymbal Z-320 Unlocked 4G LTE Phone Amazon Please advise seller and reply to me. Follow up. Seller sent new battery and phone and.battery works great now.

Does what it’s supposed to, makes and receives calls. Texting works and bluetooth works as well. interface is not the best, but then again, it is a flip phone.

I switched from an Iphone SE to this phone and im not looking back. heres why:I bought this phone so i could declutter my mind, and see how much of my smart phone I’d actually miss. But, when i started this search i needed the phone to meet a few requirements, 1. 4G and or LTE, this was simply because AT&T is taking down 2g and Id imagine that 3g will EVENTUALLY go the way of old yeller. 2. unlocked so i could jump carriers and keep this phone. and 3. in no way smart at all.The ZTE cymbal is a sweet little package if you are really utilitarian, have grown tired of your smart phone, or simply want a phone to take hiking, cycling, running, traveling, etc. A great back up to have kickin around in a desk drawer. It utilizes the Micro sim card as do most smart phones, some of the more popular smart phones are moving towards Nano sim cards. But I have a windows phone that takes micro sims, so on the off chance i decide to go back its easy. AND if you want a phone that is distraction free, but dont want to fully lose your smart phone, the sim compatibility allows you to switch back and forth whenever you want.APPSnone. besides the basics most of us will remember from the days of indestructable nokias and polyphonic ringtones. alarms, calculator, camera, and the big kicker, a weather app!the feelThe keyboard feels a little cheesy after a while, slightly loose but it works well. IT DOES NOT US T9, IT HAS T12 which is an alternative and kind of more of a pain in the ass, but after an adjustment period it works just fine. The phone itself feels good in the hand and can take a solid drop without loosing the battery door. nice to hold for long calls and easy to hold while texting.Qualitycall quality is insane. If you utilize voice over LTE the call quality is similar to skype or facetime, and all other calls made had good sound, clear and crisp, and good volume. the only issues i had were with others hearing me. That issue boiled down to me holding the phone too far from my mouth, the mic isnt the best.cameraits a flip phone camera, but if youre sending pictures to your friends with smartphones, they wont be lost in a sea of pixels. Pictures come through clear.The phone can do group messaging, MMS, silent mode, has a lovely selection of ringtones and alarm sounds and looks sleek. the outer screen resembles the screen from a fitbit and is easy to read. Actual screen is a little hard to read in sunlight, but isnt a problem anywhere else.all in all, if youre looking for a phone to be a back up or alternate to your smart phone for distraction free meetings or vacations or adventures, this is a great worth while choice.And if youre like me and wanted to intentionally downgrade in order to connect to your life a little more, its a great choice too!
