I am giving this a 5 star rating because of how wel Amazon handled my concern and challenges with this machine. Works well enough but due to my line of work I work with a minimum of two external screens. The USB-C port works for NOTHING other than a mouse connection. Literally tried everything. HP customer service was the absolute worst in this scenario. Amazon actually wanted to get on the line with me to facilitate smooth assistance after I told them how many times I had been hung up on. Bet you can’t guess what happened…you got it HP hung up on the Amazon representative.This machine runs smoothly, has decent graphics. Keyboard is not back lit, but is very responsive. Bezel is seamless and well done. Will recommend for general use or maybe an undergraduate level student. **Be aware if you have to work with HP customer service is is not the HP of the 90s and early 2000s, they will not assist very well unless you are a paid subscriber(I’m paid for my elitebooks)and even then it is a bit frustrating.Shout out to Amazon customer service for really jumping in, removing the friction from this and making it much more pleasant.

Bought this for my son’s 15 birthday. He needed something for school projects. He loves the color and its nice and lightweight. Worth the money! Only thing was it says office for free but you have to give a credit card and pay after two weeks. So they need to be clearer on that.
