I did a lot of research before buying this laptop and I am extremely satisfied with it. The only difficulty was with MS Windows needing to do a lot of updates before things stabilized but that is true for ANY new Windows PC. Some of the online reviews had negative comments but I found them not to be a problem. Here’s some examples: Some said the display was too dim but I felt that it was plenty bright in daylight or in a dim room. Yes, there is some flexing in the keyboard but for normal typing it was not even noticeable. The speakers, though not fantastic, I found to be better than I expected. Granted that my previous HP laptop had up firing speakers which sounded better and the Samsung speakers are under the laptop body firing down but they sounded pretty good. Based on the negative speaker reviews for the Samsung I was expecting the sound to be terrible but it was actually pretty good. Another reviewer had problems with the Wi Fi speed he was getting but I ran a speed test and got the full speed I always get from my Wi Fi.The overall performance and graphics is very good and the light weight and size are excellent. I had to wait a little longer to get the Mystic Silver but I really didn’t want the blue one. The wait was worth it!!

I am not a tech wizard by any stretch. I am 78 and have used PC’s for 40 years in business applications, now I am retired and spend most of my time on a desktop for various and sundry activities. I wanted a light laptop to mirror what I have on my desktop to have with me for travel and other sundry uses. I have only had this for about 2 weeks and have loaded all of the info that I want to mirror from my desktop and found it easy to do so. The display is gorgeous! It is also plenty fast for my purposes (I’m not a gamer). Of course the battery life hasn’t panned out to be not exactly near the top of what is claimed (based on my usage) but is a good ‘day’s worth’; about 14 hours for me which will work well for having it on my future transatlantic flights without having to plug it in on the airplane (but I probably will anyway). And, if I were still working, it would certainly last all day for meetings and such, and then some to get home and charge. It is super lightweight and I’m very happy that I bought it.. I’ve become a Samsung fan as I also have the Galaxy 6 tablet and have just ordered a Samsung Galaxy S21 phone.

I have been surveying the market for a laptop computer for the last six months and fortunately this Samsung GB Pro came to my rescue with all the required specs and I had pre-ordered the same immediately. Several Laptops with OLED were under review but this one stands out with AMOLED display and with the Samsung Eco System smooth transfer of data was feasible with other Samsung Gadgets I own. Only negative point I see was the bottom of the laptop was made of plastic and only the top is high military grade Aluminium as advertised, which I didn’t notice in any of the reviews on YouTube.

If you are looking for a high-powered laptop for a reasonable price, this might be a good choice. The screen is magnificent. The fingerprint reader works great. The laptop is blazing fast. The keyboard is large and comfortable to use and includes a numeric keypad. The laptop powers on when the cover is lifted. The backlit keyboard comes on and off based on the ambient room light. It’s the lightess and thinnest laptop I’ve ever seen.Many of these features have been highlighted in other reviews but one that hasn’t is the downloadable user’s manual. This is by far the best one I’ve ever seen. It’s logically laid out and deals with all the laptop’s features as well as key Windows features. Each feature is described and includes step by step instructions on how to access and customize the feature. If you are like me and get overwhelmed by all the customization choices on a Windows laptop, I think you will find the manual to be extremely helpful.This laptop isn’t cheap but compared to laptops with similar features I think it is a great buy.

I’ve had this one for well over a year now. It’s reliable and holds the sheet music programs I use on stage. It hooks up via blue tooth to a keypad. I’ve used it to watch TV shows and movies. I like this pad!

It’s unnervingly light for a 15.6 inch laptop but it is a powerhouse. I use it for software development and it’s holding up really well. Been over a week now and so far no heating or fan issues. There have been complaints about the keyboard from other reviews, but from my experience I quite like the key depth, it’s quite comfortable for me and I think the flex is less noticeable on the mystic silver model. This one is also not a fingerprint magnet like the other one. Overall very happy with my laptop!

The display and ultra-portability certainly outweigh any negatives. The touchpad is too big for my liking and can register false clicks but that is the trend the industry is moving in. It is because your palm may be resting on the touchpad itself. Other than that, no issues and blazing fast. The display is unbelievable for the resolution. The only thing I can think that might beat this is the Dell XPS 15″ 9510 with 3.5K OLED but that’s not even available yet. Highly recommend this unit. It has made my life a little bit easier. Also on this unit there is NO TOUCHSCREEN. The 360 has it NOT the Pro.

Very light weight which I love. Image is amazing. and it is fast. So easy to setup. I like the price too. I would recommend this laptop. For the record, I do not use it for gaming so I cannot speak to that area. I use it for my own record keeping, with ancestry applications, and prime video. Extremely please.
