Overall, I’m really enjoying my laptop! Had it for about 3weeks now and seems to be running great. I can barely tell it’s renewed. Came with a charger in a renewed box.Laptop does seem to get hot when connected to a power source but other than that all good!

I have this laptop for work and I loved it so much I wanted to buy one for personal use. My referb was in near perfect condition with only the TINIEST bit of wear on the mouse pad. For the price I definitely can’t complain. Runs perfectly and looks great.

I just received it today and it looks brand new. It came in a Microsoft box and was noted as certified refurbished. I checked the warranty and it is valid for 1 year. Hopefully I won’t have future problems but it’s good to know it would be covered by Microsoft. Shipping was fast. UPS dropped the package on my doorstep despite a signature being required. Luckily I was home.

I did my research on this product and the seller and a few other sellers for several weeks before I made the purchase. I normally don’t buy refurbished products. After heavy debate and the recent pandemic I needed a new laptop so I decided to take a chance. I prayed and purchased this laptop & it is soo much better than I expected . Works perfectly and is exactly what it was described as and more. It Looks brand new in original packing with all the original accessories. There was also no sign of it being previously owned at all. Absolutely no wear in tear or any minor imperfection. I inspected it thoroughly. I’m happy and I also bought the protection plan.

Bought the black version of the Surface Laptop 2 and was thoroughly impressed with the condition as being new.I ran a battery test after running the plethora of Windows updates and the battery was new!Sometimes with used or refurbs this is where things can slide a but not in this case. Definitely passed all Microsoft Certified Ref specs.Highly recommended. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend buying this way for a nice discount.

Love how nicely it syncs up with my android/Google products. It’s fast, light, and a good battery life. I am not an expert on laptops, but needed something reliable that I could stream movies on, and have good video for long distance chats. Love the metal, and I got a plastic sticky cover because I was worried my hands would stain the fabric. So far, it’s performed excellent.

Very good screen, as in, VERY good. Quick, keyboard fantastic as is touchscreen. only add on to buy, if you’re a numbers geek like me, is a blue tooth 10key (about $14.00) and mini hub extension ($8.00). Then you’ll have four USB ports and a fully functional expanded keyboard. Super good computer.

I, like so many other on here, had some reservations about going with a refurbished laptop. I decided to try this one out, as the dealer had a lot of surprisingly good reviews. I’m sure glad I did! The computer came in original box, and the machine itself looks brand new; no dings, scratches, or chips and it was clean as a whistle. The start-up was quick and streamlined and so far the item functions perfectly. Only drawback was that I thought the surface laptop 2 had a removable screen and it appears I was incorrect. That was a research error on my part however. Digital drawing programs still appear to work great and the surface pen operates flawlessly with this laptop. I’m really looking forward to using this laptop for school and art!

The computer is great. Graphics are good, touch screen is awesome, the keyboard is lit, but when I received my laptop the charger was broken then a week later the touch pad was jammed. I’m not an aggressive clicker so how it jammed is beyond me. But this review isn’t so much for the laptop cause it’s a great laptop but mainly for the company. They were so understanding when I contacted them and they gave me a full refund. They had great customer service. Again the computer is great. I just probably got that one bad one in the batch. I would recommend this computer and company If your looking for a surface!
