#Pros:- Great value. It’s less than $15 for a medium/big mat.- Water resistant.It’s not waterproof the but the resistance is pretty high. So rest assure that it will make cleaning so much easier. Because I spilled my drinks at least 4 times since I’ve gotten this one. Lol.And if there’s any spill, or leakage, you can swipe with some paper towels. Versus the previous pad I had, it was a nightmare to clean up. And the wet spot takes awhile to dry out.- Obviously a faux leather,but the texture makes it feel very expensive. I love it. Would make a great gift for office users.- Non slip.I was very skeptical to know the back side is made of suede. But it offers a lot of friction and therefore hasn’t slipped on me yet. Plus, it gives the mat a little bit of padding as well.- Premium coating.It feels smooth and nice on your hands. I use the pad for my keyboard and mouse and the mouse movement is just as smooth as my previous textured pad. Great for gaming.- I bought the 31.5″ x 15.7″. So it’s enough for my computer desk without being too big. It still feels ergonomic and quite comfortable for a thin piece of faux leather.- No wrinkles.When you roll out the mat for the first time, it’s perfect. And it remains wrinkle-free for the entire time I’ve been using it.- Climate pledge friendly badge.So you know the materials that used in the making of the product won’t harm the environment.- One-year warranty can be upgraded into lifetime warranty if you register on Messenger and confirm your Amazon order ID. It’s sweet.#Cons:- Haven’t found one yet.#Verdict:- A recommended buy at this price point.- I included some comparison pictures with my old mat (on the left side), which was incredibly hard to clean up.

When I was looking at these I had two main concerns: will this feel extremely cheap and how bad are those wrinkles I’m seeing on some photos?Short answers: this does not feel cheap at all. I’m actually shocked at the quality of the materials, especially considering the price. This does have wrinkles, but they can be mitigated (at your own risk).I purchased the 31 inch and the 36 inch version of this. The 36″ mat lost almost all of the wrinkles after a day or two. It is MUCH smoother than the 31 inch. Unfortunately I cannot take photos of it because it’s at my job.After rolling the 31″ mat out and using it for a while, the wavy wrinkles would not go away. The corners flattened out, but not the little ripples. If you have a bright light on your desk, the mat will look perfectly smooth (which I think is why many of the photos here look good). If you do not, you’ll see the little waves. I have taken photos of both lighting situations. (Note – my photos were taken AFTER I tossed this in the dryer, which you can read about below. Initially the waves were much worst)At first I was a little disappointed about this, but I had read from a user here that they put the mat in their dryer for a few minutes. I decided to do this and it worked very well. The wrinkles were much less noticeable. Two notes about this:1. Do not put it in your dryer for a long time. I had it on normal heat for three minutes and when I took it out, it felt like a few more minutes would have melted it it.2. This might cause small dents in your mat. I have attached a photo, but after I took the mat out there was a small crevice in it. I suspect this may go away over time, but it was 100% from my dryer. If you are afraid of this, don’t do the dryer method. I put my keyboard over it so it’s not the end of the world.In short, the smaller mats have stubborn wrinkles that don’t want to come out. That said, over time they will begin to fade but you can expedite this with a dryer (at your own risk). The quality is awesome, especially for the price. It has a nice grain on the top and the bottom will not harm your desk (it’s almost like a faux velvet).I cannot believe how cheap these were – I have them on both my desks now and am a desk mat convert. Easy to write on, optical mouse works well on them, they just feel really nice.

I have only had my desk pad for 2 days, but it doesn’t take long to realize that this is one of the best investments I have made for my home office. The pad is just as described – soft realistic PU leather, and a suede underside that prevents it from slipping on the desk. I have a dark wood desk, and decided to get this in order to protect the desk while also giving it some character. The price had me wondering if it was going to be cheap, but that is not the case at all. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is searching for a great, sturdy desk pad.

The description of this desk mat is spot on. If you really are concerned about possibly damaging your desk surface, this does provide protection; it does not slip, and the items on it don’t slip either. However, I eliminated the mouse pad because my mouse glides on this mat effortlessly. Did I mention that the mat looks pretty nice on my desk? Excellent product and value. Don’t think about it twice, just buy it and you will not regret it.

This mat looks nice, is easy to store when not in use and makes teleworking feel a little more professional.As a recruiter for my company, I spend a lot of time working from my dining table. The last thing I want is to see my beautiful table ruined by moisture trapped in the wood leaving that awful haziness. I was using placemats, towels and books to keep my computer off the surface and just felt like it distracted me from the professional environment.This mat handles the heat of the computer and my morning coffee very well and leaves no evidence of my presence when I wrap up for the day or take my work on the road. It’s large and clean design make it perfect for setting your phone aside and having your phone at the ready while you type.The only problem is that when I look for it, sometimes I find it at a different location with my wife’s computer on it. Since she is failing to respect my boundaries (only kidding), I’ll probably have to get her one as well now.

Wow so far I am really impressed with the quality for the price. I researched options at many price points and chose this one. Very happy with this purchase.It was packed nicely (rolled inside a paper wrapping), feels soft and very similar to leather (doesn’t feel cheap), and doesn’t smell at all. I unrolled it on my desk and it was laying perfectly flat the same day. Had about a week now and so far have eaten on it, spilled water/coffee on it and wiped up with no stains, no problems. I bought the grey and there has been no color transfer to anything. I haven’t tried placing anything hot on it (like a regular coffee mug) because it is clearly synthetic material and worried it might warp.The main reason I purchased this was for my mouse, which wasn’t tracking well on a wooden table top. Also, it’s uncomfortable and cold to do work on a table without some kind of mat. This looks great, is comfortable to work on, and the mouse works perfectly now, very responsive. Highly recommend this desk pad.

Bought the desk pad to use under the metal stand for my lightscreen for Diamond painting hobby! It works perfectly! Rolled out easy and no markings, no rolling back up, no waves in it, just a super smooth surface!I bought the white pad so I can easily see the small colored diamonds if they fall off during my working on the pictures. Prevents the stand from scratching my table which I had noticed was happening, so this is a perfect item for hobbies as well as for regular desk work! Worth the cost and it was much less than many others! Also, it is made in the USA! I love supporting our own businesses whenever possible!

This item was rolled and packaged well. I was nervous knowing that it would probably be stored and shipped rolled up, that it would take a while for the material to lay flat. It laid flat ALMOST immediately.It has a slight off gassing going on, not the normal leather smell. It is off putting, nor is it intense. I’d assume that it will be gone in a day or so (because of how minute the smell is).The color looks great, a little darker than the pictures. If you go with the colored tiles in the first picture, that is more accurate (i got brown).I dislike writing on too hard of a surface, this is padded enough to add relief from a hard desk, but not padded enough to eliminate any issues you have with pain. (But if you bought it think it would help with this, then shame on you). The texture/feel when you run your mouse over it is great. I like this much more than those nasty mouse pads you have that collect all your dead skin cells then gums up movement on your mouse eventually. Enough free slide and enough friction for control. I’d think it would be good for gaming, but I did not buy it for that purpose.If i was being really picky i would say i wish it gave 2-3mm more of cushioning/padding.There really isn’t a non slip underneath, but it is also not very “slippery” either. If you an aggressive user this might be an issue for you, But i have my laptop sitting on it and my monitor on another edge, so they hold it down in place enough to where nothing moves.All in all if you are complaining about this item it’s because you expected the world from an item costing ONLY $12 (11.99, but lets round up).This item is well worth the 12 dollars you spend for it.

I needed a nice but inexpensive desk pad to protect my wooden desk. I also needed something smooth to write on & I didn’t want a desk pad so large that it overwhelms the top of the desk. Plus anything too big & thick, in my opinion, unbalances the stuff on the desk.Well I found my perfect desk pad. It’s not too thick, it’s the perfect size for my needs. & it’s affordable. It came delivered in a roll. At first, I was concerned it would never be entirely flat since it was a thinner desk pad but it flattened out just fine. I absolutely recommend this desk pad.

I was very dubious when ordering given the price range of similar products here on Amazon but I am very frugal so I decided to go with this option. It is exactly as described and works perfectly. I’ve been able to throw away my mouse pad as my mouse slides easily over this cover, my keyboard no longer slips around and the mat doesn’t move around at all. I would definitely recommend this product.
