I purchased this item for my IPAD Air and it fits perfect. I also have a folio keyboard case and still works well we did put a small bar on the edge my case when expanded wouldn’t slip.

I have searched through nearly every option available for a new lap desk, and this one is perfect! I had one of the old ones from years ago that had a flat hard smooth top with the typical beaded cushion underneath. I would have kept it forever, but after unused and stored for years the beads absorbed some type of old musty smell. I wanted a flat one without any extras such as raised plastic barriers, indentations, or cupholders (all of which I find too restrictive when I’m trying to write something or move laptop around). The top is smooth enough to write on, yet won’t allow your items to slip around. The picture selection is great and blends perfectly without looking cheap. I believe this is the ideal versatile lap desk and fits on my lap perfectly.
