The audio sounds terrible unless you download the driver and set it up. But once you do….. it sounds GREAT and honestly is the best feeling headset I have ever owned. I can keep it on all day without even noticing. The battery sometimes even lasts just as long as it claims if not longer, and the charging cord is long enough that it isn’t an issue even when it does die. As I shop for an Xbox mix, I am saddened that I cannot find this brand for it as well because I would 10/10 buy one and suggest that all my friends do the same. Great headset for the price, just make sure you follow the proper steps.

The headset is great, it has plenty of range to walk around my whole house, the sound is great and the microphone pass through is an awesome feature to allow yourself to maintain some awareness outside the headset and I love the volume knob for the pass through being on the headset so if you’re launching a game you can turn the pass through off on the headset and dont have to open any programs to adjust it before starting your game – and then if someone walks into your room or something, you can quickly turn it back up and hear them perfectly without removing your headset! The headset also has a pretty punchy bass for a non-ampped and wireless headset! Explosions sound good and general game ambiance is definitely achieved. I havent tried super human hearing but I’ve never been good enough at games to pick out footsteps and reloads so its not a huge deal for me anyway. If you were after a headset to help you pick up those fine details I would stay away from wireless anyway as the sound quality is always going to suffer over the air waves. The ONLY con I have here and that is how much battery life the RGB sucks up. Personally, I just keep it off because there is literally no point to RGB on a headset when I cant see it… I’ve never understood that. But in the time I did have it on, it took my average battery life from 27 hours to 19 hours and that was on about 40% brightness. I can only imagine if you had it on full brightness it would only last about 10 hours!!!If the RGB isnt an issue for you, I recommend the headset – I almost wish they just made a cheaper version of this exact headset with no RGB – that would be perfection.

I’m not an audiophile by any means, but I have owned a fair few headsets in my day. I will say, the SWARM software can be a little finicky to use and it was a bit of a pain to properly set up the surround sound. But other than that, the connection is great, the battery life is fantastic, and it’s got pretty lights on it. Very comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. Mic sounds pretty good. Would recommend to literally everyone. 10/10

I took a chance with a device I had no clue on the name because I am just now getting into pc gaming. These are amazing! I know there are probably better out there but these are super impressive and you don’t get all the sweat from wearing them. They are very comfortable and decently loud. Start the volume out low! lol My ears are still ringing.

Got these as a matching set for my keyboard(Vulcan 122 Aimo) and mouse(Kone Aimo) all by Roccat and I must say am very happy I did! Coming from a full Razer setup of KB,mouse, and headset(Razer Man-of-war) I was skeptical but I can tell you I wouldn’t trade these for anything as they sound and feel amazing!!!! Awesome sound quality great bass super stable connection beautiful RGB and the software control with Roccat Swarm is excellent and we’ll laid out! Full eq and nice voice effects as well! Mic is clear as a bell and even has what’s called Superhuman Hearing which allowed me to pinpoint footsteps in any direction in Warzone!!! (Super helpful) My suggestion is just get them you will not be disappointed AT ALL!!!!

They were great. Though the pressure the put made me motion sick, it’s a common thing if yiu get car sick some over ear noise canceling head phone might make you sick. I didn’t know that before hand and so put this here for those who don’t know. I did use them and touched through it for a few hours, though I ate something bad use was right after lunch but I took them off and 10 mins later was fine and googling, the sound was great and they were indeed noise canceling I didn’t hear someone knock on our door lol.

I am coming from Logitech G935 wireless units. I love the G935s, but the battery life is horrible compared to other brands. Working remotely or gaming all day, ’12 – 14′ hours didn’t cut it. The battery would really only last more like 10-11 solid hours, even with lighting off.I use other ROCCAT products, and really like them, so when I saw ROCCAT now had a wireless headset, I was on board. The battery life was one of the main reasons I went with the ROCCAT, plus the fact it was much less expensive than other brands, buy $100 or more. The battery easily lasts all day for me, and the software shows 25 – 27 hours with the lighting still on, but dimmed down.Sound is very comparible to my G935s, which I really like. A nice mix of sound, including good bass. I listen to a lot of music, as well as game a ton, so sound was very important. My Teams / Webex meetings sound just fine as well.Overall I am really happy. I would only make two minor changes to the ROCCAT headphones if I could. I would like a flip up mic instead of detachable (love that on my G935), and the ear cups could be a little more oblong. Earcups fix well, but the oblong shape on the G935s are the most comfortable I have ever had. These ROCCAT Elo Air 7.1 headphones were well worth it for the $99 I paid. I would happily suggest these wireless headphones to others.

I’ve owned quite a few pair of gaming headsets. Usually in the $200.00 area. I’ve tried wireless, and corded. The Elo7.1 usb is my favorite so far. They are light, without feeling cheap. They have great sound. The quality of the build is very good. They fit me perfectly, being super snug without causing headaches. My last headset was a Roccat XTD 5.1. The XTD’s felt a bit cheap, being (what I felt was) too light and flexible. They also didn’t feel like they were on snug enough. Although I never had a problem with them coming off, and it was never uncomfortable, they simply felt too loose on my head. The Elo’s solve that issue, without the headache inducing squeeze some other brands have. Initially I thought that there was a problem with my mic always being on. I could hear myself, and other sounds twice. The sound penetrating the headset (I have my gaming speakers turned up loud), and the sound from the mic on the headset itself (repeating the sound from the speakers). Being a man, I refused to read the included instructions. I went to youtube instead, and learned that the mic has a sensitivity knob which is just below the volume knob. Adjusted that, and it seems just fine now. As it stands now, I would highly recommend this headset. I’ve only been using the Elo 7.1 usb for a couple of days at this point. If my opinion changes after some heavy use, I will update

I’m not sure where all the negative reviews come from. I have never had any issues with the roccat swarm software. Neither with this headset nor that vulcan aimo keyboard.Personally I love roccat products, and this headset is probably one of the best I’ve ever owned. Prefer it to my turtle beach stealth 700 headphones I use with my xbox. The surround sound is on point, gives a huge advantage when playing fps games like Warzone. Speaker and mic quality is awesome, and comfort is superb. Literally can wear these for hours without getting any sore spots. Definitely an A+ addition to my gaming set up

Long battery life. Good range. Excellent sound positioning with surround. The weight is just right. The ear cushions are extremely comfortable and I have worn these all day without sore ears. Well worth the money.
