These headphones seem to have alot of hit or miss reviews. I am not a professional gamer nor picky with stuff so maybe thays why. Overall these headphones are visually appealing, they sound nice and the flip up to mute mic is a wonderful feature. I got these because my old turtle beach headset blew and i wanted to loose the wire. That being said these headphones work while charging, so if you like your light on and all that they can be used in the same sense as a wired set…the light does significantly reduce battery life, so i will not use it every day, but i still do think its a nice touch, as i have started changing out my mouse keyboard and stuff to corsair icue and maybe ill leave it on when its charging, or just to take some cool pictures of my setup. So still deffinatly not a negative. They are comfortable for me and they sound alot better than my old set. So they are not noise canceling and i can hear stuff outside the headset but thats really not a huge deal for me. I almost prefer it so i can talk to people in my house while im gaming. I believe the ear cups could be changed out to a denser set that will prevent some outside noise

I have used this now for close to a year. It lasts a very long time on a charge, which is great because I only use a headset for all my gaming at the moment. You may need to hook it up to a computer to adjust the settings you cannot adjust through a console or on the mic itself. The software they use was not working at the time I tried to use it which was disappointing but I was able to still set it up another way and it has been great. I can’t hear any much of noise in my house with these on, the sound gets pretty loud, the quality of the sound is great as well. I used this almost every day for a while now and it has not let me down at all. It gives you a fair warning of when it needs to be charged, and the charging cable is long enough to play with as it charges if needed. So far this is the only headset I can wear without irritation for more than 4 hours. I’ve had it on for 10 hours at a time without it being uncomfortable

I bought these to replace Logitech equivalent, because the Logitech were very heavy and squeezed on my jaw below my ear, making them uncomfortable after a couple hours. These are somewhat lighter and definitely more comfortable, with equivalent high quality sound in the ears, and noticeably better mic sound quality on the other end (so I’m told, anyway). The mic only seems to pick up my voice and isn’t activated by background noise which is nice for everyone. Moreover, the wireless transmission remains connected and clear throughout all parts of my house that I walk to from my computer, whereas the Logitech would disconnect all the time even if I went to the next room.Compared to the Logitech G933 they are much clunkier looking- the design is kindof goofy, the swing down boom mic is pretty large, and the volume control is a press-and-hold instead of the G933’s nice continuous spin wheel. However, these cosmetic things don’t concern me that much compared to all the advantages above, especially since the white version of these Corsair were $50 cheaper than the Logitech G933 at the time I purchased them!

I purchased these for my 12 yr old son who loves video games and plays cross platform from PS4, PSVR, Nintendo Switch, and PC. With so many different games, I truly underestimates how much he would use a headset and started out buying one of the cheap $25 one that beloved but after about 6 months, they were dead, so I tried a different brand, 4-6 months… gone. So I finally decided he needed a quality headset, it needed to be wireless. That was always the source of failure. Mainly because he unconsciously liked chewing on the cable like some crazed gerbil or just twisting it in knots. I looked at a few pair and started to get the PS4 headset but decided against it after seeing some reviews of it having snapped. I went with Corsair, well known brand and they did not disappoint. These feel solid and durable, the matte surface gives it a pro style look and the color change logo just gives it that premium look. Pairing these with the PS4 was seamless and easy. One caveat, we couldn’t get the mic to work it stayed red on mute and couldn’t figure out how to get it working. Found a vid on YouTube, apparently installing the software and pairing them in PC fixed this. Seems like some updates get pushed to the headset, problem solved my son loves these!!!

This is my second Corsair Void RBG Wireless Headset after the first one finally died after years of almost daily use. The ear cups are super comfy and the cloth material breathes really well but still cancels out background noise. The sound quality is awesome, whether gaming, watching movies/tv or listening to music these deliver crisp highs and powerful lows. Battery life is great, I go a couple days between charges. The wireless connection works seamlessly, just plug in the receiver and you’re done. The flip up mic is the biggest selling feature for me. Much more stout than the push in or disconnecting types and way more convenient than the fixed ones. Please Corsair never stop making these. in a million years when this one breaks I’ll be buying another.

I bought these to use for work. I’m having tons of teleconference meetings now and needed to upgrade my situation from the iPhone wired ear buds. I like:*that the microphone sits right in front of my mouth. I no longer have issues with people hearing me.*two speakers help me hear better by drowning out background noise.*the feature that allows you to hear yourself is helpful.*the audible mute on/off feature*battery life lasts my whole work day*the style…I get asked a lot about them*the ability to customize my preferences in the app like turning off the led lights for a more professional look.I bought a cheaper $30 headset prior to these and there’s a noticeable difference in quality. Definitely worth the price.

I play on the PS4 with my sister who lives across the country from me. Awhile back we both bought a pair of wired headphones so we could talk while we played. We paid about $80-$90 for them, and about 2 months later, the cords started breaking on them. You know, right after the warranty ended. Additionally, our family computer also uses a wired headset, and I can’t count how many times we’ve had to buy new ones (not cheap ones either!) because the cord gets ripped out, or it breaks, or it gets rolled over, etc. This past Christmas we bought our son this set of headphones because Corsair has a good rep with our family AND they’re wireless. Before he had a chance to use them, I had to grab them and use them for some online schooling I was doing. I found them to be amazing quality! Sound is great, nose cancellation is enough, but not so much I can’t hear what’s going on in my home, super easy plug and play, customizable colors, and they last about 8-10 hours of almost non-stop use before I have to charge them. Bonus, I just pull the dongle, plus it into my PS4, and instant talking there too! There’s been a few odd moments when I’ve had to unplug and replug in the dongle for the wireless to detect, but that’s literally happened about 1-2 times in the 3 months I’ve used them almost daily. I’m not a fan of the fact that it HAS to have the dongle, but I can deal with it for the quality. Over the last 2 months, we’ve actually purchased 2 MORE pairs, for our gaming laptop, and another for my son since I pretty much stole his. :)I would definitely recommend these for anyone who just needs a good set of headphones without CRAZY HIGH QUALITY AND SUPER BASS. For general gaming and talking with others online, they really can’t be beat.

I’m teaching in-person and remote learners simultaneously in a classroom with a blower that does nothing for climate control but that makes the room sound like an aircraft hangar, not to mention that the in-person students and I have to shout through our masks. Naturally, the students at home could only her “Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr…” and could never distinguish the actual words spoken by the people in the classroom.I position the mic over my mouth and leave my right ear uncovered so I can hear both sets of kids and everyone can hear me. Unexpected benefit–the in-person kids are tuning in to the feed so I don’t have to shout so loudly for them. The automatic mute from raising the mic is awesome–I can easily reduce feedback when I’m not speaking. The range is excellent–I can walk two doors down to my office and it still works.

I needed a new cordless headset for work. I’ve given up on Bluetooth ones because I haven’t found any that are 100% reliable with Windows: they can be fine for days and then suddenly disconnect when an important call comes in. I had a Logitech headset with a non-Bluetooth dongle that was pretty good, but the battery always died before the end of the day – I had to be sure to charge them in any downtime during the day. These Corsair ones have been great. I can unplug them in the morning and be absolutely certain they will get me through a full work day. If I forget to charge them at night, they will still be fine for at least a few hours the next morning. Their connectivity has been rock solid – never disconnected unless I disconnect them by walking too far away, and then reconnecting instantly. I also love the flip-up micr acting as a mute switch not visible to others on a Zoom call. If I hear a sudden noise in my home office, I can flip up the mic until it stops without anyone in the meeting knowing I’m muted. The cons: just one – big and heavy, but manageable and worth it.

Super nice headset, had it highly recommended and I took the bait. It was kinda steep price wise not even gonna lie, but it’s been worth it. I’ll say it’s more worth it to buy a good one at a high price vs a buncha crappy ones at cheap pricing.Pros: feels great, looks cool, customizable indefinitely(sound, colors, modes, etc), sound quality is pretty up there, mic sounds good, and it’s wireless.Cons: iCUE is kinda a bad interface imo. Like it’s clunky and while it has YT tutorials I’d rather just have a few built in screen tips at first. Price point is a bit high, but it’s worth it. Almost too noice canceling; like I’ve had so many people come in and I never noticed or heard anything they said because I was listening to something.Overall I’d highly recommend this headset. My pros solidly outweigh the cons, but it may not for others. It’s quality like I was expecting and have only had one issue because I was just too dumb to turn off the setting that was bugging me(auto off is dumb.)
