I bought this headset because it looked like a quality piece of equipment and I was tired of buying mediocre products, it was time to buy something worthwhile. Being under $100, i was skeptical hoping i didn’t buy another disappointment. Keeping high hopes, I waited patiently the 2 days for it to arrive. When it finally came, I was nervous and excited at the same time. With the initial unboxing, any doubt I had was gone. The look and feel of the product alone is Something you would spend several hundred dollars on. This headset is honestly the most quality Headset I have ever owned. Yes, its USB. I play PS4, So I had to plug it straight into the system itself, But it totally makes up for that. For me, the sound quality is unrivaled. The 7.1 surround sound makes my gaming experience that much better. Very comfortable to wear, And a very satisfying addition to my gaming environment. Thank you for making such a quality product so affordable.

As the title says: Oh My God! I think i am in love with a pair of headphones. After pulling them out of the box they were huge but surprisingly light. I am a big guy and have a big head and these are not only comfortable on my head, but fit all the way around my over-sized ears perfectly and don’t cause any discomfort. i will say with them on i cant hear much going on around me so if you need to monitor the environment around you either get a different set or leave one ear cracked. As for the Audio… u do need to go to fantech.id and download the drivers however they don’t tell you which ones to download as the model of HG11 isn’t listed as one of the downloads. You need to download the Captain 7.1 drivers, they are the correct ones they just don’t list the model number for them. Install doesn’t take very long and will require a reboot. once rebooted, plug in the headset and double-click the Fantech icon in your system tray. Once you configure your EQ and 3D settings to your liking, go Netflix Jurassic park again and fast forward to the T-Rex scene. Then prepare to get shivers running down your spine and your blood curdling as it roars. Or go play a 3D game, either will work. Sound settings may take a bit to set up right, there is a lot you need to do to get it to sound the way you want but it is easy as dragging sliders or icons around on the screen to set the sound field and EQ settings. this headset has the performance to do it and the bass response is nothing short of awesome. If i had a subwoofer in the room i swear my whole body would be shaking as hard as my head was when T-Rex roared! Now to go watch a SciFi movie with a good space battle. Bet that will sound awesome too!That said there was a few people who mentioned a sound when the colors are cycling. i can confirm that i hear it too but barely. i have a bit of tinnitus in my ears so it isn’t very loud. set the LED’s to a single color or play something and you don’t hear it but it isn’t very loud to me. My only complaint is you cant control the colors with software like ASUS AURA Sync or some such. The LED’s are only controlled by the buttons on the headset cable. The stand’s LED’s appear to be set to auto cycle and there is no control to adjust the color setting anywhere. It cannot be controlled by external software as far as i can tell. It simply cycles endlessly. Still it looks cool and holds the headset well and is quite stable.Definitely recommend for the audio and the price. Will try it on HALO: The Master Chief Collection later tonight and see how that sounds!

This is my best headset yet! I don’t game, but I do need top notch quality equipment for what I do and this headset definitely is. The overall comfort is amazing. The noise canceling allows me to focus without distraction and the clarity of audio is exceptional. Definitely a well worth it purchase.

I was nervous to purchase this with so few reviews, but I watched some videos on YouTube to get an idea of mic quality and sturdiness, and everyone seems to love them so I took a chance. I’m so glad I did! These are very comfortable, even if they’re not super lightweight. You can definitely feel the quality in them based on the size and heft. The earcups are soft and fit over my ears perfectly, and the sound quality is amazing. The mic quality is outstanding for the price, too. The LEDs on the sides of the earcups can be changed to solid colors, or to a breathing RGB cycle. The headset stand was a really nice touch, too! It’s also got RGB and uses a USB.

Christmas present for gamer son who gave them a + review. He loves the sound quality & comfort. Gave the noise cancelation 4 stars, said it was good, but docked it a star due to still being able to hear me shout his name….

I’ve had these for about a year now and it brings a new level to gaming. You can head everything from footsteps to distance rocks kicking. Now music wise. They could do better but hey for the price I won’t complain. They work fantastic. After an extended period of time. My ears start to hurt pretty bad. But only after an hour or two.
