In all honesty, I ordered this with the intention of making a ‘cheap’ gaming PC for a YouTube video and figured I would get what was very much a hand me down PC. I was very pleasantly surprised with how clean it was, the care that seem to have been taken in the refurb, and that it had Dual Channel RAM! This PC is NOT a gaming PC, but it is a solid computer and I was very pleased with what I got. Of course, I’m still going to try to turn it into a gaming PC at least for eSports titles.

So far I love it. It’s fast and meets all the requirements I needed for my work at home job. Windows 10 works perfectly. There are a few cosmetic blemishes but honestly so what not a big deal at all. My only complaint was that there is only one vga port and I wanted to set up dual monitors and potentially add a 3rd. I ordered a dvi adapter for the display port and was able to set up my dual monitors using vga and the display port. I won’t worry about a 3rd monitor for this one. Will update if anything changes, but overall I’m happy with my purchase.

I use it for my 75 inch TV in my main living room. Got rid of my roku and Android TV box. This does it all! Bought a mini keyboard and a wireless mouse, works great be plus I can do anything I want on it brcause it a computer. It fits nicely under my Blu-ray player because it’s so compact. Mine came with wifi dongle which I thought was awesome but the wifi wasnt as fast as another wifi dongle I had laying around that also had Bluetooth. I can do zoom meetings on my 75 inch perfectly with my razer kiyo camera and USB wireless microphone. Love it

I really wish I would have taken pictures for reference, but upon arrival, which was prompt in 2 days despite the week estimate, the unit was very nicely packaged and protected and very clean with wrap on it. Looked bran new as far as I was concerned! Boot time was nice despite having only an HDD and Windows 10 operates very snappy on it by default! The integrated graphics were Intel HD 4600 and everything was as advertised. The reason for 4 stars is the unit did include a wireless adapter for the wi-fi, but sadly the dongle died in 24 hours. I had a replacement so no big deal as jt was extra to me though that may be frustrating if not planned for. Otherwise fantastic unit for anything requiring a basic fast pc and as for myself it will be used for gaming once I recieve the gpu I ordered for it! On a side note for gaming do be aware it has a low watt psu like 250-300 something like that so very few gpu options, I will be trying a small form factor 1030 from nvidia by recommendation from others.UPDATED 11/10/20:Review is now 5 Stars as the error with the Wi-Fi Adapter was mine and it is working just fine!

I was thrilled with how fast this product shipped. For a refurbished product it was in very good shape, I expected it to be a little dinged up however it only needed to be wiped down because it was slightly dusty. It was very easy to set up . I did have an issue with my existing monitor but I was able to get it connected properly . I did call Tej at Tech support and He was very helpful and even called me back a few days later to make sure I was okay!. He assured me I had 90 days in warranty and if I had a problem to be sure and let him know.The computer is a lot faster and quieter than my old one . I will probably use this for personal use and possibly a work at home position.

When reading other reviews for refurbished computers I had set my expectations somewhat low on what exactly I would receive. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by this computer. The computer itself is in very good condition with no marks or blemishes. I took the side panel off to see the condition of the interior and it was dust free and in excellent condition. I checked the system specs and everything matched what I had ordered. The mouse and keyboard appear to be brand new, are inexpensive models, and match the system well in terms of quality and looks. I tested all the hardware and everything worked as expected. Windows 10 enabled without a hitch. The system itself runs cool and quiet.The only item that surprised me somewhat was the “WiFi”. This was not built into the system, instead it came as a separate dongle that is about the size of the tip of my thumb. It plugs into one of the USB ports and seemed to work okay. In the end we chose not to use the WiFi dongle as there is a Ethernet connection near the system and prefer the higher speeds of a wired connection.All in all, a very good value.

Computer case was in great shape and started right up. I have no issues with this unit. It does come with a WiFi usb stick. My first impression was to call my internet provider to come install an Ethernet connection in my room. The WiFi stick is tiny, so tiny I threw it in the garbage by accident. Well after slipping it into the USB port it connected. Surprisingly that frail looking WiFi stick is amazing.. I’m able to watch Netflix and Hulu with the connection. So that saved me money from having to install a new wire connection.

Renewed must mean parts taken off or forgotten to be installed. No DVD/RW drive installed as stated in description. Lol just a hole. I’m sure I’ll get an apology or a “we over looked it” but come on…how?More down time and now I have to ship it back. Waste of time and resources.BONUS INCLUSIONS: The unit did ship with a keyboard, a mouse and a USB WiFi that I wasn’t expecting. Both are…meh…and the USB wifi isn’t 5ghz, took some doing to get working and is super slow compared to my phone on the same band so I just went with a LAN connection.*** EDIT and UPDATE ***After getting the run around from Amazon on fixing it without me doing all the work, I contacted the seller.The seller was absolutely awesome and explained how these get renewed and why/how it happened. The seller, TekZilla, was super prompt at calling/emailing me and got me squared away. He got my Windows 10 activated and also sent me a DVD drive that arrived 2 days after our convo. He sent tracking and all.Now, I have everything working as intended and as described. Very happy over all. Unit performs flawlessly.TL;DR : The seller fixed all issues, Amazon wanted to refund me, me buy THE SAME UNIT, and then mail this one back.

This thing is perfect for a home office, probably not great for gaming though. I do have a complaint though…Why advertise WiFi? Why say it comes with a keyboard and mouse? I received two things, the PC itself, and a power cord. I would have bought a keyboard and mouse ahead of time, instead I had to go out and grab some cheap ones from the store.*****EDIT*****I contacted the seller and they were AWESOME. They sent out a keyboard, a mouse, and the WiFi dongle for me. Upgrading the review due to prompt and nice service.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this refurb and the service. The unit came sealed in plastic, was clean, and came with extras! It came with mouse & keyboard, a wifi dongle, and fully licensed Win10! I am Very satisfied. I installed a little 128gb SSD (for the operating system to run on) and a GT-1030 GPU and boom! It’s snappy, versatile, and CHEAP! Low power, quiet, and good as new! Perfect for emulating games, playing Minecraft, Fortnite, HL2, CS:GO, GTA5, Skyrim, etc.It’s not a beast, but for $250 total it is freaking awesome!
