I have a regular tv that uses an antenna, so I know how to set them up, scan for channels, etc. I was able to get nearly all channels with the provided antenna, but the one I watch most I couldn’t get. All the broadcast towers are within 35 miles, so I got a flat indoor antenna to hook up to this. It gets just as many channels as my larger tv with that antenna. If a person has never done this before, it will take some research to get the max number of channels for your area. You may have to try the antenna in different locations, a window, etc. That will depend on where you are. I’m going to try it outside with the small antenna to see if it can work that way.A tip is to get slip on connectors. These fit over the cable end, so you don’t have to screw the antenna on all the time, plus you can use the radio antenna when desired. I haven’t tried the radio yet.The picture is decent for a small, inexpensive unit. I don’t expect it to look like my regular bigger tv, but it’s good enough for me. The sound is ok, too. This way I can have the tv in the kitchen or bedroom, too. I may also use it for an extra computer screen if needed.Wanted to add: The power here went out for most of three days. Fully charged, I was able to watch 3 hrs of tv (maybe more since the battery wasn’t fully drained). I turned it off during the long commercials (with broadcast there are many.). Very happy, but one glitch. I tried to clean the screen using water a little water on a washcloth then dry it with the cloth I use on eyeglasses. The screen now has smears on it worse than it did (fingerprints). I’m trying to figure out if there’s a solution, but don’t want to use chemicals.

Well I am surprised at the quality and look. View angle is pretty direct, not much side viewing. The only thing I would change is to have all the antenna connection, HDMI and USB on the back of the TV as it would look cleaner from the front. I have a Roku stick and the over the air connection to the antenna showing which is kinda ugly.

This is the only white 13 inch small tv that does just about everything that I could find. The first one was defective and had a green cast to the picture that could not be corrected and a loose USB port. So I contacted Amazon and they shipped a replacement the next day. The second one is near perfect, I did buy a small white RV antenatal for home use and it picks up more channels than I’ve previously received. Picture is clear and crisp on the standard picture mode. I suggest setting to surround sound as it is night and day from the factory setting. It made this little tv not cheesy sounding. There is a black piece of iron screwed to the back to give it some weight. even so, it is light and hangs easily on the wall . I don’t know if the iron does anything else for the tv other than giving it a few extra ounces of weight. I am super happy with this little tv and you can see it just as well from the side. I had the black Tyler 14 inch that you could not view if you weren’t dead center in the viewing area. Tyler has made a decent product for the price. Don’t forget it will work if the power goes out . I haven’t tried it on battery only mode. I also bought on the strength of previous solid reviews. I was a little disappointed the first one was a defect but was not totally surprised. the second one was worth the effort of returning.

I love that it is so lightweight, but able to do so much. I would like the antenna better if I could bend it at the base once I have it mounted. The base of the antenna is magnetic, but very light weight. The reception is very good. I like that I can also use my Fire Stick. I have it set up in my kitchen for now, but will also be able to use it when I travel, or if the power goes out at home. I am glad I bought this. I have only had this two days, so I can not comment on length of durability. The picture is very clear inside the house, but impossible to see if outside in the sun. This is great though for the money.

This tv is bigger than expected. It is very nice, I wish it would have came with a carrying case. This speakers could be louder. I tested how long it would last on a full charge. It lasted an hr and a half before the battery went back dead. In the description, it said it would last 4 hrs. I do not like th fact that the one that I received only last 1 1/2 hrs before needing to be charged again. Smh!!!! I will change my review if I can get the tv as described.

I can’t say enough good about this. Let me get the two things I initially noticed and wished were different out of the way because, in the overall scheme of things they are manageable.1. The antenna. Sooo flimsy; just graze it and it falls over. Printed materials provided by the manufacturer recommend “pointing” it toward the direction in which the signal will be received. Well. This little baby ain’t going to be “pointed” anywhere except straight up. It does not tilt, it does not swivel, it just tries to remain standing.I cannot speak to how well it receives signals because I already had a rabbit ears antenna and I attached that one.2. The placement of the various ports and jacks really ought to be on the rear of the set.Now for the things I love and the reason I gave it five stars in all categories:1. HD picture quality is bright and excellent. Will only be viewing from essentially straight on so made no assessment in that regard.2. Picks up more channels than the old CRT I am replacing. Picks up every channel I want to watch.3.Set-up is easy and highly intuitive, esp if you’ve ever done it with another TV. Various printed materials came with this set. There is one titled “Quick Start Guide.” That and the onscreen Set Up Wizard will get you up and viewing.4. It’s white, which I really wanted, and doesn’t have an ugly base.5. It’s not an LED, which I detest. In summary, I trusted the comments of the vast majority of reviewers and am so glad that I did. If you’re wavering, go ahead and get it. I can be really picky (trust me on that) and this set makes me happy.

I am so pleased with this portable tv, it is an amazing piece of equipment. It is very thin and totally portable and can get a lot of local channels. I bought it for my 13 yr old grandson to hook his Nintendo switch up to so he can play on a bigger screen. He uses it at home all the time as his older brother tends to hog the main tv with his xbox and when he comes to me at the weekends he puts it in an old laptop case that we had and pops it in his backpack and its perfect!! Picture quality is excellent, it was a little dull to start with but we just changed the picture quality settings and now it’s great. It has all the input sockets that you could need, hdmi, coax, VGA etc plus an sd card slot!! Originally I was going to just get a portable monitor for him but for only around $20 more I found this amazing piece of equipment with the tv and radio capabilities.Myself and my grandson couldn’t be happier and I am saving up to by another one for his older brother so he can be totally mobile as well

I have a class B RV and wanted a simple TV to use that had option of AC/DC and battery. Super easy to setup. Using with a amazon firestick and sling TV. Works awesome. Good picture and sound. Lightweight. Can’t express how happy I am with my purchase.

Wow!! This TV is great!!!!!! Was able to set it up in minutes, and the picture was great!!! For someone that does not understand all of the complicated set up directions on the OTHER TV instructions, I was able to set this one up in minutes!!I love it!!! The picture was definitely better than the one I had to return.
