Nothing not to love when you just tell your TV what your in the mood for and you are treated like the queen of your castle.Music, Movies, a Book or ask Google How to fix the Washing Machine on YouTube and you will get the help you need.My TV tells me jokes and gives me compliments. I feel bad but I start school soon and I’m going to have to breakup with my TV.The Sound is choppy

Set up was easy. Has a very clear and sharp picture . Also has bluetooth which generally is only available in higher priced units. It is very light and I use it mostly out on my deck ( not weatherproof) and I walk it out from my house set it on a larger table out there and bluetooth my Bose speaker to it. Even in the bright sunlight the picture is easy to see. It makes an outside bar feel for my family and friends. Glad I bought it.

Easy as walking in the setup area. Unlike my old 1080p Vizio, all I have to do is go to a website and entire the code. Way too easy if you are sitting right next to a laptop. I did get a $40 stand and it’s slightly loose and if I tighten it anymore it’ll really deform the thing. I had a level now it’s behind the stand. oh someday I guess oops… But Android version with Play (Version 9) works flawlessly. Coupled with the latest 2021 Sony 4K. I haven’t had many 4K UHD hiccups like most do prior to 2021. Since Samsung uses TCL panels for their cheaper tv’s (I’d assume the ones under $500 50 in under. ) if you hate the Samsung software which I do… This is way better. They seem to have a beast with an 85 inch. Except the androids don’t seem to go that big. 🙁 The only major con I can see is not enough HDMI inputs. The pro vs the Samsung is hey audio out is a 3.5 jack , unfortunately this becomes a con as I’ll have to check the manual on that on. I think I have it set for crossthru but it’ll cut the sound off the tv fast.. I simply use my 200 watt amp for the woofer. It’s not a woofer but the bass is alot better on Sony speakers than the tv although the tv is no weakling in this area.. The Vizio’s would rattle.

Great picture at a great price. Super easy to set up. However the delivery of our TV is another story. Yesterday we had bad storms and instead of knocking on the door to let us know the TV arrived, he put it on the porch in the pouring rain and never sent an email letting me know it arrived. This is really upsetting. We had to let it dry all night through today . Thank goodness it actually works since it sat in the storms for over 4 hours.

So far this television is great. It has many features that I like. But i’m still getting to know this television. The picture is fantastic. The sound is good. I only wish that my new TCL had a picture in picture feature like my old Panasonic Vista that this TCL is replacing had. Compared to my old tv which was smaller, the TCL is MUCH lighter. By alot. I haven’t used too much of the apps yet. I Mostly watch over the air tv, HDMI plugin and YouTube. There seem to plenty of apps installed.About 6 months ago, I bought my first smart tv for my bedroom. It’s got a set amount of apps. It does not have an option to let you download any extras, it is a more popular brand and is smaller than my new 50 inch TCL, and the bedroon tv was more expensive too. The TCL has Google Play which allows me to choose what I want to have downloaded on my new tv. A feature I like, And quite frankly would like my bedroom “Dumb, smart tv” to have something similar too. The TCL control is small and simple. It is about the size on an firestick control, it has 12 bottons total. One button being a four way multidirectional pad with a center ok. Another button is to control the volume. There is also long button on the bottom that instantly connects you to netflix (which I don’t have an account) on side of the button and YouTube on the other of the button. This tv has a built in cromecast. With my old television, to switch from HDMI to over the air could be kinda of difficult. First you have to push the button to make sure were on the right channel, then you had to press another button 6 times to switch from channel 3 to HDMI or Vice Versa. With this control, all I have to do is press the one grey button, then press down on the multidirectional pad, and press the center of that button which is the OK button, and you’re switched. Also, this television has a much better tv listing than my other smart tv. The other tv will only tell you what’s on the channel you have tuned on. With a very brief description and nothing else. With the TLC, there are several ways to do this. I can hit the OK button. You press this button and a screen appears. And shows the station and what’s on. It also show the three channels before the station your watching and the three channels after what you are watching.Secondly, There is a button that you can push that brings up a another screen. You scroll over press on the info and it shows you more detail of what’s on the tv. This shows channel name and numer, it. Tells the time name of the program and a bar with where you are approximately in the show your watching. It also show how many channels you have programed and a description. It tells me what on the television for hours to come, and I can also use it to see what’s on the other channels when I’m not watching that channel. Yeah, I say I like this tv. But it would even better with the pic-n-pic feature, but it is what it is and so far I’m happy.

i was ready to send it back as defective. but i chanced upon a verizon employee who knew their products and how to connect a smart tv to the internet. without her i do not think i could have connected the tv to the internet. having done so i find it is awesome. and im very glad i ordered it. i talked to other people at verizon, i talked to people at tlc (adroiod tv), i talked to people at centurylink, none of them had a clue how to connect a smart tv to the internet. and none of them knew it. it was unbelievable.

Got this as a test platform for applications.(Along side Phones, Tablets, Smart Watches, etc.)Easy to setup and configure – Even paired my iPazzPort Keyboard.(Now I can navigate with the touchpad, and type when I want.)Very clear and sharp. Very good motion even in action movies. Not bad at all for a 43″ sub-$300.00 TV.If you haven’t tried it yet – Go to the Play Store on your computer.Find an app you want (Streaming like HBOmax or Disney+, or Games.)From your computer, click “Install(ed) – Then you can choose the TCL TVIf it is gray, it shows that particular app will not install on the TV.If it is not gray, it will let you push it to the TV. Nothing is easier.

Very satisfied with my 2nd TCL purchase! I have a smaller one for my bedroom that I bought at Walmart earlier this year. Bought this Tv during the Amazon prime deals 2021 for $320 tax included and received sooner than the estimated 7days quoted. Shipped and received in 4days. Was a little concerned about the beating that it would receive ordering it thru Amazon and would have to be shipped but as you can see above, even with the one puncture, the packaging on the inside kept the tv secure and in perfect condition! Thankfully! Super sleek thin design, no need for any extra devices like the Roku that I had to use before with a older Samsung tv. The Android tv has every app that I stream, Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus, and able to download other apps on the Google play store like Redbox that didn’t come already downloaded. I don’t have cable but for my local channels like local news, it was super easy to hook a antenna to back, switch inputs and scan receiving 14 free local channels so I can switch between the smart android tv and regular local channels. Absolutely no complaints and will continue to purchase TCL products. Also keep in mind my camera quality doesn’t do the picture quality the justice TCL deserves. I’ve read other reviews before purchasing this tv that the picture was lighter than other TV’s. That’s not true, you can adjust the picture quality to your liking. Happy customer!

  9. Amazon Customer

Reading Amazon product reviews, I saw some TVs were sold by and shipped from Best Buy. When there were breakage problems or a need for customer support, customer would be caught in a pass-the-buck limbo. This particularl model was sold by and shipped by Amazon. It came two days earlier than promised, in a box with no shipping damage, and it worked fine right out of the box. Sound is excellent. Picture is nice and clear. No complaints at all (I will return and update if things go south later.) SAVED $100

  10. Chris E.

Amazon saved me on this, I took the TV out of the box and it didn’t work. TCL wasn’t going to replace it, Amazon sent me a new one at no extra charge.
