Only had one issue with the tv so far. Home screen wasn’t working. I called the number on the back of the remote and because I registered the device, they were able to walk me through a factory reset and resolve the issue. So far my son enjoys the little tv and the picture & sound quality is great for a 24″.

This is an awesome 24” television. It is simple to set up…actually the built in set up does it all for you. I also attached our cable to it in two quick steps. The unit is slim and has nice and easy to attach feet..one screw for each foot. The picture is outstanding. The sound may need a little adjustment but more than adequate for a guest room. The on board programming is perfect and more can be added. The remote is great having Netflix and a few other dedicated keys.

I had the previous generation of this TV and really liked it. When I moved, I guess I didn’t pack it well enough because it got knocked around and the bezel got cracked and then Hulu wasn’t always loading. So I was looking for the same one and found this updated version instead. It’s a good price, there are a lot of apps built-in which is really nice, and best of all if you’re a Mac user, it works with Airplay. I also didn’t want something huge and this is a nice picture quality for its screen size and a slim profile, so it takes up a very small footprint.

I was a bit skeptical purchasing a refurbed itembut the tv works perfectly and well designed remote. Visio products have really improved over the years. This TV replaced a non smart tv for the kitchen. Perfect size for counter space
