Small and compact. Just what I was looking for. Pay attention the keyboard (there’s no number pad) but otherwise perfect for adults and kids (for online schooling). Very easy to set up and great visuals.

Just got this…so time will tell.. This is a standard HP laptop. It was easy to take out of S mode. Was able to install security and sync my accounts in fairly short time. Having some difficulty connecting Bluetooth devices but tomorrow is a new day to figure it out. I was looking forward to a year of office products but it seems like its just the online versions. Will explore more. Hoping this isn’t false advertising. **Update** 1 year of MS office was free it just took a couple of days once I registered my device to get that. Blue tooth is connecting fine now, as well. I did discover 1 drawback today…I downloaded Zoom and background filters were not supported for my meeting because the AMD processer(graphics) isn’t a high enough level. That was a bummer but not a deal breaker. Just needed to tidy up my recording space a little. I also tried to play a couple of cheap online RPG games and it was very laggy and I think it also was mostly due to the graphics card. works fine for all of the other work and household tasks I’ve needed though.

So far so good, just as described

I’ve only had the laptop for a month but I’m very pleased with it. I am not very tech savvy but it was very easy to set up. It takes you step by step through the process. I was a little nervous about it but it was quick and painless. The screen quality is good. I do not do any gaming on it so I can’t speak on that. I mainly use it for email, shopping online, and some Microsoft office things. I would recommend this laptop. It’s light weight too.

It’s Very good

This laptop is quite light, portable, fast and powerful with good battery life. We had to turn of the S Mode because it kept blocking numerous safe sites. Turning off the S mode is pretty easy also. I only wish it has keyboard light for the night and it is not a touch screen laptop. Other than that, it is worth every penny spent.

Computer was deliver in a timely manner and well packaged. So far, only used for three days, I’m very pleased with the computer. Very good screen quality, rapid response time. I’m a little disappointed with HP’s setup instructions and their promotion for additional services and features. Yes, these are available; but, for a separate fee. The promotions indicate they are automatically available.

In the week I have educated myself, I find this to be easy to use. It is not touch screen, and I haven’t utilized the battery life to know how much or little life there is.

Easy to use , and setup . I would recommend taking it out of “s” mode the options for apps are very limited . I use this for work purposes and s mode would not let me install certain apps.

First, let’s get out of the way that this is NOT a gaming laptop. You will have a bad time if you try to use this for gaming. Second, if you buy it for what it’s designed for (a simple budget laptop), it seems to be everything it describes. I bought it for stock trading when I travel. Got my trading software downloaded and set up, and everything looks good. It moves at the speed I would expect given the hardware.I have the 16gb of RAM. I don’t know how people survive on 8gb these days. The Windows 10 S format that it arrives in (just a more secured version that limits what you can download) is very simple to change as the description states. Literally like two clicks. I’d also recommend running Windows update when you get it to ensure you have the latest and greatest from Windows and AMD. The processor here is the weak link, so you’re only get so much out of it.The only strange thing I noticed was that the time won’t synchronize, so I had to change it manually. Not really a big deal and not due to this seller. Rather, it is a known issue with Windows 10, so I’m not going to hold it against the seller when I can change it manually. Hopefully an update in the future will fix it, but not having the automatic changes to time due to daylight saving time, etc. will be annoying no doubt.Nice little machine for simple tasks, and not too many at once. Of course, the amount of resources Chrome uses is a crime against humanity. Not much that you can do other than buy a more expensive laptop with better components if you want to have 50 tabs open plus a bunch of other programs.I will be back to update if anything changes.
