Very happy about it. I saw a review where it wasn’t a touch screen and I’m ok with that. Love the sleek design. I’ve just started working programs on here so we’ll see. But I do love its lightweight sleek design and the keys are great. Mousepad is great

I really love this laptop so much. I did a lot of research and debated for a month before purchasing specifically the HP 16 gb ram 128gb model [up to 2.8h]. It works fast, is sooooo light weight [I work remotely], and serves all my business needs as a consultant / freelancer. I wanted a sturdy business laptop with a good battery life and potential for good memory load. I got that for sure. I used a usb to transfer some things from my desktop to the laptop and had everything set up for myself within 15 mins. The Cortana voice guide for set up was great and I also bought a cheap usb wired mouse that works well. The camera quality is great and everything is working smoothly. For $399 it was an amazing buy. This has made running my business so much smoother and more efficient!

I needed a basic work laptop that was light, easy to travel with and to use to mostly check email and provide presentations. This one works well. Arrived the same day I ordered it (love you Amazon), was a breeze to set up. Even comes with 1 yr. of Microsoft 360 which made set up faster.

So honestly this is my first laptop purchase and I don’t know anything about computers. That being said the setup was made for dummies (me) and was simple. No touchscreen, speakers seem fine also. What I do like is the keyboard has big buttons and the screen is large. It’s also very lightweight. The battery does last a long time. I haven’t charged it the last 7 days with moderate use. Any technical stuff ask someone else but for a first computer for home or for a college kid I think it’d be great.

My daughter love this laptop, its light weight and easy to use,she set it up herself and is creating videos and websites that she needs,she is 12.
