I like everything about this computer. I just do basic things with computers and this one is very fast at all of them and does them all very well. It is comfortable to use, it is easy to carry about to where I want to use it. I would recommend it.

This bad boy is LIGHTWEIGHT and the battery life lasted longer than my DELL laptop. I’m glad I purchased this at the time I did. Now I can stay on top of my courses without worrying about technical problems.

I receive the product just in time. The performace is awesome. It is a fairly light laptop. I had a 15.6″ laptop several years ago but my back claimed its weight. When I take the laptop in my hands it is even lighter than another 14″ laptop that I have.I really liked the alexa built in. The laptop is very quiet and perfect for office work. I bought it for my daughter and her college jobs.Recommended 100%

Awesome value for money. A very nippy laptop even with 4gb of ram. You can multitask well keeping it standard but upgrading ram will make it even better. No issues with power supply for South Africa. Product arrived a week earlier. Screen is pretty good also. In terms of what we get in South Africa and based on price, this is at least 30% cheaper.

This is a nice, quick computer with some limitations. It is nice to have the Windows update. The keyboard is of a good design and easy to use. The one thing I should have paid attention to when I bought it was it doesn’t have a DVD/CD drive. Other-than-that, my wife and I are really happy with it. Its light weight, compact, easy to use. We bought it during the yearly sale that Amazon has on most of their products. We saved a bundle on this computer. All-in-all, we are very satisfied.

Por el precio y prestaciones está más que bien, es una laptop modesta pero bastante útil para el día a día. Cuando se tenga más presupuesto lo ideal sería ampliar el almacenamiento y otros 4gb de ram.

I figured 4GB of RAM would be sufficient just for day to day use. I was a bit disappointed in 128GB of storage and decided that even though it was a really nice machine for the price, for another $80 and change I could really make it fly.. if you look at my photos you can see that there’s built in space for a 2.5 in SATA drive. In addition there is room to add memory and I decided to add another 8GB of RAM along with the SATA drive and 480 GB of storage. Obviously it makes a huge difference. If you look at the pictures I posted you can see that the Acer storage is depleted by half as soon as you turn the machine on. The Steve drive is the one that I installed. Plenty of storage now. The circled in red photo shows the increase in RAM… WHEN LOOKING FOR INSTRUCTIONS be aware that this model came out back in May of this year. There are very few instructional videos or written pieces to explain where this memory goes. The SATA drive is pretty self-explanatory. The only video I could find with this particular machine is provided by a user whose name is. @Silicon Edge you have to go to YouTube and search that name. I don’t believe Amazon would allow me to post a link. It’s not in English but all you have to do is watch his hands. If you try other videos you might think it’s the machine you’ve bought until you open the back of yours and you look at the back of theirs and realize that it’s different. I highly recommend temporarily taking out the screw on your right side of the battery to secure the ribbon clip. Then just readjust the battery and put the screw back in. Watch the video you’ll know exactly what I mean. I love this computer. For $460 including the new ram I upgraded this machine. It would have cost me way more than that to buy it with that memory and that storage from scratch. Quick PS. I bought an HP 27 inch monitor here on Amazon and created a nice little setup. $169. You’ll love the machine Don’t think twice just buy it. If you want some speed, I mean real speed just upgrade the RAM and the storage. I used crucial. That’s the brand name for the SATA and the RAM….. READ ABOUT THE UPGRADES….. You don’t want to perform Overkill. The processor wasn’t made for it. I’m no techie so I did a lot of reading before I did this.

Llego rápido a Chile, el peso es en termino medio ni tan ligero ni tan pesado. Es muy bonita la laptop tiene la pantalla full HD, 1920×1080, es rápida con el i3 11th, viene con 4gb de ram soldada + una ranura adicional para agregarle ram ddr4 Sodimm, recomiendo una ram de 3200 o 2666 1.2v, ya que el procesador es muy rápido te andará muy bien. Por si te preocupa el cargador en Chile no hay problema funciona re bien. El teclado es la versión US sin la ñ, igual en el Windows le colocas teclado latinoamericano y la tecla derecha de la “L” la reconoce como Ñ. Recomiendo esta laptop por su precio a mi me costo en total total 323mil pesos Chilenos para trabajar en programación, ofimática, clases online, etc. No la recomiendo para jugar a menos que incrementes la Ram, pero juegos como LoL y Valorant funcionan bien en gráficos bajos. El sonido es lo normal por el precio no tendrás un sonido detallista. En resumen la laptop es muy rápida, buena, bonita, buen sistema de refrigeración, lo malo es la Ram y el almacenamiento de 128 (al momento de ocuparla solo tienes 80gb libres es urgente que compres un HDD o SSD) yo tengo un hdd de 1TB de 5200 rpm, funciona bastante fluido nada que decir. El i3 11th puedes compararlo en la pagina versus por si estas inseguro, yo los compare e hice benchmark y es un procesador bastante rápido en mono núcleo, pero con una ram adicional esta laptop es una bestia.

Great laptop computer. Fast and has good battery life. It is lightweight and has a good size screen. My only complaint would be the speakers but I’m sure most laptops aren’t that good. I just use a Bluetooth speaker and am happy with that. Acer is a very good brand and I’ve always been happy with their products. The price was amazing also.
