I LOVE this scale, and I do not say that lightly. I am not someone who weighs myself very frequently because I just don’t think weight is that important an indicator of health (I think there are a lot of factors that are much more important), but this scale does so much more than just tell you how much your body weighs. I love all of the different things that it measures and I love that there’s an app that goes along with it to keep track of everything so I don’t have to write it down! I have an iPhone so it’s the iOS app that I use and I really like it. My boyfriend is also able to keep track of his stats really easily with the app and scale. I especially love that it tracks things like muscle mass, water, and visceral fat. I don’t really know how the science/technology works, but it seems to be super accurate so far and I am so pleased with it! This will definitely be a staple in my health journey and I’m excited to see how my stats ebb and flow throughout it.

This was super easy to set up! The app is way easier to use them lots of smart scales I’ve tried and the numbers were right on with where I expected them to be. Hoping this helps me keep track of my improvements over time!

I have tried a number of smart scales over the past few years and this one might be one of the best yet. Especially at this price point. I have tested the scale and it’s measurements against much more expensive skills that I own and it appears that the scale has very precise measurements which is very impressive at this price point. The build quality is also very good it feels much more premium then the price might suggest and looks nice like a decorative piece on the floor. It has advanced functions and remembers multiple users and has a very useful app that works very well with it. I highly recommend a scale to anyone considering buying it.
