This BP watch is great! Very convenient for tracking my blood pressure during the day.One thing that kept me from monitoring was using a special blood pressure machine. This has taken that excuse away from me. It is just as accurate as my home blood pressure monitor and more efficient.Quite easy to use and good integration with the app.Helps to keep good data to help improve my personal heart health. Has helped me to be more aware of my blood pressure and can help me to make better health decisions.Definitely recommend this for ease of heart health tracking. Great product.

Very convenient for taking my blood pressure more often. It’s comparable to my home blood pressure monitor. Very nice that it is accurate. Comfortable to wear and quite simple to use. The app helps to keep data too. So far it’s been a great purchase. Hoping I’ll stay in the habit of monitoring my BP often. This is already so much easier during a busy day. Great for those who should be monitoring their BP.
