This USB 2.0 capture device is a really solid option for 1080p at 60fps. The package came with the capture device, a small usb cable, and some basic instructions. The instructions aren’t super necessary. It’s easy to set up in OBS: plug it in and add a’Video Capture Device’, for me it shows up as’USB Video’. Then add an’Audio Input Capture’, for me it shows up as’Digital Audio Interface (USB Digital Audio)’.It is important to note that this can captures 60fps. (not like all other USB 2.0 hdmi capture devices I’ve tried, it is USB 3.0 hdmi capture devices ). But unlike the cheaper unbranded dongle style video capture devices-this one has HDMI loop-out, so you can plug your input into the card, and run another line to your TV to play without latency. This way you won’t need an HDMI splitter and can keep things a bit cleaner.I would recommend this capture device, and you need the HDMI loop-out functionality, it is really exciting to get a 60fps device at this price.

Essential capture card for any streamer. Tested with PC and works great. I imagine it should work just fine with consoles like Nintendo Switch and even your phone (if it has USB-to-HDMI out).To set it up, route HDMI and audio from your device to the capture card. Then, connect USB from the capture card to your PC with OBS studio. Just make sure to update OBS studio and restart it if it doesn’t seem to be working at first. Heat doesn’t seem to be an issue while streaming. So far so good. Hope it lasts 🙂

I purchased this capture card so that my son can record and stream games played on the Nintendo switch and he couldn’t be happier. As soon as you plug the device into the computer Obs studios quickly finds it and allows the ablilty to capture the screen. Its nice that he can use it to either capture his Nintendo switch or connect our dlsr camera and use it as a Webcam.The build quality is very good and seems like it will last for a long time. The quality of the picture is very clear. I recommend.

This handy device lets me capture my video to stream my games. The picture quality is good with no frames loss. Also it doesn’t heat up like other devices I had in the past. Overall highly satisfied.

I bought this for my son as he like to try streaming while playing his game on Nintendo Switch so this review is practically from him. Here’s what he said. ‘The USB capture card was very easy to setup and was completed in 5-10 minutes including the download of the OBS software. Two HDMI cables were needed for full use of the product, but those should be items that are readily available in most households. I tested this product to see if it could record/stream video from the Nintendo Switch console that displayed video onto the TV. It was flawless in its ability to track the movement of the game play and was great for online streaming, I’m just starting to use this but i could see it being usable for other gaming console too. ‘The game experience is really great, the output quality is very good, it’s really 4K, it’s very clear, I really enjoy the fun it brings meThis product is worth owning, highly recommended

Really easy to use video capture card that comes with an H DMI in port and an H DMI outport it also has AUS BA on the back so that you can transfer the data to your computer it comes with the actual cable for you to be able to do it so it isn’t USB a to USB A. It does also come with the HT of my cable so that you can buy a passport to your TV and be able to watch it as well. It does also have a headphone Jack and a microphone Jack.
