I have been buying this model “Coby LEDTV1526” since April 2012. They are being used for car side monitors for restaurants. Every time I install one/ usually two, the staff just loves them. They are clear and just the right size. To date: I have purchased – (12) in 2012 and (8) so far in 2013. I will continue to purchase these for our restaurants until they change the model. The price does vary….5 Stars – just a great productI would recommend this TV to anyone.

We bought this TV for use in our travel trailer and it is a perfect TV for the job. It is very lightweight, thin and easily sits on the smallish space reserved for it in the trailer. It was super easy to set up and they even included the batteries for the remote control. It got here sooner than they said it would and was in perfect condition. It’s a sleek looking TV with an EXCELLENT picture. It has several preset modes for the picture but I played around with the custom ones until I had it set just the way I like it, with very vivid colors and sharp, crisp contrast.The only down side to the TV is the sound quality. It’s got tiny little speakers in it so I don’t expect big sound from them, but it is the only weakness I can think of to point out. And, if you have surround sound, that won’t matter at all.I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

I bought this a few years back as a cheap tv for the room. It must be at least 5 years now, since I bought it, and it’s still going strong. Have had no issues with the picture or sound. It’s not the highest quality, but for the price it has been more than worth it. It’s now been transferred to excercise bike duty so I can watch something while pedaling away.

I bought this 5 years ago when we were having our kitchen remodeled. It sits on its stand in a corner under a cabinet. Through its life it has been connected to:• A cable box• An antenna and an Amazon Fire Stick• (currently) a TiVo MiniIt works great, never an issue. Remote codes were supplied so easy to program other remotes. It was the right size for our needs. Power, antenna and HDMI connections are in the middle of the back so we don’t see any wires/cables. The viewing angle is not an issue since it is in a corner. I wish it had more than one HDMI input but that’s my only criticism.

Purchased this for use as a TV only with a digital antenna in my home office. The choices are limited for 15 inch TV’s so I took a leap of faith after reading the varied reviews and doing other research on this model. My expectations were based on those reviews and that the TV was a $99 purchase. Based on others comments I knew the viewing angle was limited and that the sound would be tinny. This is a nice little TV (and my first LED). The viewing angle is not an issue as you can move the TV around to get the best view. The sound quality is what you would expect from a small TV but it isn’t bad and the volume is more than adequate. The built-in tuner receives about 40 channels and the picture quality is good even on channels that play black and white movies. I was surprised by the quality of the remote and it’s capabilities. Set up was easy. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a small TV that has multiple uses.

True story!My son got into trouble and is in a program that will only allow him and anyone else in the program to have a HDTV. However I spent hours online and in stores trying to find one. I then by pure accident found Coby’s 15-inch 720p 60Hz HDTV. i never heard of the brand and honestly didn’t expect any options. However to my great amazement the unit had alll the options I needed and more. When I opened the box and pulled it out I immediately knew i made a good choice. I am extremely pleased as is my son with the product. As a matter of fact he has told the other that are also restricted to getting a 15 inch unite about our experience and I suspect they will be looking to buy the same unit.

~ Shipping was fast and the box arrived un damaged. The product was as it was described here on amazon.The product itself it very sleek and well constructed. The default picture settings are horrible, the only good pre-set in my opinion is “Sports”. So I had to create a custom setting to really bring out the best of the TV. The metal cross hook that the TV has for the add-on base-stand is adjustable. You may, however, not think so because of how tight the tilt grip is. Also the Coby TV is so thin that I was a afraid of breaking it when tilting the TV. I also fear for it falling over because the base does not seem to be able to hold the shift weight properly. If there was a mild earthquake I think this TV would fall off the entertainment stand. It would have been nice if the base was wider or heavier to properly seat the TV. Other than that the picture quality is great, it is truly a HD TV.

I bought this colby t.v. as a christmas gift for my daughter in december of 2012 and had it shipped directly to her. For whatever reason, it just stopped working just short of a year. I wrote to Amazon, and was just expecting some back and forth before anything would be done. Well, the next time I checked my email, there was an email informing me that a new t.v. was already sent out and should be arriving in about a week. I was pleasantly surprised. They made the process of replacing and sending back the old t.v. very pain free. I will continue to order from Amazon for a long time to come.

Ordered this TV on Black Friday and it came the following Tues. Bought it for my 12 yr old son who likes to game a lot and it’s perfect for him. I’ve used it to watch TV and I’ve read reviews about the sound quality issues, but I have no problems with it. It’s quite loud actually, but we also have a quiet household. You won’t get bass out of it, but overall, it sounds great and you can always hook speakers up to it. I might order another soon. Too bad the price went up. It was $89.00 on BF. I have a bigger TV in my living room and knew not to expect that kind of quality, but it def met my expectations. I also bought the 2 year warranty and my total was still under $95. I say it’s worth the purchase.

I placed the TV up on a high dresser, so the slant of the mount makes the screen to the bed at the proper angle.It took a while to figure out that the screw to hold the base to the screen is tightened into the base of the screen, so has to be removed from the screen and then reinserted into the base when the base is pushed into the screen hole. Then the screw, which is a wingnut, is screwed through the hole in the base back into the screen. Once threaded in tight, the base is adequate. The slant is purposely made to make the weight of the screen in the center of the wide base instead of near the back end, where it might make the TV tip to the rear and fall.The sound is adequate in the higher tones, so can be heard well in a bedroom.The color and screen size is just what was needed..Coby TV suddenly stopped working Sep 2014, almost a year. Turned off power, let it sit, runs a while, then quits.
