Love the form factor. Solid construction and design. Memory is upgradable as well. OLED display is gorgeous. Blender (app) rendering is fast! All my games run well in Ultra detail. With any laptop gaming the fan noise can be distracting without noise cancelling headphones. I am super happy with it and hope to use it for a long time to come.

The bottom right and right side of the laptop has a green hue, and its frustrating. Ordered an exchange and will give a full review after.Edit: Replacement came in, will update with results.Screen: The screen looks beautiful, no backlight bleed that comes standard with IPS panels, so consider that a +++.Speakers: The range is there, but lackluster. Not really a hit on the laptop, but not for audiophiles. Headphones and external speakers can easily remedy this.

You get loads of computing power, easily expandable memory and storage, and the best damn laptop screen you’ve ever seen.Yes, this machine has imperfections – the Gigabyte Control Center is wonky, the lack of backlight for secondary functions of keys is daft, the webcam is absolutely awful – but it’s worth putting up with such flaws. This thing tears through most computing tasks, from video editing to gaming and on. You likely want to double the RAM for some tasks like 3D modeling, but you’ll still do alright even with this config’s 16GB.It’s also important not to think of this machine like a true laptop – it gets uncomfortably warm on your lap (fans are well managed though and not too loud). You want this thing on a desk. And you also won’t get much use on battery power. It stays plugged in 99% of the time.For high power in a small machine, for a gorgeous display, for solid build and an overall handsome machine, I highly recommend this computer.
