you cant get rid of office 365 to load on a different office program onto the computer it has Microsoft 10-S so you cannot down load other programs till you get rid of the s which is not easy at all

I purchased this primarily for work. The inital setup was incredibly easy, the performance of the computer has exceeded my expectations, the battery life is good & the screen is great. Overall its been a great purchase.

Boots up fast and open programs faster. That’s the basis of this review.Battery life is ok due to screen size and the brightness I use, but that’s ok.I use it anywhere in the house, and the wifi gets a decent signal strength. I know, it depends on the wifi, but it connects pretty constantly. The speed of the wifi, that’s a different story, but that’s on my isp.Overall, for the price and power and storage, (1 TB SSD!!!), it’s a beast. Isn’t too heavy and the graphics are pretty legit, but I don’t use it for gaming. It’s a nice to to portable when I’m not at home.

I am very happy with my purchase. It is a bit big, so great for what I need it. Not recommended for traveling, as it is big. But great screen size, lots of storage, and fast! The usb ports seem to be a bit bigger than the standard size. I struggled a bit to plug in a couple of flash drives. That’s my only complain so far.

I absolutely LOVE this laptop! I’ve had 8 different HP laptops over the last 12 years (for DJing, work & personal) and this one is my favorite. HP is obviously the brand I prefer and have never been disappointed in them.

Bought this one for my daughter because the one I own is so great.the 17 ” screen makes it a nice way to stream movies and TV.the processor is perfect for my needs.I recommend this laptop to those seeking a reliable laptop.
