    I’ve been using this for over a year. We have 2 units and both work without any issues. I’m not sure why there are all the negative reviews. We primarily use one of the pedals for crouch in FPS games and have the crouch setting on hold, not toggle, so you hold the pedal to stay crouched, which allows you to quickly crouch and un-crouch while leaving all your fingers available to move freely. The extra 2 pedals are nice to have for other functions. The pedals can be reprogrammed to any keyboard key. I find it best to use without shoes on so you can feel the pedals more easily. It is easiest to push the pedals with your toes, on the front edge of the pedal. When you first start using it, you may notice your shin muscle getting a workout from lifting your foot a lot. But you will become acclimated to it, just like any new exercise, and you will not longer notice it after a number of days. I can never go back to gaming without one of these!

    I programmed this foot pedal to type a “space” character, and I can use it to pause a homemade teleprompter. The pedal doesn’t look like it would be robust enough for professional work, but for my light usage, it’s been fine.

    I have a common salutation I use dozens of times a day. The software allowed me to type it in (I think 40 characters) and it bangs it out every time I hit the pedal. Saves a lot of time.

    I am trying to learn to play piano now that I am retired and I am using VLC for my video to stop and start the video at certain sections. What I needed was something that would back up the video just a little to repeat certain licks like the left arrow button on the keyboard allows. The user manual didn’t say anything about the virtual keyboard within the program itself. Once I opened clicked on the virtual keyboard within the application and clicked on the left arrow button when doing a key assignment, it worked like a champ. I can now learn to play piano without picking up my mouse and moving the timeline on the video back to repeat and I can pause it all while I practice and wait until the next step. I’m sure that others will have similar types of use that this will work for and I highly recommend the triple footswitch keyboard. The pedals are far enough apart that I don’t accidentally hit another one by mistake which is another plus.

    I got this because I have a 2 computer setup, and wanted a way to mute myself from discord when talking to chat. And this thing works like a charm. Just setting it to be a hotkey, and muting myself on hold in discord.

    I don’t know why some reviewers had trouble getting assigned to keyboard keys. I read the instructions and was up and running in no time. I use it for Band in A Box music software for practicing guitar. I and have one pedal to speed up tempo, one pedal to allow down tempo, and one pedal assigned to the spacebar which starts and stops the track. It works great for what I need and was easy to program in no time.

    Bought these for gaming to take the place of certain keys. Have used once or twice a week for 2 months now and no issues. Software/UI is pretty simple and easy to use for keybinds
