This is the 4th JBL Charge 4 speaker I’ve purchased and this one was a gift for someone. These speakers have unbelievable great crisp sound. They seem to hold a charge forever and are great for charging other devices. Very easy to set up and pair. They can be used in tandem and the L/R balance can be controlled with JBL’s app. A very reliable, rugged and great sounding speaker system.

Great sound! I love this speaker! Battery lasts a long time and you can also charge any device directly from the speaker wich is a plus for me. I also love the color! Dust pink is really pretty. I purchased the speaker and case combo and it was a great buy!

I am very impressed with this speaker. I had some other wireless speakers that I am virtually replacing. I have this speaker setup in my garage so I can Bluetooth with my iPhone and listen to music while I am working out. I like opening the garage door and turning a large 42′ fan on that makes a lot of noise. My old speakers would not get loud enough to comfortably hear over the fan noise. These blast the sounds out loud enough to be heard over the fan. And when I taking a cool down between sets walking up and down my driveway. I can hear these music easily at the base of the driveway. The other speakers weren’t easily heard a the same place. A neighbor was walking out to his car the other day and I had Phil Collins’ In the Air Tonight playing and he could easily hear it 200 feet away from the speaker. I mainly decided on this speaker because of all the good reviews from audio reviews by audio website and the fact that it’s 30 watts. Definitely a great speaker and the sound rivals my wired Polk speakers. Base has a good sound but haven’t really tested it out with any songs with a heavy base like the boom in some rap music. I but woofers have a good vibrations from just looking at them while music plays.

Yes! I changed a jbl Xtreme 1 for this charge 4 and i couldn’t be happier! It is extremely lightweight, in comparison with the xtreme one that it os really heavy and bulky, sound wize, it sounds AMAZING, really loud, the only difference with the xtreme is that it has a little bit less bass on it.. but just a little, the case is amazing! It feels really good and protective… the color is just gorgeous! Really buy it!

I will be buying more JBL speakers!!They are great!!The sound quality is excellent!!!I work day shift In The laundry 3 days out of the week and it’s super loud back there.So I needed a speaker that I was going to be able to hear over the washers and dryers.This speaker is freakn awesome!!!My co worker and I going to link ours up together and see what happens. lolI so recommend JBL speakers!!!I’ve hear very good reviews and they last quite awhile!!A co worker has the JBL 4 and he let me barrow his so I could get the experience of one and make up my mind.I was totally sold, made up my mind and bought one.Totally LOVE LOVE LOVE my speaker!!The price is so worth the experience, to get good quality you have to pay for it.So long story short, I have the laundry room sounding like a club. Hahaha 😁🎶🎶👍

My husband loves it. Early bday gift for him so he wouldn’t bother mine. Lol so yes we have 2 his is the blue one mine is black. Nice sound nice quality and the carrying case is an added bonus for him his last one didn’t have one so he’s happy I got him this one instead of the one he picked. Lol

We got two Charge 4 cause we realized that we wanted all the a extras that my nephew’s camo flip 4 did that was lost in the flip 5 bit with the 5’s sound. The pictures attached show the size diff in the charge 4 and the camo flip 4. I took pictured with the accessories I purchased to make it portable. It would pull my pants off from the weight but the shoulder strap is so comfortable worn like a sling bag for my 2 mile walks. The Black Velcro makes it easy to attach to the golf cart. We returned a Flip 5 but played them together and this has just as good or better sounds than the Flip 5. If you want the new base and sound of the Flip 5 get this but also has all the charge your phone & connect plus. The only thing you lose leaving the flip 4 having calls go to the speaker, it just stops playing. But we lost that with the flip 5 also. Can’t wait to take it kayaking and pairing them up for movies outside. The Flip 4 connects great with is but we laugh saying the flip is the Treble and The Charge 4 is the base in the pairing.

Best wireless outdoor speaker for the $. I did my research and there are hundreds of options, but for the sound, options, look, ruggedness and cost I think this is the best one on the market. The only option I wish it had was voice integration with Alexa, but now I’m just getting silly!

Sounds great, good bass quality.I have read some negative reviews about the bass quality on this product.First of all let me say this as a professional musician, if you you want to blast your music so you won’t blow it out use a stereo system that can handle it.I have a JBL surround sound system that I use when I want that movie or concert sound.This Charge 4 is not made for that.However this charge 4 is a pretty powerful speaker for outside use.The sound on this charge 4 goes out pretty far, and I have a big backyard.JBL doesn’t disappoint.
