The weight is just right for what’s available. The battery life is great so far, only time will tell. It runs very cool as far as temperature. And the display is greater than 1080P. Its a great portable laptop over all.

I was having issues at first while trying to download apps from Microsoft store and sign in to my email. Once I updated the whole computer (took several hours for update) everything has and is working well. Only issue I was having was outdated software, aside that I like the laptop. They should come with updated softwares though, people who are not tech savvy will think the worst with the error codes I was getting. Especially from a refurbished laptop lol great laptop though, I would buy again for my niece when she graduates high school

I was skeptical to buy a refurbished computer, but I’m completely happy with my purchase! I’ve had it for a few months now and it has performed to my expected standards.To note though – I think due to the touch screen capability it drains the battery life a bit faster than anticipated, but for my personal needs this is not an issue.

Had this Surface for some time now. I was a bit skeptical buying reconditioned / refurbished but it looked like new and I am picky. Great battery life, small and powerful, beautiful, vibrant screen, fast everything. Love the keyboard and padded blue area. Super. I bought the extended warranty just in case.

This is our second surface product and so far it has been working well. Battery life seems fine although we mostly use it at home so always near a plug. Screen and overall product quality is great, very solidly built.

Came pretty much brand new, i use to have the SBL 2 and this is night and day better than the previous gen. I watched all the reviews online to make sure to get this over the apple products and i can honestly recommend this to anyone seeking a ultrabook that can do pretty much everything with the stylish design. Definitely a deal compared to how much it is on the website and im happy i took a chance. I will update this review.

I currently have 6 different top of the line laptops. Apple Macbook, 2 HP Spectres, HP Envy, Dell XPS and this Microsoft Surface Laptop 3. The Microsoft Surface and the Apple Macbook are the best of all and the Surface could be my favorite one. It has an incredible screen resolution and very quiet keyboard. I use a computer for my business and also for personal use about 6-8 hours a day. You cannot go wrong with this laptop. Excellent quality.I cannot wait for the Microsoft Pro 8 for my next purchase.

Let me start out by saying I am in no way a qualified tech critic, this is just my opinion of the laptop as an average consumer.So a little bit of backstory- I haven’t really had great access to technology throughout my life. The devices I have used have been low in quality and were simply devices I could use to get by. I am, however, a junior in highschool and I’ve recently started taking some extra college classes, so I needed something that was going to last and be efficient to use on a daily basis for classes, communication, games, etc… And this laptop was just that!.The laptop boots up within seconds, even upon opening it for the first time. It was very user friendly and the virtual assistant, Cortana, walked me through the set-up process. Like I said, I’m not very tech-savvy and it was very easy for me to get logged in.In reviews online many people have said the keyboard was amazing and cutting edge. Upon arrival, this laptop’s keyboard is seriously so great. I wish I could describe it, but it is really a wonderful typing experience. There is also a fabric-like material that covers the keyboard surface that is nice and soft on the hands. Even after extended periods of typing, my hands don’t get very fatigued.I didn’t think I would use the touch screen very much, but the feature is nice and easy to use. I have found myself using it more often than I thought!The mousepad is nice and big- I personally prefer using a regular mouse but I still like the mousepad regardless.It is VERY fast in loading and downloading things. In my experience, I don’t think I’ve ever had a laptop that loads as quickly as this one. It has only crashed once and that was when I was trying to play a video game and do other things like downloading software and opening browsers at the same time, so I don’t blame it for being a little bit overwhelmed. After I had turned it off and back on it worked fine so there is no need to let the crash bother me. In the future I will separate those tasks so it doesn’t happen again.It runs video games very nicely; I have used it with the Sims 4 and I was impressed at how well it ran whilst not being a gaming laptop. However, this laptop is not built for gaming so if you plan to play many triple A games I don’t think this laptop is for you. It is reliable for casual games though!The battery life is nice, it isn’t horrible or amazing, it is just pretty good. The charger is medium length and it fits in and goes out nicely so it’s not a problem to just plug the computer in while using it.I think that’s about everything; I have tried to include a lot about the product as I know when shopping for laptops I wanted to know almost everything about it. In conclusion this laptop will be a major help to me as I go through college and it is really nice to have something that is reliable, fast, easy to use, and will do the tasks I need it for. :)(Sidenote: It actually shipped here a day earlier than the estimated shipping time! It was well packaged and very secure so I am also very delighted with the nature that it was shipped to me in :D)
