10 reviews for Motorola Moto G8 Power XT2041-1 64GB Hybrid Dual SIM GSM Unlocked Android Smartphone – Capri Blue

Moto is the best way to go. Far less expensive for an equivalent phone. I’ve had Moto for 6 years never once had problem, decided to upgrade. Friend has new Samsung he hates it and wishes he had mine.

Bought this for my better half and she loves it … this is her first unlocked phone and with a little help, very little as she loves hands on when learning new things, she was able to set it up all by herself, works great good battery life

Great phone with blue tooth connection, wifi, moto motion (flash lite, camera) hotspot (if network allows it T-mobile does allow Cricket will not) 3 cameras in front for Panoramic view. Battery life (with moderate use) will last 3 days if need be but only one if it is in constant use with not reprieve. It has two sim card support or just one with sd micro. Great phone it has meet my needs and is very versatile .

My wife and I are pretty much Motorola phone fans. This is my second Motorola phone (first one had a battery start swelling after a few years). It was very easy to set up and start using. Just transferred everything in from my cloud backup from the old phone. Went thru a bunch of updates, including going from Android 10 to 11. The battery life is incredible. I usually plug my phone in at night and use it as an alarm clock. This time, I decided to test their battery life claims and was pleasantly surprised. I Don’t live on my phone like some but with a few calls a day, some texting, some reading news, some research, and checking emails, after close to 3 days, it’s still showing a 63% charge.

I wanted a new phone, had done a lot of research and settled on the Moto G Power, 2020 version. The phone features a 5000 MAH battery which will get an average user 2 days easily. I read my emails, watch YouTube, scroll Facebook etc and when I go to bed, I’m typically still around 65% battery life. The 2020 version also features Stereo speakers and 399 PPI, BEWARE, the 2021 version downgraded these features that’s why I chose the older model. Phone works great, does everything I want it to. I love it !!

You honestly cannot get better bang for your buck, new phones that cost 10X the amount today dont come with chargers… (LOL) and are missing the original headphone jack. Phone is very nice comes with both the screen is good , good speakers on it well worth the value. the only cons, the noise cancelation on the phone isnt good, and the camera on it is average but for the price its perfect and the battery power on this last around 2 days for me on heavy phone use get the phone ASAP if you have any doubts throw them out the window

  7. Master Reviewer

For the price it is perhaps the best purchase/ investment I’ve ever made in my lifetime. The amazing battery life is the best part.Mid range specs and camera is more than satisfactory for me and my lifestyle.Being able to charge my phone and get 3 days worth of battery life is reassuring and getting 2 days or day and a half with heavy use is going to be very hard to go back to when I eventually do get another phone after this .I will post one con and that is I was unable to get WIFI 5G ( t-mobile nyc)

Love this phone! My friends all have over priced IPhone and this phone can do just as much, sometimes more and it was far less expensive. Great photos, I have had a number of my pictures taken with this phone featured by local Tourism office. I love the Google screaming feature to avoid answering spam calls.

I love it, so far, but it’s not much different than the G6 or G7 and doesn’t seem much faster, although it does have a Snapdragon Quad Core processor and Android “Q” version 10. Otherwise, it’s the same old rugged and dependable Motorola/Lenovo Moto G, I’ve come to know and love.I’m a former Samsung Only Customer. This phone (as far back as G5 Plus) does EVERYTHING a Samsung can do and then some..

  10. Shelby

I purchased this phone after having a Galaxy S8. I was looking for something cheaper but still nice and I found this phone very affordable. I have had no problems with it, and the battery life lasts a really long time. The only problem is that it is pretty big, and kinda thick, but I got used to it. It’s a bit heavy for some magnetic phone holders, though. Definitely a good phone for the price.
