I initially believed this phone was defective as I had tried several different sim cards in the device. Took it to a T Mobile store and had a sim card put in. Voila. This phone has no garbage apps and is user friendly. Battery life is great. It’s not super quick when loading content but not so slow as to cause impatience. The camera takes nice crisp photos. I don’t think the value for the $ can be beat. Oh and I already dropped it a few times without any issues.

I was weary of getting this G20 phone for my wife since it is using a Mediatek CPU instead of Qualcomm CPU in Nokia 5.4. the performance of this phone is great and the screen resolution is excellent. The only drawback is that it supports only 2.4G wifi connection, which is no big deal for us (5G reception is spotty in our house). Only time will tell how this phone will hold up for the long run, for now I am happy with my choice.

Great phone with a decent camera. 1/5 of the price if a flagship phone with decent memory, newest Android operating system. A little learning curve for my mom as it doesn’t have buttons on the bottom, but great beyond that.
