I love this brush it keeps power for so long honestly I don’t even know what it needs charged. I will say there’s a bit of a flaw in the design of this and other electronic brushes and that is in the bass. This one holds water and in one or two days mildew appears. I regularly clean mine but it seems more of a task of cleaning the base than should be if they built in some drainage or didn’t have it concave. Stop cleaning the base for two days just to show you these pictures in the review

Love this tooth brush. I had a different one that was similar but the next model up with a pressure sensor on it so you knew if you pressed too hard. The stem for the heads broke on that one so I bought this one. Didn’t feel like spending over $100 for the one I had again.I wouldn’t travel with this brush bc the stem for the heads can easily break. Oral b needs to include a travel case for it.You can get replacement heads for a fraction of the price on Amazon from a no name brand. I use them and they are great. No sense paying oral b’s insane prices

Like many of the reviewers I’ve had an older version 15 + years, a Braun Oral B that just died! In a time of disposable stuff, this brand really does well. Anyway I really like this one a lot. First of all I probably hadn’t recognized how poorly mine was working in the last bit. In contrast, this one makes me feel like I’ve just had my teeth cleaned EVERY TIME I use it.! I love it. It’s lighter in weight as well. I like the 30 sec timer indicators and then the final 2 min timer. The only bummer is that I had bought lots of generic replacement heads for my old one, lots of them for cheap….and they fit but really have to pull to remove it. I like the head that came with the Vitality. The only other thing is my former one was mountable on the wall. I think a more expensive one had this feature. I kind of like it not on the wall now! Anyway, this oral b toothbrush is very inexpensive but very effective. Highly recommend!

I am loving this toothbrush. I was someone who upgraded from a regular toothbrush to a battery operated electric brush from the grocery store and now this! I am glad I made the upgrade, this is easy to use, I love that its rechargeable, it gives you subtle 30 second intervals so it pushes you to do the full two minutes. My teeth feel great

Can’t believe the how well this works, not just for being $25 but in general. I can’t imagine what more an $100 electric toothbrush could do other than having the different modes, but this one seems to do it all. I have pretty weak teeth due to acid reflux wearing down my enamel, which has caused my teeth to stain way easier and be too sensitive for whitening products. I’ve been using this twice daily with Colgate enamel health toothpaste for 3 weeks and my teeth have whitened more than any whitening/charcoal toothpaste/product has been able to do when I was using a standard manual toothbrush. On top of that, they just feel way stronger and cleaner. The brush head allows you to really get every angle and backside of your teeth that I normally get. Also the timer vibrates every 30 seconds which allows me to spend equal time on each area and divide up the 2 minutes evenly. Super impressed. Highly recommend.

I got this to replace an electric Oral B that just died after 20 years. I chose this model for it’s quality and low price. So far it works great! I could do without the timer for each quadrant, though. It’s unnecessary, and disturbs the “flow” of brushing every 30 seconds. Despite that, it’s a really effective, strong toothbrush. It gives a great gum massage, and feels very clean. I can’t judge the battery life or traveling because I haven’t had it long enough.

Just got it, so I can’t comment on battery life or the timer. But the “feel” of the oscillation is just right for me. I bought an Oral B 1000 because it said it removes 300% more plaque than a manual toothbrush. Thinking that 300% is better than 100%, I first went with the stronger, more expensive model. However, I have a dental bridge and an implant; and, subjectively speaking, the higher oscillation speed of the Oral B 1000 just didn’t comfortable. So I went ahead and downgraded to the 500 model. And so far I am very happy with my decision.

I recently decided to change toothbrushes due to an excessive amount of tartar on my teeth found during a visit to my dentist. I have been very pleased with this brush since I began using it. It cleans in a circular motion and seems to really clean out around my gums. I am especially pleased with the cleaning action around my wisdom and other molars that are hard to reach. I cannot wait to see the improvement when I return to my dentist in 6 months. I would recommend it to anyone. This particular model is priced reasonably and it works well. You can buy a 20 pack of replacement brush head for a good price on Amazon.com as well. Don’t delay. Get this model today!

Love that the toothbrush head is compact – since having dental surgery last year I’ve had a difficult time finding a toothbrush that didn’t hurt my mouth – this is perfect!! I really like the fact that it lets me know the amount of time I’ve been brushing by the pulses it sends out! Easy to re-charge – battery seems to be lasting about a week in between charges, that is with brushing at least twice daily. Great product for the price!

I thought I did a good job of brushing (the old-fashioned way). But there is no question that this is better — much better. Other reviews complain about this or that detail. I can’t agree. This product does what it says it does, and does it well. I am completely pleased.
