Was hesitant at first due to the price. After much thought decided to go ahead and take the plunge. In all honesty it was the best decision. The clean you feel after just one time is amazing, it feel like out of the dentist clean. I’d recommend this toothbrush to anyone.

I previously was using an oral-b 9000 and dreaded brushing my teeth and often procrastinated it for so long I ended up going to sleep without brushing. The oral b was noisy and harsh. The small circular head splattered toothpaste everywhere. This sucked even more bc I use charcoal toothpaste. The Sonicare does not do this and it’s very gentle. Brushing my teeth doesn’t feel like a huge discomfort anymore. I like seeing how white they are afterward. The tongue brush that comes with it is not that great. I brought a separate tongue scraper. The blue color looks awesome and the black toothbrush head is a plus for us charcoal toothpaste users. The charge holds well and the cup is really nice looking. I like that the case comes with a charger as well. My oral b toothbrush died on vacation because the charge only holds for about a week and 1/2 and I didn’t want to bring the whole charging station with me. You won’t have this problem in Sonicare.

Initially I was very apprehensive about spending $300+ on a toothbrush that I knew would need replacement brush heads regularly which would be an additional cost on top of the already steep purchase price but I am so glad I did. This brush is the Bentley of electric toothbrushes. The app was easy to get going and helps keep my brushing technique perfect. About 9 ago I purchased the cheapest model Sonicare electric brush and I didnt like it much at all, it only had one power setting and a much less functionally engineered brush head. I wound up going back to my standard non-electric brush. When I recently had to get 2 root canals done I decided it was time to get a better brush and give Sonicare another try but I knew I wanted to get one with multiple power/vibration settings and I figured if Im gonna buy one, I may as well get the best model they offer which is the 9750 Diamond Clean. Sonicare doesn’t make a better brush and it shows. If you’re on the fence about buying this brush just do it. You’ll thank me later.

Wow! This thing is powerful. The app is great and apparently I have been brushing wrong for years.

Have been using for over a month now. Coupled the basic cleaning head with my total care toothpaste and my teeth are whiter for it. The timer assist in training me to give each section of teeth the appropriate cleaning time. I also appreciate the pressure censor monitoring. All around I have noticed in the app that it only failed to capture a few brushing sessions. The reminders to floss are helpful as I hated it before due to my gums always being sore, but again since working through the app, I am now doing it daily. Plus I’m more enthusiastic about brushing twice a day instead of thr standard once and using mouth wash for the other times. Im lucky I don’t have teeth issues or cavities hehe.

You guys… this toothbrush is amazing. I upgraded from the cheapest Sonicare (essence) to the most expensive Sonicare. I can’t stop feeling how slimy my teeth are. It feels just like I left the dentist. The difference is night and day and my teeth are already noticeably whiter. I work in tech so I’m always a sucker for apps and technology that encourage me to take better care of myself. I love the app. I don’t understand why people are mad you have to bring your phone to brush your teeth because how else would you be able to see the diagram of the teeth you missed? I don’t think they are using that feature because your phone is the only way to view that. I read in another review that the pressure sensor was a waste of money because they had to push really hard to get it to go off. I swear I set that thing off 50x times the first time I brushed. I was brushing how I always do, not hard. Well it was too hard and I’ve already learned you just have to put the bristles to where they are basically straight and let the toothbrush do the work. It gives alerts when you are using too much pressure or moving too much. Then when it’s finished it shows you which teeth didn’t get as much attention as the others. This is one of my favorite pandemic purchases! I know it’s a lot but you will love it.

I have sensitive gums that are receding. I’ve tried several soft manual toothbrushes, and the Oral B sensitive heads on their electric toothbrushes, all with mixed success.I’ve been using this Sonicare Diamondclean for about a week now, and I have found it to be much less irritating to my gums. I also find the shape of the head to make it easier to clean my molars. Finally, the unit itself does not have a small hole on the bottom, and the glass charging cup is very easy to clean. This seems like a significant improvement over the Oral B unit, which had a quarter-inch diameter “peg” hole for the charger that always filled with gunk.

I’m smiling! After retiring my 8 year old Sonicare, I upgraded to this one (DiamondClean Smart 9750) and my dentist sees an improvement. The gum care & tongue cleaning modes are terrific, and the personalized brushing with the app & connected brush heads are helpful. Plus Lunar Blue💙

I’m giving this a 5 because of how clean & effective this brush is. Combined with my water pik after first use my teeth were noticeable cleaner & felt better. I do have advice on a couple of things that I had to learn the hard way.✨It comes with a charge but does need to fully charge. The glass charging set up comes with a cap that you may think needs to be attached to charge but it doesn’t. You will know your brush is charging when the stand lights up. Tooth brush leans does not stand straight up.✨Sometimes when you open up the app & turn your brush on the app doesn’t connect. It will inform you to place it on the charger to reset basically then take it off to turn on your brush. If you are like me & for some reason have no outlets in your bathroom I found a trick of switching modes of cleaning. The brush picks the mode of the tooth brush head you have on but you can switch modes. Switch modes until your back on your tooth brush mode you want & the app registers starting your time.✨When using the app it outlines each section you are working on. If you’re section you are cleaning isn’t highlighted it won’t register you cleaned that part & will tell you to focus on it more. However I learned that the app only registers & highlights the section if your brush head is being used on properly on the right the spot. Move the brush head higher up if you’re too low aka brushing more gums then teeth. All & all this brush was worth the money!

This is my first modern electric toothbrush. The last one I tried was many years ago and it was too rough of my gums and teeth since it didn’t sense for pressure against the teeth like this one. I love this feature. I have used this one for over a week now and have no soreness and love the feeling of getting my teeth cleaned properly. Some reviews are saying the heads aren’t readily available. That is obviously a fake review from a competitor. Even my Publix grocery store carries replacement heads for this unit.I am very happy with the operation of the unit so far. I love the timer function as well to insure I brush my teeth for the correct amount of time.I do wish I had bought the 9700 instead of this one. It comes with 8 brush heads and no brush head case. This one comes with 4 brush heads and a brush head case. The case is nothing fancy. It is all plastic. It does its function but a person could make their own case using a spill proof cup. The benefit of getting 8 brush heads would be financially better.
