I was skeptical due to very few reviews and some of them weren’t flattering. The price was excellent and the product is shipped by Amazon, so there is safety there. I was concerned that it could be a counterfeit product, as well. I am happy to report that the Sonicare is real, comes with everything it would, if purchased at a store for 2x the money. It’s a solid product, buy with confidence.
