This is the absolute best Philips Sonicare electric toothbrush I have ever had-and I have had any over the years. My teeth feel like I’ve just left the dental hygienist’s chair every time I brush! I love that I have 4 settings to choose from-the setting for gums is amazing!! My daughter actually bought the Sonicare with the glass cup charger that is more expensive than this model, gave it away and bought this model, then recommended it to me. I’m soooo glad she did! Get this toothbrush. You won’t be disappointed!

This is an electric toothbrush with four modes, which is very cost-effective, and I bought it at a discount. The goods arrive quickly, the packaging is intact, and there is a travel charging box inside, which can hold two toothbrush heads and toothbrushes. It is very convenient to carry, the battery can last about ten days, depending on the actual use. After fully charged, three small lights will light up, but the fly in the ointment is that the first light will lose power quickly when fully charged, and the last light can be used for several days! Hope the indicator light of the toothbrush can be more accurate in the future! I am impressed with the toothbrush that replaced my 15 year old Sonicare flexcare toothbrush. Improvements include a greater seal against water permeating, a flat spot so the brush does not roll on the sink counter when you lay it on its side, bluetooth connectivity to Philips application with brushing feedback, no rubber grip on the back side that can peel away over time, and a travel case with built in charger is included. Additionally, it is backwards compatible with my UV sanitizer and inductive charger. It is also easier to clean than the Sonicare flexcare toothbrush.

Sonic toothbrushes are better than electric and clean your teeth better, without damaging the enamel on your teeth. I also have very sensitive teeth. I have always bought cheaper sonic toothbrushes, but they never lasted that long and changing batteries was very difficult. This brush is rechargable and the charge lasts forever. My teeth feel so clean, like I just went to the dentist. The price of this brush is worth it because there are four settings to clean your teeth. I also love the color!! You do nothing except hold the brush in place and move from tooth to tooth. There is even a sensor to make sure that you don’t use to much pressure. The travel case even charges your toothbrush, so no lugging around the plug to recharge the toothbrush. I am really happy with this product. The video is great because it shows how the toothbrush operates, mentioning all the different functions.

Whoa, I am a veteran user of the Sonicare toothbrush. This new one is a whole other level. When I ordered it it was on a lightning deal so I didn’t really read too much about it I just knew it was the one that I had wanted. I did not realize the brush heads actually have a microchip in it. The brush came with two out of the three heads, which was another thing I was not aware of. Each brush head is for a different function. So depending on what you want the brush for oh, you have to change the heads. I was worried about the replacement cost of those heads, however the cost is not bad at all. This is way more powerful than my last one. I find using toothpaste makes a lot of foam, so I’m switching over to a gel and see if that helps. Absolutely when you are brushing the front of your teeth you need to stick your head in that sink and keep your mouth open so the toothpaste can fall out. This brush is amazing, I am a plaque Builder and this brush is amazing at keeping my teeth so clean. I am proud when I go to the dentist for my cleanings!

I have only used this toothbrush once, so battery life is still to be determined. However, the initial results are very impressive. Love that it has a timer so I know how long to brush. It is relatively quiet, and me teeth feel super clean. I only did the regular “clean” cycle on the medium speed, so can’t wait to try the higher settings. I was nervous going in to this, spending so much on a toothbrush, but am happy with the purchase. I highly recommend it. Travel case with charger built in is also nice.

I personally have always been someone who thought it was idiotic to spend more than $2 on a toothbrush. However a friend of mine talked me into getting this toothbrush after raving about it forever. He said “I guarantee you have spent more money on something that you use WAY less than you will use this toothbrush”. Admittedly he had me there, so I made the jump, and I am never looking back. First of all, I have seen several reviews that mentioned that their toothbrush’s were faulty or that they lost their “buzzing power” after only a couple of months. I have had this toothbrush for far longer then a couple of months and I have not had either of those issues. It takes a while to get used to brushing with an electric toothbrush if you are not used to it, because you are not actively brushing, you are just holding it in different spots and letting the toothbrush do the work, but my teeth have never felt better. You know that plaque that tends to build up on the back of your teeth that you can feel with your tongue? Well it’s gone now, and my dentist has said the same thing. The ONLY issue I had with this toothbrush is that you can’t really use to scrub your tongue, something I always did with my traditional toothbrushes as I feel it helps eliminate bad breath. However, very easy fix, just use a regular toothbrush to scrub your tongue, and use this toothbrush to clean your teeth. Also, the travel case is wicked cool.

This is a pretty good toothbrush that does a great job of keeping your teeth clean. We’ve used the other sonicare brushes for years and had to get this one when my wife’s battery finally died in her older one.It has a lot of settings depending on your needs for sensitivity and cleaning needs.Since we got these our dentists always comment on how clean our teeth are. This brushes for various amounts of time depending on what setting you’re on and has a different buzz to help you know when to transition to different areas of your teeth.

This is the first Phillips sonicare toothbrush we’ve purchased. She absolutely loves it. So very impressed with its cleaning capability. We opted for this model over the more expensive model only because she didn’t see a need to have an app keep track of her teeth cleaning. Not saying thats its bad to do so, but we didn’t see the need. Best toothbrush shes ever owned. Ill be getting myself one when our finances allow being they aren’t cheap, but they are so far definitely worth the money!

EXPERTCLEAN VS DIAMONDCLEAN SMART 9300:- Diamondclean smart has a light going around the base that turns on if you’re applying too much pressure whereas Expertclean vibrates- Diamondclean smart 9300 can charge in the provided glass cup with the conductive charger base underneath, also has optional alternative clear plastic standing charger you swap onto the conductive base. Diamondclean smart 9300 DOES NOT come with a charging travel case. Expertclean has more traditional plastic standing charger and comes with charging case- Diamondclean 9300 comes with 3 toothbrush heads, expertclean comes with 2 toothbrush heads- Diamondclean smart has way more bluetooth app features (assuming you’ll use them)**********************************************************************************************WHY YOU PROBABLY WONT USE THE BLUETOOTH FEATURES ON DIAMONDCLEAN SMART:First of all and most obviously your bluetooth has to be on all the time or you have to turn it on and off each time you brush your teeth. Most importantly though, you have to follow sonicare’s brushing instructions EXACTLY. Meaning you start in the directed ‘quadrant’ for the directed amount of time, and move on to the next quadrant as directed. You cannot brush your quadrants in any old order, you cannot customize how long you brush each quadrant for (besides using a different brushing setting, but the total brushing time only varies by 1 minute 40 seconds max because there’s a mode that makes you brush your gums). If you do not follow sonicare’s directions perfectly, all the data is completely thrown off and incorrect. For example, if you try and brush 10 seconds longer than sonicare wants you to, ultimately it will record it as another brushing session.**********************************************************************************************BLUETOOTH FEATURES ON EXPERTCLEAN:- shows you on average how often you brush your teeth daily in a given week- shows you on average how long your brushing time is in a given week- shows if the pressure you apply is ‘good’ or ‘needs improvement- shows based on your brushing, how many sessions you have left on your toothbrush heads**********************************************************************************************MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:After an electric oral b toothbrush I had for years started to slowly die, I found myself in the market for a replacement. To make it easy for myself, I decided I’d buy whatever toothbrush my dentist used. Truth be told I had some sticker shock when I looked up the “diamondclean smart” model he mentioned. After reading some reviews I decided to justify it as an investment for my health and a way to treat myself to something nice. I paid $225 at Target before taxes for the diamondclean smart 9300 (now it costs around $190 on Amazon) and it is hands down the greatest toothbrush – electric or otherwise – I have ever used and one of my favorite purchases of all time. For me personally, it was worth every penny knowing I was using the best toothbrush on the market and my teeth never felt cleaner. Why am I telling you this in a review for sonicares expertclean model? Because they are virtually identical besides the charger, the pressure sensor, Bluetooth app functions, and some small cosmetic differences. At first I was kind of disappointed this toothbrush was almost a duplicate of the diamondclean smart because I was excited to try something new, but I don’t think this model was intended to build on or surpass what diamondclean smart is, in fact this model cuts back on the diamondclean smart features in exchange for being slightly cheaper. I think sonicare wanted a version of diamondclean exclusive to Amazon for some reason (this model’s only listed authorized retailer on sonicares website is Amazon at the time of writing this review). I also like that it’s slightly more affordable than diamondclean smart because that means it’s accessible to a greater amount of people – which I’m all for.**********************************************************************************************OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:- I’ve used the expertclean in the shower since I’ve owned it (1 month) and the diamondclean smart in the shower since I’ve owned it (over 12 months) and nothing has happened to them, still working the same way as day 1.- Both toothbrushes will tell you when you need to change the toothbrush head indicated by a light regardless if you use the bluetooth features or not- If you buy this toothbrush (or really any other Philips sonicare electric toothbrush for that matter) in the color black, be okay with the fact that your toothbrush head will probably never match your toothbrush. When I can find black toothbrush heads, they’re either super overpriced in comparison to the white versions, aren’t the kind I prefer (I like the interdental care ones) or aren’t available to be purchased in bulk. Kinda sucks because the toothbrush is really sleek and beautiful otherwise!**********************************************************************************************TLDR; if you wanna save $40 and don’t plan on using the Bluetooth features, don’t care that the pressure sensor vibrates instead of flashes (like on the diamondclean smart), don’t care for a fancy cup charger, and/or want a travel charging case, get the expertclean. Otherwise get the $190 diamondclean smart.
