Absolutely love this toothbrush. Honestly, the other reviews are true, the vibration COULD take some getting used to, and the toothbrush comes with a setting to help you break it in and get used to the vibration intensity. I jumped right in without using that setting (bc that’s what the instructions recommend)…. and I LOVED it right off the bat. This is the 3rd, but BEST electric toothbrush I’ve ever gotten, and the ONLY one I’ve kept and actually use. I dumped the other 2 after the 1st use. My teeth actually look and feel as clean as when I use a manual toothbrush. Highly recommend!

I am someone who neglected my teeth for over 6 years and decided to make a new promise to myself to take care of my body more. That includes dental hygiene, dentist appointments, and getting any and all work done on my teeth that’s necessary.I got a cleaning a little while ago and my dental hygienist told me to get this tooth brush because my teeth build up plaque easily under my gums.I had never used an electric toothbrush before and this definitely has taken some getting used to. But I have noticed a significant difference in my teeth since using it. When I was using a regular toothbrush, the tartar would start building up by the end of the day and I would have to brush my teeth well before bedtime. I haven’t had to brush my teeth but two times a day with this tooth brush because cleans the tartar all the way off and the tartar doesn’t build up as fast.I noticed that when flossing I don’t have as much build up between my teeth either and my gums feels cleaner. Granted I just got a cleaning so that also has something to with it.Overall, great toothbrush! Gentle enough for my teeth but powerful enough to get the job done well! Highly recommend!

This is my third Sonicare toothbrush in two years. I currently have Invisalign (going on 1.5 years) and brush my teeth multiple times a day. In the beginning, I bought the top of the line brush and it broke within 6 months. I used the fancy settings at first, but after a while just stuck with the “clean” setting. The second brush was a middle of the road brush, wanting the higher brush vibration speed, but I still didn’t use the alternate cleaning settings. After that one broke just over a year of purchase, I decided to get this inexpensive version. It seems to clean my teeth similarly with one “clean” setting and is much cheaper than the others. I won’t purchase the fancy pants versions any more when this does the job just as well.

I have been hesitating on purchasing a sonicare for awhile, because of the price, and also, I didn’t want it to be too….vibrating…or harsh feeling on my teeth. I finally caved when I saw this price and good reviews. Yes! They are true! What I like about this, other than the price point, is it’s slim silhouette, it’s not bulky on your bathroom counter. It has the ‘pulse’ so you know when to move on to the next part of your mouth, and time your cleaning perfectly. It’s not too rough on your teeth and gums, it’s vibrating a lot…but the bristles are comfortable. And after you brush….wow…yes…you feel VERY clean and polished. Definitely a different feeling. Love it. This brush comes with one head and charging base/stand, with small cover for bristles.

I had to replace my 4 year old Sonicare because it stopped charging fully. I saw this Sonicare model and really liked the slimmer handle, the pink color, and the price point was palatable. After receiving it, I’m even more pleased because it’s powerful and cleaned my teeth more thoroughly than my old Sonicare! It also has the quadrant beep notification to alert you when it’s time to move to another section of the mouth for cleaning. My older Sonicare did not have this. One of my concerns in buying this newer Sonicare model was that I wouldn’t be able to use the replacement brush heads from my older Sonicare – I had stocked up with a lot of various types of brush heads. It was a huge relief that the replacement heads fit this Sonicare as well! (I added pics in case anyone had the same concern as I did about the replacement head style or fit.) Overall I’m very happy with this purchase!

Having had this for about a year, and traveled with it on several road trips now, I’d say this was a very worthwhile investment.I love that it’s timed and I don’t need to really pay attention to how long I’m brushing my teeth anymore. It’s also very comfortable to use and hold compared to some manual toothbrushes. In terms of price, you can get compatible replacement brush heads through Amazon that are non-Phillips which are still high quality and very comfortable. Someone else in the reviews probably worked out the math already, but after a few years you probably will end up saving some money, if you think the initial upfront cost is high.In terms of charge – I rarely need to charge it. Probably once every 2-3 weeks right now. This will depend on the pressure you use to brush, I’d say I use regular pressure. The charger itself is well designed such that the brush stands up, though it can be easy to knock over if you have a mirror cabinet and not much counter space.I’ve never paid attention to how long it actually takes to charge the brush since I usually just leave it charged until the next time I need to brush. The trips I’ve taken have all lasted under 1 week, so I typically do a full charge beforehand, and won’t actually need to bring the charger. All replacement heads come with a cover, making it very easy to travel with the brush. It’s fairly lightweight and a good sturdy form factor to just pop into the front pocket of a backpack. I’ve never tried other brands but I really think Phillips designed this product really well. There is a lot of color selection, I’m okay with pink which happened to be cheaper than other colors on Amazon.Overall it’s a good buy, just get it!

I have Sjogrens and my dry mouth has contributed to gum disease. My dentist and dental hygienist recommended this brush and I’m really happy with it.I never could get into all the spaces of my mouth easily due to crowding. This has helped so much with that! My gums are varying heights and I have bone loss as well. This brush is helping my gums be a lot happier and helping me regain my bone in the areas where it had begun to shrink. It’s a very powerful little thing, and it has taken a little bit to get used to it. I was intimidated at first, but then my gums seemed to feel a lot better after a nice massage.I like that it has a timer, and that the vibration changes as an indicator to move to the next quadrant of my mouth. This brush just makes things so much easier. I wish I had just tried it sooner!I’m recommending this to everyone.

I was looking for an electric tooth brush that wasnt expensive and had just the basic functions, nothing fancy. What I like about this toothbrush it was inexpensive, has one cleaning mode, a built-in timer pressure sensor, and it alerts you when brushing too hard. TheBrushSync technology reminds you when brush head needs replaced, which is a great feature. The toothbrush has a long battery life and is approved by the American Dental Association. My teeth feel cleaner and I am very pleased with this purchase

I have used Sonic are for well over 13 years and would never use any other brand. My dentist recommended it back in January of 2008. In a short time, I noticed a difference. My teeth were whiter, felt cleaner and my dentist noticed the difference during my next visit. I dropped the original one time too many and even then it worked, but the speed and force was greatly reduced. I purchased this one and the force was so strong I thought of returning it because it was almost painful. I decided to try for awhile and it took a couple of weeks, but I did adjust to the strength of it. That being said, it went out on me after seven months. I contacted Amazon. They were gracious, apologetic, and took care of it promptly and I had a new one in my mailbox two days later at no charge to me. Now some reviewers would write a mean review because the first one lasted a short time. I think that it happens sometimes that a product can be defected and I understand that. As long as the company is willing to make it right, I have no problem with it because humans (and machines) make mistakes. It comes with the territory of being human. I knew the quality of Philips Sonicare was above reproach. My first one lasted thirteen years without fail and it was dropped a few times over the years. I’ve been with Amazon for 18 years, long before they became a powerhouse and trusted that they would do the right thing and they did. The first one failing in a short period of time is no reflection on either company. It was how it was handled that matter and it was handled beautifully. I only gave four stars for travel because unlike my original, it does not come with a travel case, but in all fairness, I think it’s because I got it so cheap. I’m well pleased.

I got this for my wife for her birthday. She requested it since I got one for Christmas. She enjoys it and says her teeth feel cleaner. It has neat features that have a timer. It also buzzes at 30 seconds, so you know to switch quadrants in your mouth. It is simple to use and charge. I haven’t needed to change heads yet, but it seems straightforward. The battery lasts about 2+ weeks. It will indicate when it needs to charge so there is no guessing or surprise when it dies.
