Well let me start with telling you how fast it got here. 3 days; and before six am; at my front door. I was shocked!I I removed it from the big box set up with the remote in ten or so minutes a password is needed. I have the 2016 model curved of this tv. After comparing the two, this one is a big upgrade; in added features. The sound stands out. The colors stands out. The speed of the apps are way faster than the 2016. The curve seems deeper. The price I paid in 2016 was 300.00 more. That tv im still happy with. I can say that the 2020 tv is better. I can sail this one to 2024 or 25 and be very happy. Samsungs 4k tvs keeps getting smarter, faster, simpler and better. I can’t wait until 2025!

I have wanted to try the curved screen tv Samsung has & fried tv last week, so i ordered the Samsung 65″ to replace my 65″ LG flat screen (2 yrs old) ….and i have to tell you i wish i had gotten the 55″ . this thing is prolly 10″ bigger than the LG/ HUGE- so. by the time i got the legs on the bottom, realised it would no longer fit on my corner stand by about 2″ both sides/ so i had to order the back stand which fits with a mechanism used for the wall hanging/ a stand with narrower flat stand. So its been an unexpected, but pleasing experience (other than the rotten SAMSUNG “smart” remote , not letting me easily set up my cable/ kept taking me to samsung tv app- it was horrible = but my cable company helped / & after 40 min got out of that & my regular cable playing on the tv). THE PICTURE IS amazing! i can’t say enough good things about how brilliant the picture is! the sound/ eh, so so. but this TV is worth it/ for the curved effect & great pic/ (i would just get the 55″ next time- it stands out in the corner now, as huge as it is) .. BUT i am very satisfied

Delivery as promised. The delivery guys were very helpful for an early morning delivery. The TV arrived in one piece.( no dings). In took me about 40 minutes to install all components. Love the crystal picture quality and curve to the TV. This is our second curved TV and it keeps getting better and better!! An upgrade for my husband’s b-day! He loves it!!

I have had my new Curved TV 55″ (2020 Model) over a week. I am very impressed.I read the reviews for the 2019 model and the 2020 model and decided I wanted the latest. It was obvious to me that the remotes for the two model years are different and the latest is very sleek and is curved underneath for very easy hand holding. The volume button confused me and I figured it out by a You-Tube channel where the woman spoke Japanese, but was still easy for me to understand. Otherwise the remotes it’s a breeze.I no longer need for my Roku any longer so it will be moved to another TV in a different room. This TV has it all bundled inside and is displayed on the home screen after you start up the TV. Yabadabadoooo!!!The curved screen does make a subtle difference in viewing. I love it. I feel like I am in the movie or in a nice theater watching it. There is very little glare and I have a lot of low lighting in the room. Actually less glare than my old Sony and the other TV’s in the house.A lot of people in reviews noted that their screen was cracked when delivered. I finally understood that the cracked screen was actually inside and not necessarily the exterior glass ( I could be wrong on that) so I was very nervous on opening my box and having to attach the legs. But if you lay the TV in the curves screen side and use the curved glass foam support, there should be no issues. be gentle for sure. But you don’t know if yours is cracked until you start up the TV. The whole World could hear my heart beating when I turned it on. But it was a perfect picture, WiFi easy peasy set up and the picture definition breath taking. The pictures I took were shot with in 5 minutes of set up. And please note taken with an old cell phone!If you are hesitant or procrastinating on whether to buy or not, you will lose. They no longer make these and I wanted one before they are no longer available.Love it or lose it. I say, go big or go home.

I read many reviews on this TV and disagree with many of them. First, it comes with a much smaller remote which is nice. If you read the instructions for the remote and try it out you can figure out what it does. It is a great little remote and I am a baby boomer. I found that you can rewind shows and move forward with the TV on your remote without renting a DVR! You can ask Alexa to change the channel and search for any show or movie and she will. You don’t need the fancy Comcast remote. It worked with my Frontier remote automatically. The picture is great and no cloudiness or shadows. If you are watching a video or commercial with a lower resolution then it might be a little fuzzy because it can’t hold up to the 4K HDR quality of this picture. The colors really stand out.. No cracked screen problem. All in all, this is a great TV and I got it at a special Treasure Truck price that Amazon offers once in awhile. I was not paid or compensated to write this review. I thought I should talk about how great the TV and the remote are since so many people had problems with the remote. You just need patience. You have a new learning curve with this remote.

I debated for some time on purchasing this TV. I did some research and seen a display and finally decided to go with this TV. I’m happy I did purchase this , I did make a great decision, it’s fantastic! This Samsung curved TV has a fantastic picture and has a very easy set up process. Set up my wifi and Xbox in seconds. All around a great TV BUT, come on Samsung!! This remote are you kidding? This is a very small and skinny remote , it’s Grey and buttons are small, very difficult to see and handle. This should be looked at and improved for some of us that have difficulties with sight and other disabilities. Come on help us out A little!! Otherwise a great purchase. Love it.

I only have bought Samsung TV for years. Best value in TVs that are reliable and of top quality.I had some doubts about this curved screen but the reviews were so good I took the plunge. I needed a smart tv to load other streaming apps and three HDMI ports. It seems at the 500 price range it is great to get 4K and plenty of input ports.Having used it for 5 months I could not be more pleased. I am not a fan of the minimalist remote control so I bought another that is Samsung compatible and has buttons for most things without having to scroll through list of choices before selecting what you want. Samsung should consider the age and technological abilities of their entire buying audience.Buy it you will love it.

I really believe you get what you pay for, and Samsung always produces best quality TVs. I was going to get a Sony 4K UHD which obviously more expensive, but I’m very content with Samsung. I might get the same picture quality with LG, Vizio, or other brands, but I prefer Samsung all the way. Compare to my other Vizio 60″ 4K, this Samsung 55″” 4K UHD produces much better picture quality.The TV came by UPS one day early. Everything was in the box, including the batteries for the remote. No crack on the screens or missing pixels as others reported. All you need is a phillip screwdriver to screw the buttom support.I have a Samsung soundbar and the TV automatically recognized it. Because they are the same brand, I only use the TV remote to operate the soundbar. It also automatically recognized my Xbox One.I am glad this model comes with the small chocalate bar looking remote with just few buttons, instead of the bigger one that has too many buttons. I just wished they put more thought on the remote such as back lighting.SMART TV features include the popular services such as Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, YouTube. If you have other services such as Showtime, HBO Max, etc., you need to download it from its own Samsung TV app store. It also comes with Samsung TV+ that lets you watch some free channels. I had a little bit problem starting Netflix, which apparently a known problem with Samsung Smart TV post 2015. You have to go to the settings to update the TV configuration to use Netflix.Unboxing tip: It’s best to unbox this TV with someone else instead of yourself. Be careful when you hold on to the screen, because it may crack it if you press the screen too hard. It’s best to lay the TV on the sofa or bed instead of hard floor. Especially when you install the 2 buttom supports.Good overall experience. I recommend to get this TV or the 60″ ($100 more) to everybody.

I traded in the 55 ” 8000 curved for this 65″8300 curved 2020 model. At first I thought it was OK but nothing spectacular. Then after I got everything set up and in order, this TV became first class. I highly recommend it! The sound is good enough and the picture is very clear, crisp, and AMAZING. I’m so glad to have purchased this, and after going through 3 other models prior. I’m good to go with this one and didn’t have to invest over $1000.00 either. Great buy…Enjoy !

I had the 2019 model and traded it in for this one. The features are way more advanced and it’s actually a way better tv. If you are hooking up a surround sound system with a receiver (pioneer for example) you will have to dig into the settings a little more. If you arent real tech savvy, go to the ebook on the tv and it will walk you through some trouble shooting phases that will help. It’s definitely not a plug and play once you get to high end components. All in all not one negative thing to say about this unit. The curve screen is amazing and for the price the picture is phenomenal. Don’t waste 2k on a tv because no one would know the difference. You could pass this unit off as a $2000 dollar unit easy. Amazing job from the Samsung Team and thanks Amazon for the great pricing, availability and quick shipping.
