Nice phone, fast…super awsome pictures. Like everything. Finger print trouble at tbe begining, but keep practicing. Put 2 or more fingerprint. I belived is a very nice phone for a good price.

Original review(I bought this phone mostly for the quad camera but it never works. It says failed to connect to camera no matter what app I use, no matter how many times I reset the settings and they camera app, or how many times I restart my phone. so now because of the pandemic we can’t even get paper menus and we must use our camera to get the menu at restaurants oh, but guess what I can’t because my camera doesn’t work on a phone that I just purchased brand new. The fingerprint recognition doesn’t work and I can never sign into the phone without putting the PIN code in.I do use my phone for live broadcasting oh, that is my second job, and now because of my phone camera not working I can’t do it. It’s been more than a week since I’ve been able to broadcast. This is the most horrible phone I’ve ever had) So…..the phone works perfectly now. And is a really awesome phone. The problem with everything was that the phone never finished installing the update. Once i was on WI-FI for 4 hours, it installed the update, restarted, and has been working perfectly every since.It is very fast and take amaxing clead pics.

I decided to update my mobile phone, and after doing some research on the internet decided to go with the Samsung A31. I chose the A31 mainly because it contains nearly all of the things I wanted in a mobile phone, and was small enough that I can carry it in my pocket. The phone’s width and length are just right. Adding a full case for it added a little more widty and weight to it, but nothing that caused any problems. The most important part of it to me was the telephone, and it is much better than the Iphone I had before. The picture quality is good. The only things negative that I can say about the phone is that is does not have slow motion capability, and it is not great in low light. But, those things I can live without. It took awhile for me to get used to the Samsung after using the Apple Iphone for so long, but being able to add an SD card for additional room for all of the pictures I want to take is a gigantic plus for me. I’d say for the money, you just can’t beat it. There are a lot of much higher priced phones that can’t do a whole lot more than the A31.

Update** after doing the android updates finger print registration is a breeze. Battery is ok but definitely not 2 days lasting (more like a day and a half).Battery on optimize mode last 24 hours, medium power save mode last 1 day and 15 hours, max power save mode last up to 6 days. This all depends on your use of the phone.Face recognition unlock is slow but works. The camera quality is the best feature. It takes crisp, clear and detailed images. I love the macro feature.This is definitely a decent upgrade.

This phone is amazing! It shipped next day. It was carrier unlocked. I use it with Metro by T-Mobile. It was easy to set up and activate. If you have Metro By T-Mobile, call their customer service from another device and tell them you want to switch your service to this phone. Have the ESN # handy. I was up and running within 30 minutes of receiving and unboxing this phone. It even came with a clear case to protect the phone. I have absolutely no complaints. Good quality android device.

Excellent phone. Super Fast, Super Big, Super Awesome. Lasts the whole day on one charge unless you are a gamer like me, then it will last about 8hrs which is great. My old phone used to be at 50% by 12 but with this phone at medium power saving settings, it will be at 70% at 5.

This phone was a surprise, I bought this as a gift for my father and I bought myself the S20 5g. I feel like I wasted 700 dollars extra on my S20. What a phone! Battery life is way better. Screen quality and smoothness, no lag whatsoever. The charger they send does not charge fast enough unfortunately so buying the original is a must to get the fasting charging capability. It did come with a case as well which is pretty dang cool of seller. Phone was set to Spanish so you’ll have to adjust the language before anything. It does come with the Snapdragon processor. Only issues were slight. I’m concerned about the 4gb memory in the future and also the quality of the camera does not seem to be that great unless there are settings I need to adjust. Still playing with settings. Maybe I’ll change this review if I’m wrong.

Great phone for a great price, upgraded from an LG Stylo 3 Plus to this and it feels like a flagship phone. If I had to nitpick I would about the plastic feeling of the back of the phone but with a cover you shouldn’t really even notice it. Bargain!

this is my first phone that cost over $200. It seems to work fine and I have no issues with it. I am using it with mint mobile and have no problems. Just pay attention if you’re trying to install two SIM cards, there is a temporary PIN of 1234 you need to use. I missed it and now can’t get the second SIM card setup. Good phone though.
