I use this product for my game consoles and as a monitor for my pc connected through HDMI. It works great and gets the job done.

It’s hard to find dumb TVs and this one works for my purposes. Something to watch the news in the morning or a tv show if I’m cooking. Reviewers are correct the sound is not very good. I set to surround but you can’t really tell a difference. I set the picture to vivid and that’s much better than standard. The TV supports my needs. I use an over the air antenna. No frills, no smart scrolling (drives me nuts), and a good remote to change channels quickly.

DIDN’T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE REFURBISHED TV BUT WAS REWARDED WITH A LIGHT WEIGHT, EASY TO SET UP TV WITH FANTASTIC PICTURE QUALITY. I AM THINKING ABOUT PURCHASING ANOTHER ONE.

Not sure why people are saying this is not true 1080 resolution………might be they are watching low resolution video……..To get HD you need to be watching HD Video………Looks perfect to me……..For the price it is perfect for me and the sound is decent enough for bedroom use.
