Allow me to start by saying that I am in IT and I built my first computer in the 90s. Now that I have sufficiently dated myself, I can say without reservation that Skytech exceeded my expectations with this product. This purchase was to upgrade/replace a gaming computer for my son. I was looking for an upper-midrange computer that could run almost any game well and would not break the bank. Being a DELL guy (say what you want, the value per dollar, convenience and support cannot be surpassed with them), I had settled on one of the new G5 gaming computers they rolled out not too long ago. i5, 8GB RAM, SSD boot drive/1TB HD dual drive config, 1660 Ti. All for $750. I could not find a better deal for those components.Alas, they could not ship the system until January, and I wanted the computer before Christmas. Extensive searching for something comparable (that could be shipped quickly) at the same price point eventually led me to the Skytech. I had to forgo the Intel for an AMD processor, settle for a 500GB SSD single drive, and I had to downgrade the 1660 Ti to a regular 1660. But the price was the same, and I could get it in two days. I decided to purchase and hoped for the best as I had never dealt with Skytech. Other reviews here at Amazon were favorable and helped my decision. The unit arrived extremely well packaged and protected. Setup was simple and initial login and configuration went without a hitch. (The included instructions were very good. I personally did not need them, but for somebody who is not as comfortable around computers as I am, they were excellent.)The included keyboard and mouse are a step up from what is usually packaged with computers. Much better than what ships with DELL systems by default. There was no reason to replace them, and the keyboard continues the gamer aesthetic by being LED lit. Nice touch.I was happy to see that the computer did not have ANY bloatware or unnecessary programs installed. As a matter of fact, the only things I needed to clean up and uninstall were some of the default programs that ship with Windows 10 that were unnecessary in a gaming computer.Once setup was complete, I shut down the computer and cracked it open to see how Skytech assembles their computers. The case for the computer is quite nice and has a good build quality. The included ports and jacks are all conveniently placed. The routing of cables and the configuration of the components in the case is superb, allowing for excellent airflow and looking very tidy. Nothing to complain about.Indeed, while I had the computer opened, I noticed that the Graphics card was actually a 1660 Ti instead of the regular 1660. I have to assume that they did not have any 1660 systems prebuilt and sent me the step-up system to make sure the two-day shipping was honored. Nobody is going to complain about a free upgrade, and I certainly thank Skytech for thinking about the customer before their bottom line. It is a small thing, but that kind of gesture/company decision goes a long way towards my purchasing computers in the future from them again. It has been about a week since the system began to be used by my son, and there have been zero issues or complaints about performance. The system runs great, stays cool, is quiet and looks fantastic. Although I thought I was going to be taking a small step down compared to the Dell in order to get the computer in time, I can say that I am 100% satisfied with this system, and so is my son.(I have added a few pictures of the system, with and without flash so you can see it sitting under his desk)I will do business with Skytech again in the future. Guaranteed.

My old computer was several years old running Win 7 and when the hard drive starting making noises, I knew it was time to upgrade. I spent a month or more reading reviews, comparing specs and rating the overall coolness of various computers. To be honest, this was NOT my first choice – I had originally ordered a Skytech computer but there were issues with shipping. After nearly three weeks of missed shipping dates, Skytech issued me a refund and it was back to shopping… And I’m glad it happened that way! I love this Cyberpower unit. Set up was incredible easy and I bought the PC Mover software so moving my files and apps was also very easy. I’ve had the computer up and running now for a couple of weeks and have had NO issues with it at all. I had to relearn Windows 10 (why does MS keep moving things around? It took me a while to find “My Computer” so I could check hard drives!) and insert some passwords to some of the apps but overall, this is an amazing computer – It’s really quiet even with the fans running and the led lights on the fans are very entertaining. And I like that you can turn those LED’s off.For the money, you can’t beat this computer… Go for it!

After researching for awhile I decided on the Blaze 2 from skytech. I was pleased with the speed of delivery; one week instead of two. The computer came in very safe packaging. Its case design and placement of interior hardware was sharp looking. The keyboard and mouse are nice. After setting up, I turned the computer on and it worked; LED lights came on, fans ran, bios booted up, and I setup to the desktop.I walked away to let it run for three hours. I came back, shutdown, and installed my gaming hard drives. I turned the computer on with complete confidence. To my total surprize, the Blaze 2 did not respond. The keyboard and mouse lit up though.I checked all the necessaries and tried again with the same consequence. I went to skytech web site and attempted to phone them, but a message on their site stated to use the live chat function, which runs on California time. I used their technical support and followed the procedures that I felt comfortable doing. None of my attempts were successful in powering the computer back on.On Monday I activated their live chat and waited an hour. I chatted with someone and decided to send computer back for repairs. I received a free shipping label, and sent it back.It has been one week since skytech received the return. I decided to check up on the progress, and activated the live chat again, and waited an hour and a half, but I did chat with someone.Their response; Due to COVID-19 they are short handed and it will take 3-4 weeks before the computer will ship back to me. I am not unhappy. I am curious to see how this plays out.update 6/6: it has been almost a two weeks now since I sent the computer back. I still don’t have the computer.Update 6/10: After a few customer service chats, I received my computer. It was shipped ultra-safe, surrounded by thick foam packing in an over sized box. I plugged my hard drives in, which the inside is tight, got to be creative there, and turned the power on. The pc booted up and has run for the past 17 hours with zero problems.I have to say that I am very pleased. Also, I know that sometimes products come in damaged or non-functioning and it is not the fault of the seller. Shipping is brutal, and can dislodge hardware. That’s a fact. The sign of an excellent company is one that takes the product back, fixes the defect, and pays for shipping both ways, with no hassles. All around good job Skytech!Update 7/19/2021 Its still running!

This is an amazing first gaming computer purchase! I’m getting back into MMORPGs after a long absence and I’m technologically illiterate. I used to have my ex set everything up for me, and well I’m living the single dream now lol. I paid attention to reviews because I really needed something that would give a great gaming experience and not need any upgrades cause I don’t know what the hell I am doing with all that yet. I wanted good technical support in case there were any issues. And I needed it to be ready to plug in and go more or less, with a startup guide. Let me tell you, this delivered!I got it right as I was about to go shopping. It took me 30 minutes to get it started, get Microsoft running, and WoW beginning to download. That’s it! I even had a moment where the monitor wasn’t picking anything up… the startup guide online said to only plug the monitor in beneath the av ports and worked like a charm.By the time I got back home, WoW was about 90% done downloading! Put it in perspective, I replaced an old Dell that took close to a week to fully download.I can’t believe the difference in game play. I want to break out into a tone deaf rendition of “a whole new world” but I’ll spare you all, ha. The experience is unreal! I could even see the rain drops falling, and not once in hours of gameplay including my first dungeon was there even a bit of lag.The keyboard and mouse that come with are very nice. There’s two buttons on the side of the mouse, they both have lighting, and very sturdy wrapped cords. I am however a Razer fan so I have these both saved in the closet for any time one of my Razer ones die or something happens.Basically I am in heaven over here, just loving this new setup. The packaging was tops by the way, everything was incredibly secure. I am so glad this is the one I chose. Hope this helps, and happy gaming!

So this was my first gaming PC purchase and after searching around for a while I came across this computer. I was a bit skeptical of going with a brand I had never heard of before. But upon receiving the system and setting it up, I have been thoroughly pleased with this system so far. For what components are installed and the price of the RYZEN 5-2600, NVIDIA GTX-1660 6GB graphics card, 550W power supply, case, fans, copy of Windows 10, and the ASROCK A320M-HDV chipset I don’t think you could build it for less yourself. Especially with prices going up on everything right now on all PC components and supply being scarce for a lot of things. The only thing I would suggest is ordering another stick of 8GB of RAM, since AMD CPU’s like to run in dual channel memory. I ordered the 2x8GB OLOy sticks of DDR4 RAM ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083NPX9TJ/ ) only to find out that’s what they installed when building the system and I could have just bought one stick (this could vary depending what they have when your system is built). But at least I have an extra stick should one crap out, and I will probably buy better sticks down the line. It shipped with a regular 500GB SSD (I haven’t tore the case apart to find the brand yet) but the motherboard supports one M.2 NVME SATA-III SSD slot. Now as for gaming, I have been playing COD Warzone on it. I have been getting about 80FPS on 1080p with all the settings set to high/Ultra. It played Warzone at 4K resolution on low-medium settings around 50-60FPS. The GPU hasn’t gone above 70°C while playing Warzone no matter how long or what settings I’ve played on, and it usually hovers between 60°-65°C. There is plenty of air moving through the system. I haven’t really played any other games yet since Warzone is my go to at the moment as I’m sure it is for many people. My only complaint would be having to install the GeForce experience app and the NVIDIA control panel app myself. Now I know most people buying this wont have a problem with that but not everyone will know about this. I also updated the BIOS but most people wont need to worry about this. Aside from that I have no real issues. The included keyboard and mouse aren’t the greatest but I’ve used worse and it gets the job done. The keyboard seems to be a generic gaming mechanical keyboard and optical mouse with the SKYTECH branding on it. Also the fans aren’t super quiet but they aren’t annoyingly loud and there is no “wine” to them. I have definitely heard louder regular desktop systems and laptops. You can go into the BIOS and turn them down but if you are gaming you will need them turned up to prevent the GPU and CPU/Motherboard from over heating and throttling down in the middle of a game. All in all I think this is a great system for the money. As with all things in the tech scene the next latest and greatest thing is just around the corner. But this system should be powerful enough for a few years to come to run most games. At least until RTX gains more traction with game developers.

Update (4/2/2020): It’s been 5 months now and this pc is still running strong. I’ve put tons of hours of gaming onto it already and haven’t noticed any drops in performance. I have raised my review from 4 to 5 stars as it has met all of my expectations and even exceeded several.I dust it out once a week with the CompuCleaner 2.0 (which I highly recommend if you don’t have one)Games I have played extensively and for several hours at a time on this machine at MAX settings:Call of Duty: MWAssassin’s Creed: OdysseyPath of ExilePlanetside 2Grim DawnElite DangerousStar Citizen – This game has one area that is ridiculously graphic intense. It’s the only time this pc has shown any strain through all the games i’ve played on it. It’s during a train ride through a very detailed city. It stutters at a certain point in the ride for about 5-10 seconds and then returns to normal. This is at MAX settings. if I turn the settings down a bit it does not have this issue.Original review (12/11/2019): Had this PC for 1 and a half months now and it’s handled everything i’ve thrown at it. Games, Movies, Music, Work.Long story short for you lazy shoppers: This pc is a steal for the price. The CPU and GPU will get you to max settings on most AAA game titles. (will need to get more RAM for many games but RAM is cheap. I suggest you get some with this pc. It takes 8gb sticks with a max of 3200ghz speed.) The SSD will hold enough games to get you started. The PC is fast and sharp. IMPORTANT NOTE: This pc is ready to use out of the box but I highly.. HIGHLY suggest you do some reading on the CPU and the motherboard before trying to load up any high demand games. There are some component tools and tweaks that will help you bring this system to it’s full potential. Im not a pc guru or anything. I was able to find and set these things up with relative ease. Upgrade the mouse and keyboard though they are cheap and worthless for gaming. For those of you who like to read more:Alright, so if you’re like me you research hard before spending large chunks of money on your toys. I bounced around between pre-built systems for about 2 months before deciding on this one. I’ll tell you this: I’m pretty smart when it comes to tech. I may not know how some things work up front but I can figure it out quickly. I used to use pc when I was younger (about 10 years ago) but i’ve been on console since then. I just recently decided to get back in to pc’s for gaming. A lot has changed with them. So I kind of consider myself a newbie at it again. With that in mind, here is an honest review for the somewhat knowledgeable pc-shopper:First off, you’re going to read horror stories about this pc in the negative reviews. READ THIS: ALL… again ALL technology you order online has the opportunity to arrive dead or broken or miss-boxed. They all have that chance to be missing components, have some components be dead or faulty. Or even have the wrong components put into them. It happens. It shouldn’t, and it’s inconvenient but the fact is it happens. Don’t let those reviews be the thing that scares you off. I ordered this a month and a half ago and it’s been nothing but good to me.GPU: The 1660 has put me through Path of Exile, Star Citizen, and CoD:MW at max settings. I get about 2 hours in CoD before the GPU gets up around 65 degrees(with the case open for more ventilation). I haven’t tried any of the maximum strain games yet but I imagine it will handle them at high or at least med settings.CPU: It’s fast and hasn’t gotten to a heat that makes me nervous. Suitable so far for all gaming.Power Supply: Haven’t had any issues. The plug in is very tight. Force it in there and make sure it’s all the way in.RAM: 8gb. Good for lower end games but you’ll need a total of 16-24gb to play the bigger titles. Ram is pretty cheap.WiFi: I can’t really comment on this accurately as the wifi in our house is crap. Hardwired though is great.Mouse/keyboard: Burn them. They are useless. I use a CORSAIR K70 RGB MK.2 keyboard with a UtechSmart VENUS Pro RGB MMO Wireless Gaming Mouse. Overkill in my opinion but great upgrade options. The CASE: I love the case. It’s modern and sleek. The lights are potent and can either be rave-like obnoxious or set to a single solid color. I prefer a cool blue glow. (you can also turn them off if you aren’t a fun person.)Sound Pollution: The fans have two stock settings from the case switch: Silent mode and Heat Purge mode. Silent is very quiet. The heat purge mode is good for draining excess heat out of the case when playing games for long periods of time. Opening the case door while doing this will cool off everything in the case in 60 seconds. This mode is loud but isn’t meant to be used constantly. Just to drain the heat out. This case mixed with a corsair rgb keyboard/mouse and some Monster lighting effects in the room… I feel like those youtube gamers. My friends aren’t gamers but when they come over we usually end up in my room listening to jams in the cool vibe lighting. Chics dig it.Things to consider:This case is smaller than average. Fitting upgrades takes planning.RAM is limited to 4x 8gb sticks at a max of 3200mhz speed. (Enough for most games)there is only one ethernet port. The GPU only has 1 hdmi port. All in all this was a great purchase. I’m having so much fun with it and it’s leaving me very happy with my choice to venture back in to pc gaming. I also use this pc for work. (I work remotely from home). It multi-tasks well. We’re talking 50 open tabs with real-time spreadsheets and such while streaming spotify and running rainmeter and and… well you get the point. Just make sure you do your research on the components. Their compatibility with upgrades. Software to monitor and tweak (overclocking etc..). That way you get the full range of it’s capabilities.ENJOY!

Beautifully smooth gaming computer. Have always done console gaming, so first time with a PC. Did a lot of searching and studying and finally found this Skytech gaming PC. It’s a mid-range at a great price, upgradeable but plays smooth as is. Doing Fallout 4 at full settings as well as a few other high graphics games and the Blaze II runs them with no problems at all. Due to user error, I had initial problems with the monitor connection mainly because I didn’t realize there was a second HDMI connect on the graphics card, which is, of course, the one you’re supposed to use. A search of the company’s online tech guide for setup solved that issue though and I had it up and running in no time. Lightning-fast with regular, non-gaming programs as well. In short, a great, all around PC that I would, and already have recommended to several friends. A good choice if you’re looking to getting into PC gaming. And the light show this unit puts on, awesome.

Bought this after much research, I have built my own PC’s for the last 15 years, but decided I COULD NOT BUILD THIS for the price they ask. Packaging was stellar, no way this was getting damaged in shipment, No Bloatware , and easy set-up, fast as you need, according to “can you run it” it will run all but one game they track…. that game…not released yet… so who knows. I run Rust at optimal settings at 75 fps. The only thing I did not really like is it has 8 GB ddr4 Ram, however even though the mb supports dual channel, it comes with one 8 gb stick. I added another 8GB stick of RAM and added a external DVD burner, couldn’t be happier, as stated, never needed Tech Support, which to me is the best tech support ever. I also came with a nice folder with info and disk for MB etc, however since you have no DVD from factory you will need a flash drive and another PC to get the software to your new PC, or do as I did and buy a external. overall a great unit, cable management is great, room for more drives if wanted, I feel it is a extremely solid “bang for buck” purchase ** Edit March 6 2020, has not missed a beat…. runs anything I want, still 5 Stars, pull the trigger on this one 🙂

I waited a month to make this review so I can see how it performs and it doesn’t disappoint. Dispite what people say about prebuilts being more expensive then building bla, bla, bla, this is one of the best prebuilt pc on Amazon. I shipped the day I order it and would have got here in less than a week if not for forth of July and no deliverys on Sunday. I brought the upgraded version that came with 16gb of ram, ryzen 2600, and a nvidia gtx 1660 super and it runs almost all triple a titles on MAX setting at over 100 fps. Storage is low so I brought a 1tb external hard drive which was perfect. The tower has 8 USB ports on the back and 3 on the front. The fans are rgb and the power supply is also rgb. The pc is upgrade friendly if you want a better graphics card on the future, more storage , or a better power supply. The fan are surprisingly pretty good even though they are pretty cheap. It turned on instantly with no problem and the system reads all the specs correctly. I didn’t receive a 10 gift card thing you get of you leave a review and the keyboard and mouse I received were not the rgb skytech gaming they usually give but that okay since I already brought a keyboard and mouse since the ones that come with a prebuilt are trash. Cable management was pretty good except near the right of the power supply. It come with a wifi antenna but I recommend always using wired connection. It also come with a manual for the motherboard so you can easily get to the bios and know how to get max performance out of your brand new pc. Overall I highly recommend the pc for streaming, gaming, and more. UPDATE – year anniversary was today for the pc and it’s still working fine the only thing I need to do is give it a good dusting.

Just as described, has some of the OLOy heat dispersing gaming ram also, very impressed with that as those are not cheap parts. Everything came from California to Mississippi well with standard shipping. Very impressed with the molded internal packaging during the unboxing. If you’re reading this it is shipped very securely. After reading some other reviews I was just a hair nervous as with anything this expensive, but the formed internal packaging protected the interior to prevent any internal shifting during transport. The canvas bag that came covering the entire desktop was a nice touch. I give you guys five stars, especially delivering this quickly during COVID-19.Everything is great. Booted up and was streaming again in about 8 minutes from unboxing. FYI after you add this to your cart, search for cable concealers, and under desk cable raceways, about 20 bucks on prime for 140” worth of the concealers and 10-15 for the basket raceways. Use these concealers and raceways you cave people it will very much improve the end quality and look of your home. I literally throw up when I look at the other review pics. (The basket raceways will hold your bulky power adapters unseen, under your desk space.)As a former employee of Circuit City (May they Rest In Peace) and of Best Buy, I can say that for under 800 bucks this is the way to go. Things not mentioned that I noticed when unboxing, free 10$ amazon gift card possibility, free one month of Microsoft office when activating your new windows 10 desktop, and everything is plug and play. The machine is built with amazing components for the price, if you break down the cost of each component individually. After a little thought you should come to the conclusion that you start to save money, time, and the risk that you take as an amateur or budget conscious individual in building it yourself.
