I have bought a pre-built a ASUS rog and Had a custom $3000 PC built By ibuypower And I’m extremely happy with this. Thank you very much. I am almost 50, computer engineer and prefer to make my own premium PC (did it like 20 times) , but this one was for my daughter , 17 yo.Solid build, funny LED (you can switch it off), mouse, keyboard, tested.Works perfectly out of box.

I really love this PC. At first, I was worried about all the negative reviews, but honestly, when I got it and added it to my monitor, it was snappy and an easy setup. Mind you, I recommend you add a 1TB m2 SSD or switch out the SSD that comes with this PC with a bigger SSD if need more space(I added the m2 SSD because I definitely need more space) I recommend adding a Samsung SSD if you’re thinking about switching. The only con that I have about this pc is that the cable management is well wrapped, so I don’t want to remove the zip ties just to add more RGB, but personally, that doesn’t bother me much. Honestly, the PC is a solid 10/10. Again, if you want more space, and I highly recommended you do get more space, I recommend migrating your data to another bigger SSD and replace the SSD that came with the PC originally. As far as adding RGB, I recommend adding RBG ram, there’s not a lot of room for adding RGB components unless you touch the cable management. Again, the cable management is pretty well set up, so I don’t recommend touching it. Again, this is a really solid PC with great specs and smooth gameplay.

I bought this for my son who streams on Twitch and he loves it! He was hesitant at first since this was his first gaming PC. But after 2 weeks of playing and streaming he is very satisfied with the performance.My only issue was the way Amazon packaged it. The PC packaging was fine, but the Amazon box was poorly packaged. There was ONE piece of tape holding the top of the box closed and it was coming apart it was creating a big hole. It was NOT securely taped. The inside PC box could have easily fallen out because it was so heavy. And there was nothing to prevent the inside box from moving around. No additional cushion to help stabilize it other than some packing paper. Luckily it did NOT affect the actual PC and it started up fine. We haven’t had any problems with the system.

I first ordered the gtx1650 and it didn’t end up arriving so I contacted customer service and they gladly replace it with a 1660 and you know I could not be mad at that. Overall after a month of use it’s going pretty well haven’t run into any issues
