Since the LCD flips out to the side, the mic on top of the camera and MI shoe for external microphone attachment won’t get in the way of the screen.

Image Stabilization suppresses shake even while walking, and Fast Hybrid AF, Real Time Eye-AF and Real-time AF tracking functions allow it to lock on and track subjects with high accuracy and speed while recording. Face-priority AE detects the face and instantly adjusts exposure to ensure ideal brightness, even if walking from a bright place into shade. The subject recognition algorithm uses AI (artificial intelligence) technology to process color, pattern and subject distance in real time.

    My first camera that I bought myself to start content creating and it is great. Easy to use right out of the box.Pros: all around a great camera for your first starter cameraCons: battery life is about 2 hours for recording at 120 FPS and even lower at 4K so buying more batteries for the camera is recommended if you have to film stuff outside and on the go if you’re not hooked up to a continuous power supply.

    Great camera all around, especially for vlogging. Picture quality is fantastic especially slow motion. I got this camera as part of a package. The camera comes with 1 battery. You may want to opt for a package that includes extra batteries and a charger. I keep the camera plugged in while using it to keep it charged.

    The Sony camera is excellent. It is easy to use, takes high quality pictures and videos, and it is easy to transfer images to your computer. The only negative we’ve noted so far is the limited battery life (easily solved by buying a couple spare batteries — which were inexpensive). I recommend this camera!
