Wow what can I say. I ordered this for my bathroom in feb 2020. Installed in around may. Moved in in June. Tv worked up u til middle of July. Called amazon and they got me in touch with the seller. We worked every angle. The vendor replaced it. Got the new tv and it works great. It is sleek design and has the ability to connect to many movie apps.

Have had this for about a year. Picture quality is great. Needs a 2nd device to make it easier to use… Roku or Fire Stick. Sound quality is an issue. Since the tv mounts with the back inside a wall, it muffles the sound which means to hear it you have to turn the volume all the way up.
