Arrived on time in excellent condition. It appeared to be brand new, as advertised, with everything wrapped as new. Assembled as per instructions. Setup of TV on screen was a little confusing, when it came to the on screen code for registering with Amazon Prime and others. TV has beautiful picture with all the colors right without adjustment. 4K picture is really something to see. Unlike my Samsung Smart TV, this Roku Smart TCL has so many more options to chose from. Once I get all the Roku stuff figured out, I might be able to get ride of attached HD cable box and save a monthly box rent. Have it setting on the fireplace hearth waiting to be mounted above the fireplace. Because of its” size, it really needs to be mounted 4′ or higher off the floor. Don’t use the fireplace anymore,, so it’s going above the fireplace mantel on the stone wall. I’m a hobby welder and a cheapskate, so I’m going to make my own custom bracket to mount to the stone. Appears I made the right money saving choice,,, buying the “Warehouse Deal”

Amazing picture. Takes awhile to set up. You just can’t connect it to the satellite etc and go. It will take about 20 minutes to go thru the entire process. It is set up for hulu Netflix and will want credit card info. I bypassed that. The day I give a tv credit card info will me the day I die. Past that I would buy it again. In fact I need one more to complete house on lake I bought. And it will be this same one only bigger.

This is a great TV. I really love the function of being able to plug headphones into the remote–which is surprisingly small. It’s obviously been engineered by someone who knows that you don’t need much more than home, power, channel, and volume. Setup was and is very easy.

However, be warned that this roku tv is not compatible with the Apple TV plus app. Other than that it has been excellent.

Had this TV for about a month, very happy with the performance. The picture is sharp, especially with a 4K source. The smart TV function works well with many built in choices and set-up was straightforward. The remote is compact but handles functions well. It comes with earbuds which plug into the remote… ideal for the bedroom which is where I am using it. The picture is adjustable for brightness only, I can’t find any adjustment for color and contrast (though both are fine as is). Sound is also not adjustable (except volume of course) but is fine as well. Though, based on price, this set is entry level for 4K, I think it performs beautifully.

Works great and love the built in Roku. What I love most is the simple and easy to use controller! The quick home button makes getting from one to the other very easy and the menu is simple enough on the TV to navigate. The only con I have so far is the battery cover for the controller is broken and gone because of the kids dropping the controller a few too many times. The cover rounds around the bottom of the controller and takes the impact if dropped on one side of the bottom end…. . But the control fits well in my hands, not like some other very edgy flat controllers. Would get a newer model someday when they have one and I need a TV.

Well, I finally bit the bullet and went for a 4K TV… And I really do like this one. After a few days of use I have had no issues and really like the picture quality (For the price point) and of course the Roku built in is a huge bonus. I will be adding more detail in a video review soon, but wanted to get my thoughts down now.Pros:Price, Starting at Sub $500 for the 43 in model this is a great deal for a 4K TV let alone a Roku 4K TVBuild Quality, Despite being plastic all around it is well put together and doesn’t look cheapPicture quality (More specifics on this later as this is both a pro and a con)Roku Functionality, This works as well as all the other Roku boxes I have in my house.Ability to describe inputs and use individual picture settings for each inputCons:Picture Quality controls (Very limited options to control how the picture looks)Only 60Hz real refresh rate (This does allow some blur in very fast moving pictures, but enabling game mode helps a lot)Can only choose from their generic input descriptions (Not really a con but would have been niceOk so all in all I feel this TV is a good option for a budget price 4K TV or even just a Roku TV in general.and the Pros on this unit definitely outweigh the Cons. I replaced a Vizio 1080p Model that had massive software and hardware problems and this is night and day. I actually contacted TCL support prior to purchasing this model to see how responsive they would be and they were very fast (less than 24 hours via email) which given my experience with even more high end TV manufacturers is really good. I would absolutely recommend this TV to anyone who is looking for decent 4K at budget price.Just my thoughts,AK

Recently purchased this TV for the bedroom and it’s great, price for performance/features cannot be beat in my opinion. I am an Amazon fire-tv fan so I really don’t use the roku features but it’s a bonus that the features are there. The only draw back and it’s so minor that it does not constitute a loss of a star in my opinion is that it does take the TV about 15-20 seconds to turn on and be at a ready state since the Roku software has to power up before the TV can be used. Not a big deal but noticeable when you are used to a TV that just turns on. Picture quality looks great, 4k content looks perfect on it and the TV was super easy to setup and and get working with my other AV equipment. Overall excellent TV and very happy with my purchase.

I got this TV from Amazon Warehouse for $350, when the new from Amazon price was $400. Condition was described as “Used – Very Good, small scratches front and back. Arrived with no significant scratches but a few pixels near the center of the screen always gave off more dim light that the surrounding area. Was most noticeable when screen was trying to be all dark. Used Amazon “Get Product Support” function to report condition difference. Amazon offered additional 15% (~$53) discount, which I happily accepted.I have owned Roku 4, 2, and stick. Having Roku functionality built into TV is good. Wanted ethernet input jack. 90 minute recording of Over The Air network TV signal to USB sounds useful, but I haven’t yet tried.

This TV is a great value for its price. We’re very happy with our purchase. The image is incredibly beautiful, super sharp, the colors are perfect. And we love all the apps and options we get online. We haven’t had a single connection problem, streaming is totally smooth.
