I can’t speak to how the laptop works with Windows since I formatted it immediately- but for a Linux machine it is very capable. I’m using Linux Mint 20.04 on the device and had almost no problems (only one being the sound after returning from sleep) not Teclast’s issue per-se but when I installed in July of ’20 it took a little massaging. Nearly all issues were solved by adding this one liner to /etc/default/grub GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX=”i8042.reset i8042.nomux i8042.nopnp i8042.noloop”This may be redundant if you use bluetooth headphones and will probably be fixed and unnecessary in future kernel updates.Wifi performance is adequate. My Asus Chrometab (CT100) side by side will show 40% signal on 2.5ghz where this one shows 44%. On 5ghz I’m catching 19% while the CT100 catches 44%. Not sure if that’s due to Linux or the antenna itself.I’m not using it as my daily driver, but I could see it being used as such in a pinch or on a tight budget. Snappy and responsive and quite impressive for such a small machine- but expect the limitations of the CPU and accept it. You aren’t going to be playing a top of the line game on this, nor rendering 4K video on it either.Battery lasts around 7 hrs so the manufacturer was actually not inflating the number (as some are oft to do). This is with no fiddling with any power optimization. Granted I’m doing general browsing, connecting to other machines over RDP or VNC, etc and not gaming or anything extravagant. If you want to do something more extravagant- dish out the coin for something more extravagant. This little guy reminds me of my ancient Asus Zenbook 11″ that I miss dearly. It travels EXTREMELY well. Also with the USB-C charging port it really helps with cord clutter. I now just have to drag one adapter to charge all of my toys and that is convenient. For a device this small it feels “substantial” if that makes sense. Keyboard isn’t top of the line, but is responsive and has nice travel. Size is good for me since I have smaller hands, I could see someone with large paws having an issue though. Of course for a device this size any ham fisted user will have issues. Trackpad works with no issue as well. Considering I hate them I connected a BT mouse and and very satisfied. I have not attempted to use the system with the stylus. I may order one and update this review in the future as that does look interesting. For this price point AND having a full 1080p touchscreen, cannot help but strongly recommend this for anyone who is “brave” enough to nuke M$ off the machine and adds glorious Linux to the mix. Well done for something is capable, this size, and this inexpensive.

I love this laptop! It is perfect for my needs. The downsides are that the camera is not high quality, but this doesn’t bother me since I don’t use it much. It is located in the bottom right corner when in laptop mode, which is a little weird, but when you switch to tablet mode the placement is not bad. Another detail is that the touchscreen is a little finicky. Sometimes it works great and sometimes it doesn’t. But I don’t have the stylus and I bet it would work a lot better if I did. What I love about this laptop is it’s versatility. I use it as a laptop most of the time but it is very useful to be able to stand it like a tent, for example if I want to watch a video. It is very lightweight and sleek and absolutely beautiful. The screen quality is extraordinary. And the price is one of the lowest out there for 360° laptops. It starts with an account called pc, but you can go in the settings and change that without too much trouble. This laptop is the definition of laptop, because it is portable and useful in almost any situation. I can pick it up by a corner and carry it tucked under my arm. Some of the other reviews complain about the battery life, and while I wouldn’t say that it’s amazing, it lasts long enough for me. It also charges very quickly, about two hours from zero to 100.

Really wanted a the capability of a Windows computer in a small light tablet sized device, this fits the bill. Had one problem booting (starting) up after the initial set up. Screen came up with a lot of text and the word “shell”. I am not computer savvy to that degree, but after looking around on the web found the solution is to simply hit the “delete” key immediately upon seeing the Teclast logo, this takes you to a blue screen where you can use the arrow keys to go across the top menu and select “boot”, then change “boot option #1” from “ETF Shell” to “Windows Boot Manager”. Now it starts in Windows.

I got this for my wife so that there’d be no conflict about who got to use my beast of a PC gaming desktop ;)She mainly wanted it to watch Netflix/Hulu on (because her old gaming laptop was slow to the point of being unusable), and I wanted it for gaming and need it for working from home.It came quickly (I want to say 4-5 days after ordering?) and really surprised me for such a little, inexpensive laptop/tablet. The pre-installed Windows 10 runs very quickly and responsively. The touch screen works very well, including multi-touch (we have a stylus on the way; we’ll see, but I expect good things based on its performance so far). Even the track pad works well. Two finger scroll and three finger application switching work on the first try. Really a pleasant surprise. Folding it up triggers a prompt to switch to tablet mode, which works equally well (my wife can’t decide which she prefers, but seems to be favoring tablet mode, as her old laptop couldn’t do this). Video plays smoothly in full 1080p, which was her primary concern. It can handle multiple tabs open, with an application (like Word) running without slowdown. The primary concern many people expressed is the battery life. To be honest, we haven’t found this to be that bad. I just asked her how long she gets out of a single charge, and she said “I dunno, many shows. Many hour-long or 45 minute shows.” That’s pretty good for something that weighs less than three pounds, and exceeded our expectations by far. It’s not ‘all-day’ battery, but I wouldn’t expect something of its size to be.If you need a basic, functional laptop that you aren’t trying to play AAA games on, this is an excellent purchase for the price.
