I was looking for earbuds with a boom mic for zoom calls. I did several tests to see if this pair would meet my needs. These are a perfect budget pair.Sound Test – This pair has decent sound but lacks deep bass. A+ there for the price.Mic Test – tested without any background sound or inline (earbud) sound, and the mic was great. Clear, loud, and zero muffling.Combo Test – I tested the mic with background noise and it picked up very little and my voice still crisp. I also tested by played an audiobook through the earbuds (to mimic someone was talking on a zoom call) and the mic didn’t pick up the voice within the earbuds. This was big since a different pair I tested failed this test creating feedback and an echo. You can’t go wrong with this set for Zoom calls.

I didn’t realize how heavy my headset was until I got these in the mail and switched them out. The sound is so clean and I can distinguish between party chat and in game better too. These are so worth the money! I just hope they hold up!

I bought else for interpretation work, however the weight of the cable and the earphones themselves made my ears hurt. The wings were both a blessing and a curse. They kept the earphones in place but also hurt after extended use. The mic was not bad. Great by design, terrible placement. The mic should’ve been on the right, but I don’t know who’s bright idea was it to put them on the left. The inline controls were pretty convenient and useful too. Mic quality was OK, but audio was a bit lacklustre. They were on par with a pair of $60 Beats, so either they’re $60 quality or Beats aren’t that great… I’m leaning towards these aren’t that great at all in terms of audio quality.I would recommend this for gaming (short duration) but nothing along likes of work where these are in your ear all day. They’re too dang heavy.

I’ve been a gaming headset fanatic my entire gaming career. Big, comfy cushiony ear pads, extending mic to perfectly pick up my breathing. Great right? I literally thought bulky expensive headsets were the best sounds you could get out of a game, the closer to “out of your budget” the better. Could easily drop $100 and still have complaints.Well, a friend of mine astounded me the other day when he said that he played with earbuds. This guy is cracked at every game he plays, and I honestly thought he was just messing with me at first. He told me he was serious and sent a pic. And his earbuds only cost around $30 bucks. They weren’t Turtle Beach, but a different brand.I thought, “How do you hear footsteps, how do you hear direction? HOW DO YOU HEAR ANYTHING COMPARABLE TO A HEADSET??”Well, I just want to tell all you advocates like me for the gigantorb ear muffs that weigh five pounds sitting on your head,You’ve been lied to.I plugged the mic into the Turtle Beach Battle buds, then them into my new controller, and slipped em on up in mah ears.I was instantly converted into an ear buds user.The sound is in-depth, from the bass to the all around game noises. It sounds crystal clear, at the perfect volume. Holy heck was I impressed.Another thing that impressed me was the mic monitoring on these babies. I could hear my own voice alongside the others in my own ears, allowing me to adjust myself according to what I heard.They’re super comfortable, stylish, mic at perfect length. I can’t freaking believe something this good could be $30.00.Yeah. Buy em. Do it. Do it now.

These are really amazing. Not only are they so portable and easy to carry, they easily outperform some headsets I have that cost 2 or 3 times more. The earbuds stay in really well once you find the right sizes, and you can’t even feel the microphone. The only slight issue which does not bother me is that the microphone is really short and it’s on the side of your mouth instead of in front of it, but it still has a quality that you would see on 100 dollar plus headsets, and its size makes it not noticeable when playing. I have nothing bad to say about these.

They come with 3 sizes of rubbers for in ear and holding them in. Mic isn’t very long so it won’t be in the way and has volume and mute switches not buttons. Sound is great on them! Mic is detachable for use on the go with music. Would be a great gift .

I wanted an earbud and boom mic combination that wasn’t a huge headphone set up. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but after using these for both some light gaming and also video calls and zoom I find them to be quite acceptable for both purposes. Audio pick up with the boom mic is very reasonable especially given the price. I’m not aware that there’s a huge problem with voice pick up just remember this is a very inexpensive Microphone set up but the fact that it’s place right next to your mouth really helps to selectively get your speech. The earbuds are reasonable for the price. They’re definitely not going to have any significant spatial abilities to them but they work very well for zoom calls or light gaming.If you’re looking for something simple that’s not a massive headphone set up and provides the basics for audio and microphone pick up this certainly should fill your bill

I’m not a hardcore gamer but I do play sometimes and it’s nice to have a headset when playing games like pubg or COD so you can hear the footstep coming up on you. These work great for that. Also I have had no complaints about other players being able to hear me. I have even used them as a hands free for my android device and was told it sounded great on the other end so if you want a decent set of headphones but don’t want to or feel the need to spend upwards of a 100 bucks these battle buds will do the trick for you. I also have them in the black so mine dont get mixed up with my family members.

For the price, I wasn’t expecting much out of these. I just wanted a decent headset to talk to my friends with and hear the games we play better. I usually prefer earphones to headphones so these are right up my alley. The color scheme on the white/teal is awesome looking too.When I used them for the first week, I was shocked at how good they sounded! I even got compliments saying how clear I sound in the chat which is what I really wanted. The bass is noticable in games but not overpowering.When it comes to comfort, they do hurt just a little after a couple hours. The wingtips are a lifesaver and keeps them in my ears without having to constantly push them back in. I never notice the mic when I’m playing. It’s never in the way or too close. And it’s adjustable so you can move it to the perfect angle. It’s also detachable if you’re playing solo and don’t need the mic.Longevity is also a slight concern. The earphone housings are made of extremely cheap plastic and the cord seems very thin, but made of good quality material. I’d still be careful with them. I’m assuming the materials used were to cut down on price, but the main thing is the sound and mic, which are great for the price. I haven’t noticed any problems, but I’ve only had them for a little under a month.All in all, these are really hard to beat for the price! I’ve tried several different budget headset setups and this is by far my favorite. They sound great, the mic is crystal clear, and they don’t break the bank.

I have nothing bad to say about these!! I dislike over the ear headphones so these were perfect for me. They are super comfy and easy to function. The echo that some people talk about is when the volume is super high, but just work with the audio levels and the echo will be gone I have no problems with an echo or any functionality of these headphones! I will never purchase over the ear again!!
