This is hands down the best portable tv on amazon. For the price, the quality is great! The picture is great and so is the sound! Compared to other portable TVs the speakers are pretty loud and clear. I’m able to play my Xbox on it and it has a built in FM radio to which no other portable tv I’ve seen has. I would highly recommend this tv to anyone as it is a great value for the size and quality. You can even use this as an extra monitor for a computer or something. It’s the size of most laptops nowadays.

Tyler TV 14 inch good picture for such a cheap TV, instruction manual detailed. Remote batteries dead. Took some figuring out to put stand together. Remote doesn’t work as it should. Contacted seller and they responded with wrong information. Not helpful so you are on your own. Added later: the TV works great except I have to re-set it HDMI often and the remote still does not work like it should, have to use buttons on front of TV. still recommend this little TV.

I bought this little TV for my camper. The size is perfect because I am limited on space. The picture and sound are very good. I can tune in local channels, use the roku stick for Netflix or a memory stick for movies that I have downloaded when we aren’t near any wifi spots. I’m not sure how long the battery actually lasts since I haven’t used it that long yet but I really like this little tv!

We needed a small LCD TV for the cabin of our small boat, but we also needed the functionality that this TV provides.1) The tuner is sensitive and locks onto digit signals very well, and rivals the sensitivity of our OTA TABLO Tuner. We are cord cutters, so having a sensitive tuner for over the air (OTA) broadcast stations is important.2) The unit can accept SD card or USB thumb drive media containing video files, We tape our favorite OTA TV shows on our ViewTV box, and wanted the ability to play some of these programs on a TV without needing to use our ViewTV box on the boat. While this manufacturer does not support .mts files (from ViewTV), there are plenty of free converters on line. We converted some of our recorded .mts files to .MP4, using a free software program (Smart Converter), and placed these files onto a SD card formatted for MS-Dos. It works beautifully well.3) We tested out the FM radio, and it works well, too.4) It is easy to make adjustments to the picture display such as contrast and brightness.5) This is a high def set, and the picture is impressive. Also, it does not have a wide viewing angle, but still is reasonably good for us.6) The sound is surprisingly good for such a small set, and does not sound tinny. It has a good amount of base relative to its size, and the settings also allow for simulated and true surround sound.7) It can run from a 110V power supply with power adapter, directly from an automobile 12V system by plugging into the lighter receptacle, and it can run on internal batter power.8) It can utilize cableTV input at marinas, but I have not yet tested this function yet9) The manufacturer provides an absurdly easy to use, quick release stand, a separate pull out stand on the back of the unit (like a picture frame foot), and means for connecting it to wall-mounted arm.10) The unit comes with a FM antenna and a magnetic monopole UHF antenna. As a criticism, we wish the screen was not glossy, but it is acceptable. Further, we wish there was a way to expand 4:3 content to wide format to fill the entire screen. Perhaps we are getting too picky, because even 4:3 covers a good amount of screen. This unit truly does it all, and is exactly what we were looking for. Going forward, what we don’t know is how long it will last. So the date of this review is March 27, 2019. If it fails in the future, I will write an addendum to this review to let people know. If we get 2+ years of light use from this unit, we will be very pleased. Living in the cabin of a small pilothouse boat can be very prone to clutter, so a small unit like this that has all those self-contained features is a Godsend.

So there is much to like with this all inclusive gem. Great picture and sound, dual stands and antennas, FM radio, and streaming provisions along with power options that include battery operation. It is a superb offering in this size category and probably worth the price. MAYBE !!!My issues are 2-fold.1) The on/off switch is small and cheap. This is an important switch. If it fails then ….well I guess , okay just think about that! 2) The dual tuners do not perform as expected for bringing in tower signals via antenna. I used the same high quality antenna for this TV and a Toshiba TV. The Toshiba brought in 58 channels and all locals. The Tyler just 45 but no ABC.The Tyler was in a much more favorable position with just a large picture window and the sky between it and the towers for ideal antenna placement while the Toshiba had 3 plaster walls in the way of the Tyler location. The towers are only 6 miles East as I am just West of Philly. I am using the outstanding 30 mile range $21 antenna sold here at Amazon called the NoCable30 HDTV Flat Antenna.I am reluctantly giving this 5 stars because the ABC signal is weaker than local NBC or CBS in my area. That is not an excuse, as I have a smaller TV that brings in ABC with it’s antenna and it’s in my basement !!!It’s just that I am so impressed with what this TV offers and includes in such a small ideal size. The stations that are picked up are crystal clear and it’s stream ready, pretty cool. The remote is fine with fresh batteries. In closing, just wanted to give a heads up. I was hoping to use this in my home office but without antenna based ABC, I am disappointed and considering a return. I realize many will use a cable hook up or take this to the road and or sea and it may exceed expectations. If this TV brought in ABC then I would have given it a 10 Stars. Hope this information helps your decision. Nuff Said.

I use it to play ps4 in my car and I love it. Can’t ask for a better deal. Rechargeable battery last a little over three hours on a full charge.

The primary use of this TV is when I go camping, so I have an after-dark activity. Any avid camper knows that you can’t always rely on a cell signal where you are, so your cellphone isn’t always an option then. We’ve all been there, right? I also live on the East coast, so bad weather & hurricanes can knock out power for days on end. The included 12 volt plug will make sure I have power from the car OR from the portable 100 watt solar setup I have. I’m in no way a “prepper”, but it just makes good sense to think two steps ahead, right? This TV is dead simple to setup once you power it up for the first time, as it’s already right there at the setup screen. Scan for channels, adjust the colors, set the volume mixer for different types of shows, time zones & so on. Not in those orders, but you get the idea.Since it’s a digital TV, it has a great picture because, well, it’s digital & not analog. You either receive a signal for that channel or you don’t. There’s no in-between anymore. Well, there IS…but green & blue pixelization & choppy audio is something I don’t care to watch. Just move the antenna, problem solved! I *do* like that it displays 1080 programming on the screen (station dependent of course!) & being a 14″, it’s large enough to see comfortably at about 6 feet away or so. I’m camping, so I won’t be far away from the screen anyways! And the sound is very decent coming from the rear-firing speakers. Just put it up against a solid object (a wall or some other larger metallic object) to reflect the sound forwards. In the manual, it states that it has a 6,000 mAH, 3.7 volt battery inside. That’s more capacity than your cellphone, so it should last for several hours. I haven’t been on a camping trip with this TV yet, (but in the next 30 days I will!) so I can’t vouch for the battery longevity. That’ll be a later update! It’s all 5 stars across the board (for now) & will be revised as needed. You want the truth before plunking down your money as I do? I’ll tell it like it is…the good, the bad & the ugly. So far all good, no ugly. The only “bad” point here is the side antenna connection. You’ll have a cable sticking out of the side of the unit, so go to the blue & gold spiral WAL* store & get a right angle male/female F type cable connection. This way the antenna connection cable will be hanging down instead of sticking straight out. That would’ve been a nice addition to the included equipment inside the box, but it is what it is! The included stubby antenna is only for local stations within a few miles of you. I can’t get a single station with the magnetic stubby, so I use a powered flat white wall antenna (can we say 47 channels now??). This is where I say to use the right angle adapter as the coax is much thicker & sticks out quite far & easily gets bumped sticking out like that.So there ya’ go! It’s time to plan the next camping adventure!

I was very happy with this tv. Packaging was very good. Lots of accessories. Works on 110 or 240v. Picture is good.My intended use for this tv was to be a modular gaming set up, and this tv is both thin enough and small enough to fit in a hard case. It worked for my purposes, and was much more affordable compared to my other options.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Recently had a power outage for 7 hours. Mind you I’m in hurricane territory. So that was odd. Wasn’t even raining. Now I’m prepared thanks to this tv. The antenna that comes with it got me 39 stations. But I plugged up my HD amplified window via usb “Tyler has a usb input” then boom over 70 stations. Amazing. I just got it so it’s charging. I haven’t tested the battery life. 5 stars so far, I’ll come and re review if need be. Worth every dollar!

Came with 2 antennas, a foot, remote car ac charge and a wall charger for the battery that’s built into the tv. I played a movie on it from my flash drive I plugged into the usb port on the side.
