I basically got tired of her always being on my computer to play Minecraft so I bought her a mini computer from Terryza. That many computer was less than $200 and an epic failure. The boot time was incredibly slow and gameplay on Minecraft was extremely glitchy. The Terryza many computer got returned to Amazon. Decided to step up and double the money to get her this many computer which has a Radeon graphics card built in. I was really hoping that it would play her Minecraft game. however I was left speechless after I saw how fast the computer was when I set it up. They’re literally run circles around my computer that I built myself with an Intel i3 CPU and Asus motherboard with 16 gigs of RAM. granted this has a solid state hard drive where mine has a mechanical but as you can see from the video I uploaded boot time to the desktop is around 10 seconds. Not only is boot time fly but navigating through everything is wonderful because this computer is so fast. So first thing we did before even doing any with the Windows updates was download Minecraft. I had my fingers crossed and hope for the best but expected the worst. We downloaded and installed the game and then she started playing it in front of me. I immediately saw how well the landscapes and textures were loading no matter which way she turned during the game. Absolutely no glitching whatsoever like the previous mini computer. That’s when my daughter turned me and said wow this computer works better than yours. I guess you get what you pay for in terms of these mini computers and definitely do not recommend the Terryza even for internet browsing as it was super slow. crazy thing is that it also had a solid state hard drive in it but was just very slow. Windows 10 is intuitive so as it begins to learn your habits, the performance should even improve. We got all the windows updates loaded and I didn’t need to do anything to the computer to speed it up. There’s really no issue with startup items preloaded and it just runs great. I would honestly give this mini computer 10 Stars if I could. For now I definitely rate this a five star mini computer and highly recommended if you’re reading my review. I am going to look into expanding the internal solid state drive to add an additional 256 gigs and I am also going to see if this Radeon graphics card can handle two monitors at the same time.

I needed to replace an 10-year-old computer that was never upgraded to Windows 10. It was a large, clunky box the same size as an air fryer: it took up a lot of room in the cabinet. I used it to stream shows, watch DVDs, search the internet, and play music using a Media player through a sound system. I debated on whether to get another desktop or a laptop to replace it. An IT friend of mine recommended that I explore a mini PC, which honestly, I didn’t know existed. Based on what I currently use our computer for, he told me to look at the DMAF5 Mini PC for its value, performance, and size. I thought it would be too good to be true that such a small unit would meet my expectations, but he told me to trust him.It arrived quickly. My husband unwrapped it while I was preparing dinner. I thought, “Oh no, we won’t be eating dinner for a while since he is putting a computer together!” But to my surprise, he was done setting it all up before I finished chopping the vegetables. WOW! He said it was fast and simple to set up. I’m not a computer expert by any means; however, I can say that both of us like the performance of the DMAF5 Mini PC. It is amazingly fast! It really took us by surprise coming from such a small, little thing.Here is where the DMAF5 Mini PC is going to be a game-changer for us. We love traveling. In fact, most of the time we are out and about domestically in our beloved truck camper, and when we needed to do some work or watch movies and TV shows, we would have to connect our laptop to the car’s battery power station, sound system, and the swivel-mounted monitor so we could more comfortably watch or work from an acceptable distance on a larger screen. Repeat the entire process in reverse when putting the computer away, and you can see that this can be cumbersome at times. My husband mounted the DMAF5 Mini PC (and all cabling neatly tucked away) right behind the monitor last weekend and now all we have to do is turn it on, take out the wireless keyboard/mouse combo, and use it! One of us could then use the laptop to do work separately as needed: we no longer have to schedule who gets to use the laptop while traveling!For international travel, we imagine the DMAF5 Mini PC to also be useful in that it can be stored away in as small a space as a purse and be connected to the hotel’s television for streaming shows. The micro SD and USB slots enable us to watch the day’s photos and videos each night. The laptop would still go with us, but it could now be dedicated for work purposes by the other person.

It is fast. I get the same cinebench r23 scores as my old amd fx8350 desktop at around 3900 points. I put 2 sticks of adata 2666mhz ram in mine and you can adjust ram speeds in the bios which ryzen apu’s like fast ram for the best performance. The only con is the fan is annoying while making it work…

It has all of the included necessary pieces already built for you inside it including a GPU that can handle modern games in 4k and 60 FPS, Ryzen processor, 16GB ram, wifi onboard, with cables and a warranty. You will need to supply the mouse and keyboard, which allows you to get a customized type for use whether TVPC, gaming or general use. It is silent and does not get hot at all. The 512GB Hard drive is enough to get going, but recommend adding a external hard drive using of the few USB’s. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a PC that can be hidden yet provides performance for any user type and wants something that is already pre built for them.

I love that it is so compact and doesn’t take up alot of room on the desk. If you prefer it can be mounted on the back of your computer monitor for more space saving. The mount provided is easy to install. I don’t ever worry about it overheating – It has a very good heat pipe cooling system.This mini PC supports more industrial uses as it comes with dual RJ45 LAN ports. This allows you to use more networks such as software routers or firewalls. The ports provided are: HDMI 2.0, DP, USB-C, 3xUSB 3.1 (Gen2, blue), USB 3.1 (Gen1, yellow), 2x RJ45 port, Clear CMOS, digital microphone jackand DC port (19V).This PC has 16 GB of memory. So plenty of memory for whatever you may do most on your computer. For me, I work a lot from the computer and have lots of documents to save. My son enjoys using it for his gaming. My whole family has spent so much more time online last year I’ve found myself in need for another computer at my house. I love the convenience and portability that this Mini PC offers. It is very light weight and small enough to fit in my hand. Despite being so small this computer can pack so much processing power! It comes with mounting hardware to mount to the back of a monitor or it can sit on the desk. It can be used with a projector, surveillance camera, monitor, TV, printer or digital storage.Even though I’m not an electronic’s expert by any means this Mini PC is very powerful and works incredibly well. It has an expandable 64GB ROM and 4GB RAM. It comes with Windows 10 Pro (Support Linux and Chromium) pre installed. It can support hooking up to 3 monitors up to it. This mini pc was purchased to setup a multipurpose stem workstation center for our homeschool studies.We had looked into chromebook or laptop under $200 and either the software was not compatible for chrome OS or the laptop was under powered for the windows requirements. My goal was to connect peripherals and their software that consisted of a silhouette cameo 3 craft cutter, a diggro 3D printer, and a thin portable monitor.This mini pc had the smallest footprint of all the options with 16 DDR4 GB of memory and Windows 10 pro 64 bit version installed.For running software the coofun has 128 GB SSD storage built-in using a SATA 3.0 connector M.2 NVMe 512GB SSD which can be expanded up to 2TB capacity. To access the storage option I just have to press down on the front of the top cover and it pops open. No need for tools and losing those tiny screws. The video card is a Radeon Vega 8 and I have connected two monitors in my setup.Two ethernet jacks are located on the rear of the pc but I only use one for my configuration. This mini pc has a vesa mounting bracket that I could use to mount on the back of one of my screens and free up some workstation desk real estate. This pc has an audio port of 3.5mm audio Headphone port / jack.

I bought this for my Son for Christmas and it’s better than my computer. It’s super fast and handles everything thrown at it…. I am having trouble getting into the Boot Men! or BIOS menu. Does anyone know? F12, F7, F11 does not work…

I originally bought a Minisforum UM-300 to replace my almost 6 tear old NUC5i7RYH which burned up because cleaning out the fan turned out to be pretty much impossible . However, the UM-300 was a disappointment. It’s SATA III connector was very fragile. I could not get either of my 2.5″SSD successfully mounted It worked well enough, if unspectacularly, other than that. However, I had the NUC’s SSD available and wanted to drop it into my replacement PC. I decided to give the DMAF5 a try. Physically, it looked considerably more beefy than the UM-300. Well worth the price difference. Turn out to be a good guess. The DMAF5 is great. Even as originally configured, it was sprightly, moving through my tasks easily. I do a lot of sound editing and this PC handles it easily. I’m not a gamer, but the quality of the video is excellent. Given the speed of the CPU and GPU, I’m sure this little box can handle light gaming and possibly medium gaming.Of more interest to me is the PC’s sturdiness and its quiet. Having worked it over pretty well in the last two, I can say that it is very quiet and normally runs between 39C and 45C at all its sensor points.The interal SATA II is heavy enough that I’m not afraid to change drives and all the external connectors stay put when I connect or disconnect peripherals. I’m ready to hang the unit off the back of my main monitor and ignore it for a decade or so except to clean out5 the easily reached fan once a year.I added a second 8gb DRAM card, the improvement is through put by moving from single channel to dual channel is considerable and obvious, And, I have 256 gb Crucial 2.5″ from my former NUC mounted internally. I’m pleased.

Great little machine. Great performance.Using it for a home entertainment streaming and emulation living room pc.For the price you can’t beat it.Absolute nuc killer.Much appreciated and great job.Only way to make these better would be to find a way to get a discrete gpu in the little box
