This is a nice phone for the price. I have tried the Power and the A5 Pro, I have had good experiences with both. Umidigi has not updated these two to Android 10, but I don’t see a big hassle as I can get a new phone from Umidigi with new features and the new Android for a good price instead of buying a way more expensive phone with same or lower specs with my carrier. For now I have Android 10 with the dark theme mode option.I got the 64gb, in the description it says that the 64gb would not work with Verizon, but Verizon worked in my new A7 Pro when I inserted my Verizon Sim card, so I think Umidigi should update that on their A7 Pro description.I played several games including PUBG and I had a smooth experience. The only thing is the camera, if you are in a well lighted area or if you use the flash this phone will give you good quality photographs with clear resolution.Overall, for the price this is a great phone, you won’t regret it getting this phone for 150 bucks.

Even better than described, actually had to ask the phone store guys not to drool on it when they were activating my SIM card. They thought it was some extremely high end phone and everyone wanted one. Everyone admires the design. This sounds weird, but they thought of a bunch of stuff that I wish every phone company should have thought of.Pros:comes with a minimal case (perfect fit for phone)Face detection and fingerprint unlockAndroid 10 installedZero spam apps installedType C chargerquad camera (haven’t tested yet, though)incredible specs (4g / 64g or 128g rom / fast processor / etc)red charging cable (i thought it was cool)stickers explaining how everything worksFeels extremely high quality (important part of high end anything)Even the packaging was amazing.Cons:None noticed yetI still haven’t taken any photos. If you want to spend $1k+ on a phone, go ahead. I love this phone so far. First phone i’ve enjoyed owning in a long time.

We bought this for my wife (an iPhone user) as a quick work phone. I needed to have stock Android and something that was unlocked so if we needed we could test a couple of different carriers with. WiFi calling was also a must. For the price I was blown away! Build quality, features, stock Android and it will be version upgradable. My only complaint (and it’s not something she would ever use it for anyways) is no NFC for Google/Android Pay, but seriously, this is a flagship killer if you are on a budget. No bloatware. It charges fast, works well, call quality, video chat (tested with Google Duo) quality, and battery life were all excellent. Awesome phone, especially if you already are an Android user.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Overall the A7 Pro is a solid performer in its price range. It delivers solid and smooth performance in day to day activities with a battery that can easily last a day. The Android 10 is is very lightly skinned and the phone has received three OTA updates in my month of using it. The fit and finish of the glass front and back with metal frame fits comfortably in the hand and the included case adds just enough grip to make it feel secure in your hand. I was able to steam YouTube over WiFi for 7 hours on a full charge. For gaming was able to play RAID for 4 hours on a full charge, but with the lowest graphics settings enabled. I love the dual sim + micro sd card support and tested the phone on T-Mobile and AT&T networks. Both could be on VoLTE at the same time and signal strength was similar to my other phones in the same location. The modem is slower than some higher end phones in the same location. The A7 was pulling 20 Mbps where my other phones pulled down 50 Mbps on T-Mobile. I would have also liked to see LTE band 71 support to improve T-Mobile reception in rural areas. The screen is bright and readable outdoors. The finger print scanner is response with few failures in my day to day testing. The camera package is accept for a phone at this price point and I enjoyed playing with the macro feature, but I am a fan of a single better sensor with a possible depth of field sensor vs the quad setup. The dual flash is very bright and illuminates well. Overall it is a solid phone for its price and will find a place in my phone rotations.

I have been using a Samsung Galaxy S8 since it first came out (April 2017) and while I do love that phone I wanted to try something different. My husband is a huge fan of Umidigi phones so it seemed like a logical choice – especially for the price! This phone is a fraction of what I paid for my previous phone.I am on a plan through Verizon and have had no issues so far. All I needed to do was pop out my sims card and put it into the new phone. Super fast and easy set up!My favorite features about the A7 Pro have to be the battery and the flashlight. The battery last so long and seems to charge super quickly. The flashlight is amazing and lights up my whole room at night. I have also enjoyed the fact I can add emojis into my app folder names (but that might be more of an Android 10 feature). The finger print scanner on the back is also so much more accurate than my S8. I love that I do not have to try it multiple times, but that it’s read correctly on the first try.I have only been using the phone for a short period of time (and will update if anything changes), but so far the only major con I have noticed is the fact that the phone does not have a notification light. So if you don’t hear a text go off you will have no idea until you unlock your phone next. The only other issue I have seen is it’s fairly hard to find a case to find it, but thankfully it does come with one so it helps!I will just say make sure you check for updates once the phone is set up. Mine had three different updates and I happened to miss the last one somehow. It was a pretty important one that fixed notifications. It turned off my alarm clock and I ended up being late for work. Oops.Overall, I really cannot complain about this phone and feel like it was an amazing deal for the price. I can definitely see myself sticking with this brand in the future.

The Umidigi A7 Pro is a great midlevel budget phone. Powered by Octa-core MediaTek MT6763 Helio P23 processor clocked at 2.0 GHz. It is a very capable cpu, I have not noticed any slow downs, it can handle everything I throw at it. I previously was using the Umidigi A3 Pro and the A7 Pro is superior in every way. Issues I had with the A3 is not present on the A7. One of the issues was the responsiveness of the finger print reader. The A7 has no issues, it is very responsive when using finger print to login. Another superiority is the camera. The camera is the Ultra Wide Macro AI Quad Camera. I have been testing out the camera’s functions (Macro, Wide Angle, 1x/2x, slow motion cam) and I am impressed. I have added some pictures to this review highlighting the camera’s functions.Another thing I like is the fact that it has all the T-mobile USA bands, with the exception of the 5G band(A7 is VoLTE capable). Starting January 2021, T-mobile will be going stictly VoLTE.It has a 4150mAh high-capacity battery, great for power users. I like to watch a lot of high def youtube, and it works great for me.It also have aDual SIM + Dedicated Micro-SD Slot. I currently have a 128Gb micro-sd card, a T-mobile and sprint sim in the phone. The A7 runs Stock Android 10, coming from Android 9, I had to get used to the gesture navigation, but that did not take long to get used to. It prompted me if I wanted to install the proper T-mobile settings (sms, mms, cellular access point). It worked well.It comes with a case and screen protector already installed, along with a charging plug, cable, and sim removal pin.Note: It has Android Auto as part of the system, you will not find it on the app drawer. It took me a while to figure that out.All in all, i recommend this phone.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The phone is built very well, and the phone’s glass and metal body make it feel and look premium—definitely a fantastic phone for its price. The phone’s camera is impressive for a budget smartphone, and can easily compete against other high-end smartphones.I don’t think the phone would be suitable for gaming, but it is fast enough for daily use for things like social media, video watching, and regular internet surfing. The HD display is stunning, the speakers are loud and are great to use for listening to music or watching movies, and the fingerprint sensor is fast and responsive. The phone works well on T-Mobile Network. When I was inside the hotel building, I was getting 10-11 Mbps download speeds. I do plan to test the phone with Verizon at a later date. I can’t find anything to complain about the phone. Love it!

only been 2 days but so far the phone works great better than the LG g5 i payed $265 3 yrs ago.lots of storage smooth operating easy set up and restored my old phone info in few min with google cloud.got this a7 pro for 144 so not bad deal.only down side i can see is lack of phone cases for it can only find wallet type case and wanted a hard case water proof if possible but not much out there.i don’t game on my phone i have a gaming pc for that but web and app use is fast and smooth .over all i like the phone for the money i payed seems to be worth it.

I’ve had the phone for a few days. Using it with Cricket Wireless, seems to only get 4g, not 4g lte. Screen is nice and vibrant. Call quality is good, can hear and be heard ok. Data is also good, no issues with videos and web browsing. Sound is decent, can hear videos, music, and calls/texts ok with no complaints. Camera takes good pictures, nice to have the wide angle and macro all in one. Used have to carry additional lenses for that but not with this phone, a major plus. Update after my review about the battery issue Umidigi contacted me and allowed me to exchange the phone. Was informed there was a bad batch. I’ve since tried out the new phone and have had no issues with the battery. I have to say this company gets an A+ on responding to issues with their phones. I will definitely keep supporting them, they seem to be improving as a company. Love the design of the phone, love the fact that it comes with a case and pre-installed screen protector so you are set right out of the box. Definitely worth giving them a try.

I had to get a cheap phone due to my iPhone 8 plus breaking down. I’m really tight on money so I needed something within a small budget. I came across this and saw that it had good specs and reviews and ran on the latest system of Android. I’ve had Android phones in the past and this is definitely comparable to the others. it does everything I need it to do. I have facial recognition and fingerprint scanner for quick access. it also has a decent camera and I can take nice photos with it. it’s also similar to the size of my old phone which I really appreciate. it can be slightly slow sometimes when trying to play games, but that is the only downside to it. overall, this is a great phone for a cheap price. I highly recommend this
